Excellent company to work with, from the initial estimate through final clean up following installation. They shingled our roof, added baffles (we have 3 attics and there were no baffles in any of them), insulated a couple of uninsulated areas, and increased insulation in the rest of the house. I didn't believe that they could do a job that would suit me in one day, but they did. The crew was well organized and all were workers - There were a total of 15 folks working on our roof and insulation.

Andrew Pearson showed up to give me a free quote on a furnace vent replacement. I was blown away that the company sent me a photo of the guy before he showed up. I think more companies should be doing that. I also asked Andrew for a quote on a new roof as I suspected I'd need one in the next few years. He confirmed my suspicions and provided the quote, even though I told him I likely wasn't going forward with that for a couple years. I just needed to know what to budget for. He was very helpful. A couple weeks later Brad Bartlett showed up to do the work. He handled it fairly quickly and sent photos of his progress as he went. He let me know to call if I had any issues and he would come back to fix them. So far it's all looking great. No leaks and the furnace doesn't vent into my garage anymore. I'm very happy with the work done.

The complete new roof and gutter were done two year ago. When the roof was done, they said the new gutter would be done in a week or two. Instead, I had to wait for a month during which I called them multiple times and everytime they gave a different reason for the delay. It was finally done until my basement was flooded with rain water that's supposed to be carried away by the missing gutter. Now, two years later, in addition to new leaks, there are leaks at the same old location. Bone dry sent someone over and said it should be repaired in a week. After waiting for three weeks, I called the office again and they said they will let the production manager contact me. Now seven weeks have passed and the work is still not done. I'm just wondering how long I have to wait on this.

I initially called for an estimate thinking I only had part of the roof that needed repair. They came out quickly & walked thru noticing storm damage & suggested call insurance. Long story short, they were correct. The estimate was more then fair, they actually saved me $$! The guys came out & finished in one day, keeping me updated w pics of the progress. Nick, project spvr, called before they arrived & was on-site the entire time. Nick & his crew were excellent! They did final walk thru, cleaned everything up. I highly recommend the Bone Dry team.

The crews were very professional and neat. They explained everything all the way along the way. The office was great on getting me addresses of houses with different colors of shingles that I was considering.

The roof while functional is aesthetically a little rough around the edges. Had to have them return to put flashing back in place there were many gaps in the flashing. Weeks before I had new gutters and gutter guards put on. They completely removed a section of the gutter guard and left many pieces disjointed. After 3 calls they have yet to rectify the damage. Also the Roofing (shingle) edges look very "rippled" and the cut line appears jagged. They talk the talk about being so great, but really fall short. Overall I cannot recommend and I am disappointed.

It was excellent. It was a free quote. I liked the quick response to my request and the comprehensive information provided to me to be able to make a decision. I say yes to the question of whether I would use them again in the future with reservation.

Due to a cancellation, they were able to fix it several days before our scheduled appointment. They also checked the covering on the rest of the roof and secured it.

It went great. The whole roof was done in just one day, and the yard was immaculate when they were done. Very pleased.

Excellent - Roof looks great, replaced underlayment as needed and did a couple of framing repairs. This contractor worked with the HVAC contractor to coordinate the two jobs on the same date and at the best time. As the roofers were just laying a temporary shingle over the spot of the HVAC pipe, the HVAC contractor showed up and they worked together to finish the job and insure the sealing of the new pipe after it was in. Very professional, thorough, and timely.

Went great. They were in and out in a day. They were very helpful with things like we have a small dog that we had to let out to go to bathroom and one of the guys carried him out into the yard away from the debris. They did a really good job cleaning up.

Professionals who work there are great and very responsive. Their prices are on the high side, however. But so far, I am satisfied that the price is worth the responsive customer service and very fast work. Roof for 3,000 sq ft house completed in 2.5 days. A couple of issues arose after they finished, but the fixed any issues we have had no questions asked. Work crew were not as professional as I hoped (spitting off the roof, arriving at dawn, for example), but they did good work.

I called just yesterday to request service. A representative was immediately scheduled for the next day. The representative was wonderful and very professional. He spent time in our attic and then on the roof (in the rain) and discovered the problem was not with the roof but rather the chimney. He then recommended a local and trusted contractor who could give us an estimate and fix. We were very pleased and already have the next contractor scheduled for tomorrow (Christmas Eve). Before leaving, he also told us to keep an eye on a few areas of our roof where some of the shingles were starting to show some wear (although house is only 3 years old). We will certainly call this company again should we need work done to our roof.

The workmen were excellent. They were on time, worked hard for three days, and provided top-of-the-line professionalism. The special $145 roof deal turned out to not be what we needed and our money was refunded promptly. We have already hired this same company for additional work.

The removal wasn't too bad. Had some misc. items I had to pick up around the house, but wasn't a big issue. There was an issue at two locations where the gutters from the high roof spilled to the lower roof. The installer changed from the original design which I thought would be an issue down the road. The company came back and returned it to the original design. I visited a local spring vendor show and ran into the salesman who sold the job. He asked if everything was OK with the gutter system and I went on to explain a few issues I was having with some leaks. He said they would send someone out to look at it, and they did. I went through the items with the individual (Matt?) and he found another item he wasn't satisfied with while he was there. The individual indicated he would get someone back out (that was about 3 months ago) but no one every showed or reached back out to me. 9/1/15 - Finally on 8/17, John E. called me to follow up, I'm assuming after Bone Dry got wind of my review. He indicated Matt just totally forgot (people do forget) and he, John was going to take care of this. John indicated he would get right on it (now 2-weeks has past) and I called and left a message today, and still waiting a return call to see when the issues will be resolved and we can move on. 9/3/15 - So, John finally calls me back yesterday and indicates there must have been a misunderstanding and he was waiting for me to call him to schedule the rework. Anyway, John apologized for the misunderstanding and indicated he was heading to Indy to do a job and would stop by when he got back to Lafayette yesterday evening and fix the issues. Well for some reason, John did not stop by and did not call. I went out last night to get some pictures for the record of the areas of concern, and it appears we now have some additional issues with wood damage to the eave from the leaking gutter. I guess when you "have one of the rainiest summers" and repairs get put off, then you can only expect more issues. Well it appears I have no alternative but to hire another contractor to fix this mess. Hopefully it will be done right this time. 9/8/15 - This is my final attempt through this site to get Bone Dry Roofing, Inc. to stand behind their work and correct the mistakes in their work and make it right. There are two areas of concern and it shouldn't take long to fix the issues they just have to show up and get it down. If they haven't showed by the end of day Friday, then I know for sure they have no intentions to satisfy these issues. Bone Dry Subcontractor came to the house a couple weeks ago and made the repairs. Haven't had any rain to speak of to really test the fix, but we'll see soon as we get into another rainy part of the year. They were really apologetic about the response time and we parted on good terms.

Things went well. The sales representative was overly optimistic about the start date but the installer John Evans called and kept us informed about the time. He looked over the job before the start date noticed a missed piece needed and got it on order right away. Did great work, had good communication and we are very happy about their performance.

I moved to Lafayette 5 years ago and discovered that the house I chose needed a lot of upgrades and repairs. For that whole 5 years I wanted custom made board & batten exterior shutters all around to replace the existing 3 pair of old ones, but other repairs and upgrades had to be priority. It was like pulling teeth to find a competent handyman who fit my budget. The last one didn?t have a clue about roofing and deserted the job of roofing my backyard shed before it was finished. Roofers didn?t want to fool with a minor job like putting up a dozen pair of shutters, much less completing the last part of roofing a back yard shed. Then my daughter brought home a business card from Bone Dry Roofing. It was a cute name, but by that time I was doubtful if they would even accept the job. Kyle Mills came out to give me an estimate. He told me exactly what was needed to finish the shed roof, put up the shutters, and instructed me to return the unnecessary supplies the handy man had ordered. The estimate was not only fair, but much lower than I had anticipated. Kyle was so helpful, considerate and explained every detail. He treated my relatively small job as though it was just as important as putting on a new roof. His main concern was that the shutters would be put up to stay and look pretty. By the time I actually received the shipment of custom made shutters, Bone Dry Roofing was swamped with roofing jobs, so I had to wait awhile, but it was well worth the wait! The crew was courteous, efficient, did a great job and removed every scrap of debris. Matt Deckard, General Manager came out to check on their progress. I asked him for a ballpark figure on redoing the roof, probably next summer. He not only gave me a written proposal, but added a booklet with samples of shingles to coordinate with the dark brown shutters. Last but certainly not least, Sandy in the office is a total ray of sunshine! She is so efficient, was never too busy to answer my questions, returned every call promptly and even checked back with me to make sure that I was happy with the results. I couldn?t be happier or more appreciative of their combined service. My research for the right roofers - and more - ended with Bone Dry Roofing. I found a company I can trust to do a highly professional job for a reasonable price and people who really care about their customers. I recommend that you look no further than Bone Dry Roofing.
