We were very pleased.
Description of Work: We have been with ARS for many years. We keep an annual service contract with them, for which they provide twice a year check-ups on our equipment (they check the A/C in the spring and the furnace in the fall), and a discount on parts. Also, they are extremely responsive if and when there are any problems. They helped us through two furnace and A/C replacements a few years ago (we have two separate systems), and we were pleased with the results.
