I moved to Lafayette 5 years ago and discovered that the house I chose needed a lot of upgrades and repairs. For that whole 5 years I wanted custom made board & batten exterior shutters all around to replace the existing 3 pair of old ones, but other repairs and upgrades had to be priority. It was like pulling teeth to find a competent handyman who fit my budget. The last one didn?t have a clue about roofing and deserted the job of roofing my backyard shed before it was finished. Roofers didn?t want to fool with a minor job like putting up a dozen pair of shutters, much less completing the last part of roofing a back yard shed. Then my daughter brought home a business card from Bone Dry Roofing. It was a cute name, but by that time I was doubtful if they would even accept the job. Kyle Mills came out to give me an estimate. He told me exactly what was needed to finish the shed roof, put up the shutters, and instructed me to return the unnecessary supplies the handy man had ordered. The estimate was not only fair, but much lower than I had anticipated. Kyle was so helpful, considerate and explained every detail. He treated my relatively small job as though it was just as important as putting on a new roof. His main concern was that the shutters would be put up to stay and look pretty. By the time I actually received the shipment of custom made shutters, Bone Dry Roofing was swamped with roofing jobs, so I had to wait awhile, but it was well worth the wait! The crew was courteous, efficient, did a great job and removed every scrap of debris. Matt Deckard, General Manager came out to check on their progress. I asked him for a ballpark figure on redoing the roof, probably next summer. He not only gave me a written proposal, but added a booklet with samples of shingles to coordinate with the dark brown shutters. Last but certainly not least, Sandy in the office is a total ray of sunshine! She is so efficient, was never too busy to answer my questions, returned every call promptly and even checked back with me to make sure that I was happy with the results. I couldn?t be happier or more appreciative of their combined service. My research for the right roofers - and more - ended with Bone Dry Roofing. I found a company I can trust to do a highly professional job for a reasonable price and people who really care about their customers. I recommend that you look no further than Bone Dry Roofing. Everything about this job was easy. Bone Dry worked around my schedule and was able to do the work when it worked out best for me. Very pleased with the service and would use them again in the future. I was unsure of how much a job like this would cost, but i felt the price was very reasonable for the work they were going to have to do.

It went great. We were thankful we did call Bone Dry, because they end up finding more issues and problems that we were not aware of. The employee that came out to estimate the new roof was very thorough; he even went into detail about " If this issue isn't corrected then you'll probably have X amount of time before this happens" and so on. We were happy with the service and thankful that they came to inspect our future investment.

Work has not been performed yet. Most likely to be done at the end of June. I anticipate high quality craftsmanship and it is scheduled to be completed in a single day. I will update this review after services are completed, if I can.

They came out and performed the work while I was out of the house. I have a two story home so it's difficult to go up to the roof and verify that they complete the work -- but I'm unable to see any missing shingles while standing on the street in front of my house.

They came on time, did good work, and cleaned up afterwards. Very pleasant and conscientious. Didn't damage flower beds.

a lot of issues .I basically was my own contractor .I was the one telling them what was right and wrong .The positive is they did make everything right in the end .But it was not without effort on my part .

The salesman was on time and very thorough in his explanations of the various types of roofing, prices, guarantees, etc. On the day of installation the crew arrived early and on time. Their foreman checked in with me numerous times and explained what they were doing as they progressed. He was extremely thorough, friendly and willing to take the time to answer any of my questions. It did take more than one day to install which I did not expect and I was a little worried about debris everywhere, but when they finished the next day everything was cleaned up like they had never been there. I was extremely pleased with all aspects of dealing with Bone Dry and would use them again without question.

The process was easy as the company called to let me know when they would be there, and at the end of the scheduled day, the job was done. The flashing looks great! More importantly, I was impressed with the honesty of the estimate for shingles. I was told by another company that I needed to replace them right away. Bone-Dry came in and informed me that if it were his house he thought we could get 5 more years out of the current shingles. The honesty definitely will pay off for the company when it comes time to replace our shingles.

From the quote stage to completion, very professional. Kyle came out for the quote, explained what was needed. Was able to offer a better shingle because of discount from the manufacturer. Crew and supervisor (Keith) showed up at the scheduled time. Did complete tear off of 23 square. Replaced decking on front side of house. This was unexpected so it cut into their planned completion. The crew did a good job and stayed until job was complete at dark. Came back the next day to clean up. Only small issue is we have found some nails in the yard. This was not unexpected with a complete tear off. During the process, the general manager, Matt stopped by to check on the progress. THis shows us that Bone Dry is committed to customer satisfaction. We would recommend them and will use them in the future.

First, I want to give the company kudos for good and professional work. I originally contacted Bone Dry in late spring for an estimate. The company's local manager, Kyle, was prompt and efficient in making an appointment and estimating the work. He was a real pleasure to work with. We decided to go with them for roof replacement and installation of a new skylight. The original plan was to have the work done in early June before we planned to be away for travel. A date for installation was set but then the company postponed in order to coordinate the skylight work with the roofing work. Unfortunately, the postponement conflicted with our travel, and in the end the roof job got pushed back to late July, much later than planned. Despite the delay, when the roofing was done, the crew did an excellent job. The entire roof was stripped and replaced in two days, and the work was first rate. The roof looks excellent, flashing is well done, and the clean up was pretty good though some debris ended up in the landscaping. Overall, I'd rate the roofing job as excellent. However, I don't give the company an A overall because of issues with the skylights. The skylight crew, which worked out of Indianapolis, cut the opening and put in the new skylight during the roof job, but a separate time had to be scheduled for another crew to come and do the interior framing for it. We had been led to believe all work would be completed at one time. In the meantime, an existing skylight was replaced but it was not properly installed. Neither skylight had the blinds we had ordered installed. So, we had to schedule another time to get everything fixed and the blinds put in. However, the blinds turned out not be what we wanted. So, new blinds had to be ordered, and another time scheduled for them to be installed. There was yet another snag with that, but in the end we finally got everything done to our satisfaction in late September. The coordination across multiple different work crews was a hassle, and that's something they need to work on. But, I expect most people won't try to have two things done at the same time as we did. In the end, Bone Dry made it right. They went to great lengths to make sure that we were happy with the final product, and we are. They do nice work, and I would certainly recommend them.

Crew showed up at 7:45 in the morning, tarped our yard, had ladders up and was removing the old roof by 8:15. I was amazed at how well the crew worked together. Everything seemed to be choregraphed, they were in sync with each other from the beginning. The roof was hand nailed, nail guns were not used!! The foreman was professional and kept me informed throughout the day. The crew was efficient, thorough, and just plain amazing. The work was completed in one day, as they finished at 8pm. Our roof looks wonderful! In addtion to the roof, Bone Dry repaired our chimney cap (at no cost) and the siding around it. The entire process from the estimate, picking out the shingles, to having the roof replaced was top notch! Our roof looks beautiful and neighbors have even come by to comment on it. The warranty can't be beat. I would use Bone Dry Roofing again.

These guys were great. Removed old roof, installed new in less than a day. Clean up was very impressive - no evidence of they were ever there - except, of course, the beautiful new roof. These guys were even on their knees under bushes making sure they got everything! Kyle and Matt both stopped by to make sure everything was going well. The entire process, from estimate to completion was very smooth.

Kyle came out and gave us an estimate and it was a little less than the others, then did the job very quickly and we didnt even know they were there! They cleaned up the mess and were out very fast! They worked us into the schedle very quickly as well. I would highly recommed them to anyone.

Not good. Was not home when they done work so didn't see what went down. Next day found lots of nails in yard and was told they would sweep for nails. Still finding nails today two months later. Was told they would be back and sweep but never saw them again. Also did a real bad job around the fireplace chimney. They cut out the siding and just stuff the roofing and flashing around it. Is this the kind of job professionals do? I don't think so. I found a nail today and decided to warn others about there work.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. it worked out really well. They were very generous in that they let us redeem that even after the original expiration date. They called me and we did business and in fact, we've had them out 2 times since for additional work. The only negative was that they did not call ahead of time when they were coming out and they needed to come inside the house and it just so happened that we didn't have someone home. It would have been a waste of trip on their part. The service went very well.

Arrived on time, setup with plastic layed to catch all material of the old roof. Replaced rotted sheathing wood, then installed Ice shielding then new shingles. Everything went smoothly. Kleenup was completed by the end of the Day.. The only problem was the starting day because of the weather.

Bone Dry Roofing, Inc. - Lafayette tore off our 2 layers of old shingles and installed our new roof in 1 day! The whole process was amazingly choreographed. They placed tarps around the whole house, protected windows and doors, tore off the old 2 layers, hand-nailed the new shingles, thoroughly cleaned up including using a magnet to catch any stray nails, and did an inspection with us. They were a pleasure to work with.

The team arrived at ~7am the day we had scheduled, and finished around 5pm. Every member of the Lafayette Bone Dry team was in touch at some point throughout the day to see how things were going and keep me informed. I was very impressed with their professionalism, diligence, and communication. We provided our own shingles and felt for the job, but ran short at the very end. The Crew Lead was able to find shingles in town that matched perfectly. No one was able to tell where the different shingles were located on the roof once everything was finished. The roofers made sure to put up plywood guards around every piece of landscaping and equipment around the house. They also tarped the ground surrounding the entire work area in order to catch every small piece of trash that came off the roof. When they were finished, they cleaned up so well, you couldn't even tell that we had just gotten our roof replaced. We also had a freak rainstorm in the middle of the job, which the team had prepared for by tarping over the entire roof. They continued to work underneath the tarps until the rain passed. I was very impressed with their effort. Overall, I would highly recommend Bone Dry Roofing to anyone. Their work is guaranteed for 10 years and can be transferred to the next owner of the property. My standards can be excessively high at times, and they managed to meet and exceed them. Excellent work.
