They completed the job when I wasn't at home, and left no signs of disturbance to the property. The repair to my roof was made and the price was fair. Description of Work: Repaired four places in the roof where it was leaking. Everything went very well. I haven't had enough time to tell if everything worked.

Description of Work: We had a roof leak around the fireplace flue. The original builder did not barrier wrap the area causing the wood behind the vinyl sidding to rot. Replacing the rotted wood was not included in the original quote. Bone Dry removed the sidding, replaced the rotted wood at a very reasonable price. Description of Work: Working with Bone Dry Roofing was eminently satisfactory. I needed a new roof for house and garage. I had no leaks yet but expected some in a hard winter. The estimate was on-the-spot and fair, the shingle selection was ample. Though I waited a few weeks, they accommodated my schedule, and everyone I encountered was friendly, skilled, and professional. The estimate was lower than the other I received. They did the whole job in one cold day. It was dark by the time they left, so they needed to come back to clean up nails, but they did that promptly. I paid exactly the amount of the estimate for high quality materials and workmanship. My 30-year-old roof now looks better than new; indeed is better than new. By all means call Bone Dry Roofing!

Description of Work: I called to have a gutter that collapsed possibly due to ice. |It took a couple of calls to get them out as they were busy. A representative came out who was pinch hitting from Cincinnati. He was very professional and seemed knowledgeable. He took measurements and was to email me an estimate. A few days later I called to ask about the estimate. After confirming my email address the office said they would leave the rep a message. I called a few days after that and they said they would let him know again. The ladies in the office were very pleasant. |A few days later my son was home and he and I put the gutter back up. |I still have not received an estimate.

They followed up on a regular basis when weather delayed the re-roof, and came when they said they would. They cleaned up perfectly and worked diligently with my insurance.

Description of Work: The Bone Dry Co. came highly recommended, but when the man came out to price our roofing repair, he told us that they do not guarantee their work. Who can hire a company that doesn't guarantee what they've done?

Description of Work: We had a terrible roof leak in the sunroom of our new home. Bone Dry sent out a very professional estimator within a couple of days of my call. He determined that the leak was related to poor workmanship by the home's original roofer, who incorrectly installed the flashing on our chimneys (or didn't install at all, in some cases). On the next dry day, which was three days later, Bone dry had a crew out to remove the shingles around the chimney and install an ice/water shield, step flashing, and counter flashing. They also applied a sealer on the counter flashing, re-shingled the places they had worked on, and sealed all exposed nail heads and nail pops left by the previous roofer. In the meantime, it began raining again, so they button things up securely and were back on the next dry day, which was two days later. They repeated the same work on a second chimney, which was not yet leaking, but was treated the same way by the original roofer, so it was probably just a matter of time. About a week after the work was completed, a manager stopped by to verify that everything was done to our satisfaction. I have dealt with a few other roofing companies at other homes we've owned, and I've never been happy. Either they are slow, unresponsive, or the problem is never completely solved. This time we're extremely happy. From start to finish, our project was handled professionally and in a timely fashion. We've had a lot of snow melt and a very hard rain since repairs were completed, and not a single drop of water has hit the floor.
