Shopped around to get best pricing on a particular style and color carpet. Employees were very helpful, professional and accommodating. Price was the best I could find. Installers did a great job. Wish I had gone to them before I had selected floor tile elsewhere. They have good selection with prices to match.

Their customer service was perfect. I brought in my carpet sample and he tried real hard to find something that would go with it. We will use them again.

Carpet installers Sam and Darren arrived on time and began to work immediately. They were professional, friendly and competent. They took care to make sure that all the carpet looked its best when they left, vacuuming and removing excess carpet and pad pieces. They were also careful in moving the furniture. I woud recommend this company.

We checked out a couple different places for carpet in our new house, McCool's quoted us the lowest price for the specific brand and type of carpet we wanted so we went with them. We had about 800sqft carpeted - the upstairs of our home and the staircase and they removed the old stuff and hauled it away. In the store the salesman said he could get us the carpet installed for about $3.65/sq ft, it ended up being more like $3.75/sq ft, but this was still lower than the other places we looked so we didn't mind. Mr. McCool did come out and do the measurement himself. The good: The installers did a wonderful job, the carpet is beautiful and exactly what we wanted and we got a great deal on the price. Everyone we interacted with from the store was very friendly. The install job took them around 6 full hours and there were 4 or 5 guys working, so for the price we paid for install (included in the price above) I think we got an excellent deal. The employees were very pleasant considering it was one of the hottest days of the year and our air conditioner died on us that morning. The not so good: the carpet we chose was "in-stock" at the store and the salespeople really emphasized that, and I assumed that meant it would be able to be installed quickly. This was not the case, when Mr. McCool came to measure and took my deposit he called the store to see when they would be able to install and it was over 3 weeks. I know it's my own fault for assuming in-stock meant they could install it quickly, but I was still disappointed. There was no confirmation call before install, it had been over 3 weeks so I was expecting a call the day before to confirm. On the day of install they were late. I called the store when they were 15 minutes past due to see what was happening since I hadn't received any confirmation call, the employee was very pleasant and said they had just left and should be arriving shortly. About 5 minutes after that one of the installers called and said they were on their way. Just one other small annoying thing, they didn't bring a vacuum. The new carpet has lots of little pieces coming off of it (totally normal) and the employees asked if I had a vacuum they could use, which mine had just broke and I hadn't gotten a new one yet so I didn't. This of course wasn't a huge problem, i vacuumed once I got my new vacuum and they tried to get some of it up with my shop vac, I just thought it was odd that they didn't bring their own. I would definitely buy from them again. Most of the stuff in the "not so good" section are little things and I think they did a good job with the install and have excellent prices, so I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

They were very competitive, and they had a good price. We didn't go with them because we spent a lot of money for the siding work, which was needed that time. They were professional. We might consider using them in the future.

They were wonderful. I probably spent $5000 on that work. Everything went great. They were very polite, efficient and tidy.

We only required an estimate for hardwood flooring. The representative was on-time and very professional. He started measuring to provide the estimate and we explained an issue we had with a part of the floor being sunken. After talking more with us about the situation and stepping it off himself, he was able to see that there was quite a dip in the floor and told us he would not even be comfortable doing the work. He explained that the dip, even though he could use leveler, would eventually cause problems with the hardwood because the leveler would crack the more the house settled. This job would have been a very profitable job for the installer as it was a large room - probably at least $3500- $4000 just to install. So we feel McCool's, who has been working with this installer for many years, has chosen a good, honest, trustworthy person to work with. Thank you to them and to their installer!

The in-store sales rep was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about all carpets in the store and provided his suggestion for the best carpet for our home situation. The free estimate was done by the founder of McCool's, Mr. McCool, himself. The estimate was done quickly and accurately with his suggestions on the best way to lay the carpet. Part of the installation crew arrived about five to ten minutes early and began work immediately. The rest of the crew came about a 1/2 hour later with the carpet and padding. The furniture was moved in and out (including a large Grandfather clock) and the padding and carpet installed in less than 2 hours. The installers took extreme care in moving the Grandfather clock as well as all the other furniture and the installation went very smoothly and looks great! We will recommend McCool's to anyone.

There were several mistakes. The company finally made it right but only after several phone calls from me. They are lovely people; they just aren’t on top of their job.

They have a very good reputation and their pricing was good. We also liked their knowledge of their products. We did not have any problems with them at all.

Everything was fine and they did it in one day. It was perfect. They were professional and it looks great. The price was good because they did quite a bit. I really didn't check with anybody else but it seemed fair. They came and got it done in one day which I really liked. It was great and I will use them again.

The team was excellent. They arrived promptly and fully equipped and ready to begin installation. The flooring needed to have a seam joining 2 pieces of laminate which concerned me but the team leader assured me that it would become invisible as well as any bubbles. I was doubtful, but as he said, when it settled the seam is completely unnoticeable. Now 2 years later the floor is still beautiful and long lasting. I highly recommend these folks.

It worked out well. They came in; they did th ejob; they left. I was happy!

Everything worked great. McCools are experts. They are not the cheapest compred to Home Depot/Lowes, but that is to be expected, and the product was superb.

It went very well. The sales rep allowed us to take home several samples, discussed our needs and worked with us to find something to fit our needs. The only thing I wish went differently was that we did not receive any carpet remnants in case we had a repair in the future.

From the first store visit, then measuring by Mr. McCool himself, and finally installation, all went smoothly in our home. We have recently ordered carpet and hardwood for an office space, and will be ordering more for our home.

The experience was good, everything was fine. They were over an hour late, so, I called and checked on them, but, other than that what they did was fine. They were good.

It is a family owned company. They are very nice and trustworthy. They are really professional to deal with. We were happy with the carpet and the installation. The installers are wonderful. The sales people at the carpet store and the carpet cleaners are good too! I got a good deal on high end carpet. The carpet cleaning is a little more pricey than your bargain carpet cleaners, but it is worth it.

McCools was the middle 3 of the prices in the 3 estimates we got for this job, but we thought the best value. They had a great selection and did a great job explaining the differences. They also had good choices on upgraded pads, including the newer style mold-resistant environmentally friendly pads. Their estimator showed up on time to measure the room. They were easy to schedule the work with. Their installers showed up on time to remove the old carpet and got the new carpet in well and quickly. They did a nice job hiding the seam from the room being larger than the roll. All in all, a very good experience.

The sales representative, Terry, was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Tony's carpet services was the installer, and I found Tony to be very pleasant, competent and flexible. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.
