It took a number of visits, but for the most part the problem was solved.

Estimator came out and gave estimate on gutter and some wood repair. Independent contractor teams came and one team instaled the gutter, but did not hook any of the downspouts to carry the water away from the house. Rain came in twice to our basement before they came out and hooked 1 of 3 drainspouts to carry water away from house. Screws were found on ground after gutter replacement, but not stept on. Friend finaly hooked up the last downspout for me. I jsut got tired of trying to get the job finished. When one has gutter replacemnet make sure the water is carried away from the house, I did not and regret my lapse.

Bone Dry management and employees are awesome! Very attentive, thorough and safety conscious! The work was completed as scheduled in one day . After completion, the cleanup was efficient and all the nails that had fallen to the ground were picked up with a metal detector. Matt supervised the operation on both days and kept me apprised of what was going on! I'm very satisfied with the work done and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof or chimney work done. Kudos to Bone Dry!!! Another satisfied customer.

Roof was inspected and quote provided within an hour. Work was scheduled and done on a saturday in one day. Work was exceptionally well done, roof looks great. The nailing was all manual, no nail gun was used. All shingles line up, looks beautiful They installed ridge vents right up to the ends of the roof which is very rare. They did a great clean up job, picked up nails and debris. They also have a fantastic warranty.

Our previous roof was in bad shape (crumbling shingles after only 9 years) and insurance approved the work, but when we went to the local company who put on that previous roof on, their bid (which came in weeks after we'd requested it) came in thousands of dollars higher than the insurance would pay. They recognized the shingles were likely faulty, but offered no reduction in price or a way we could make payments to make up the difference between the insurance and their bid. So we called Bone Dry Roofing, Lafayette, and they responded immediately and set up an appointment. Kyle Mills inspected the old roof, walked through options with us, and gave us a price within what the insurance company would pay, didn't pressure us to add things we couldn't afford, and patiently answered all our questions. His courtesy, candor and professionalism paired with the price is what made us decide to go with Bone Dry for the project right then. And I'm glad we did. The work itself was done quickly and well (within a day) and clean up was thorough. The roof looks great. The project manager updated us throughout the day and was professional, as well. When more material than expected was needed, Kyle called the insurance company and worked that out. The prompt, patient, honest and professional service was a breath of fresh air compared to our previous experience with roofers, and the fair pricing a surprise. The crew arrived on time and finished everything in one day, ending just after dark. Someone later came by with a metal detector to check for stray nails.

The price was excellent and the company representatives were punctual, polite, and professional. I received a call the day after I placed my order and scheduled a visit. The rep looked over my attic, explained the process, and answered my questions. I appreciated the fact that the company took pains to match my roofing tiles. The installation took place a few days later and so far I have been pleased with the fan.

I called Bone Dry for a roof inspection because several homes around me were getting their roofs replaced due to hail damage. They responded quickly and inspected the roof. They took pictures so I could see what they found. There was very minor damage and we decided not to do anything at this time.

So, far, things have gone well. The major work hasn't been done yet-will post that when they are finished.

I called Bone-dry in to do some inspection of recently done roofing work on a house that I was purchasing. My home inspector had flagged some recent roofing work as substandard. He recommended Bone Dry and Angie'st list showed them to be reputable. The site lead came out to check the roof out for me within a day and was very thorough. He confirmed some of the work as needing attention and determined that other parts of it were fine. He gave very good explanations of the issues and did not try to up-sell or bad mouth anyone else about it. He did not charge for this inspection. After having the seller do the agreed upon repairs to the roof I called Bone-Dry back in to inspect the recent work. He was very generous with his time by stopping by late in the day to verify the work in bad weather and on short notice. He determined that the work was completed successfully and again refused payment. I am very pleased with Bone-dry and everyone I have asked about them has come back with glowing reviews.

The entire process from quote to installation and clean up was done professionally. I am completely satisfied with the quality and workmanship of the Bone Dry Roofing personnel. Nick, the install supervisor, was very professional and informative.

They were prompt and efficient at the inspection. Gave me straightforward advice and did not try to oversell, unlike other providers who insisted I needed an entirely new roof. My insurance agent works regularly with them and trusts their evaluations and quality. Highly recommend.

The estimate process was very fast.

Salesman came out and was very professional with us. Installation and folllow up is a different story. The installer asked where we wanted the fan. The salesman is the one who went into the attic, determined where the fan should be placed and said the installer would have that information. Somehow that information was lost to the installer. He said he had nothing that said where to place the fan, so he chose a place, never going into the attic. He said it would look best on the roof to center it between 2 attic vents. We offered to have him go into the attic, but he declined saying he didn't need to do that. Thinking he was a professional at this, we said OK. After the fan was installed, he asked us to sign the bill and asked for payment. We said we had already paid through Angie's List, and he said he didn't know that. Then looked at the billing and saw there was no money due. He then proceeded to tell us we got a great deal, that the fan was worth alot more than what we paid. He started to leave, and we asked for paperwork on the fan and warranty information. He said he didn't have anything like that to give us. We asked how the fan works and he said something to the effect that we have to get on the roof and turn it toward the south when the season changes. That was it! He then said he would make sure we got paperwork sent to us. Three weeks later, and still no paperwork. We could not comfirm the fan was working, so we called and asked that someone come out to check it and bring the paperwork. Our salesman came out and assured us it was working and seemed surprised we did not get any product information and warranty information from the installer. He said he would send it to us. It is almost 2 months later and we still have received no product information or warranty information. We don't even know the brand to check on the internet for it. Now we are wondering if we got the right product, or a cheaper version of what was advertised because it was such a "deal". We are not accustomed to paying for work to be done before it is completed and will not do so in the future. This experience is proof we made a mistake. One we will not repeat in the future.

I sat watching the crew all afternoon, not to check up on them, but because I enjoy watching good work. I was amazed at the "short cuts" my previous installer had used on my last roof, and he was a friend. There was good interplay between the supervisors and the crew. The crew was professional and happy in their work. They all lined up for a picture after they were through. I am quite pleased with the roofing job, and how much better the edges look than they did before. We have a very old home and this job made it look great. Bone Dry Roofing is a proud company, has new, up to date road equipment, and uses quality material for their jobs.They rely on word of mouth advertising and referrals. Let them park their big red trucks in front of your home. You'll get a good roof if you do.

On Monday morning 6-18-12 Greg Nash the Production Supervisor arrived and shortly thereafter the crew of workers arrived. They covered and protected everything, windows, shrubs etc. They had two layers of old shingles to remove and everyone knew their job and went to work. Greg stayed all day and made sure they knew what was in the contract, made sure they had all the materials they needed to complete the work. He was on the roof half the day with his tool belt on helping his crew get the job done. Matt Deckard was on site almost half the day (between other appointments etc) checking to make sure they knew what was included and see that things were going ok and that I was satisfied with everything. I would highly recommend Bone Dry Roofing to anyone wanted a new roof. It was after 8 pm when they finished the installation of new shingles and the cleanup (and this was 34 squares of roof they toreoff and replaced). Greg then had me walk around house with him to make sure I was satisfied with cleanup and check out the workmanship of his workers before I wrote a check. The roof looks great, the workmanship is excellent and the clean up is very good, a very happy customer.

Very professional, arrived on time, provided an analysis as requested.

Prompt estimate. Timely scheduling. Project completed in one day. Started at 8:30 a.m. and done by 4:15 p.m. 1,800 sq. ft. home. Laid 31 squares and placed 3 ridge vents. Found a handful of nails and staples in the grass but overall they did a pretty good job at cleaning up. Crew did not speak English and the crew boss did not speak Spanish, but inspite of potential communication issues everything turned out well. Roof and ridge vents look and work great.
