We were very satisfied with the entire process. I visited the showroom on Carmel Drive and they helped me quickly narrow down my needs based on the room, use of the room and style of carpet we were interested in. I took several samples home and picked out the one we wanted. McCool's arranged for a measuring appointment and showed up right on time. We signed all the paperwork and agreed on an installation date. The carpet came in on time and the installation crew showed up as expected. They did a very nice job, were courteous and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. All in all the experience went very well and we'd certainly recommend them to anyone.

Their work was really good. They worked with us really well. They will come out and do a service cleaning when it is a year old. I will continue to use them.

I contacted McCool's by email to get a quote for installation. I received an email back saying that they would look into my request and follow up with me. I never heard back from them and so I went with a different company.

Great job, had to have them come back out and re stretch an area, which they resolved within a few days and looks great

It was incredible. They were just extremely friendly, extremely helpful. They went beyond to make sure that everything was done within a timely manner. We were on a tight schedule. The installers showed up on time and were very friendly and very professional and did a great job. The whole experience was really great.

We had McCool's Flooring Outlet provide and install carpet for our new office in the Carmel City Center. Everything went absolutely perfectly from the initial selection and sale of the carpet, through the on-site measuring, to the actual final installation of the carpeting. Due to requirements from the building's landlord, we had strict specifications to meet and Allison Mitchell at the Carmel store worked with us to provide the detailed written verivication we needed to prove conformance to the specifications. Once the specs were approved, Virgil McCool came to measure and explain the finer points of how the installation would take place. Although I thought I knew how it should be installed, Mr. McCool explained a way to avoid seeing a seem by keeping the grain of the carpet consistent. This turned out to be very important, and had he not visited our office, it would not have gone as well. Last, but definately not least, Darren and Austin came and did a very professional job of installarion of the carpeting. They were able to save us a lot of money by working extra hard to slip the carpet under an existing vinyl baseboard and did such a great job I had to search to find the seam! Further, the measuring and nstallation was done promptly as scheduled and the cost was very competitive. In fact, they were the only ones I could find locally who actually had good quality commercial carpeting in stock. The total experience and finished installation could not have been better!

The job got done and we had carpet and they did what we needed them to do. The pricing was good and we were happy. The store people were real nice and worked with us but one of the installers really ticked me off.

They provided several samples that we took home and then selected the type and color that we wanted. They recommended an installer that they frequently use and he came and measured the areas. We ordered the material and they kept us informed of the to get the materials. The installation went well and was done in two and a half days. We were happy with the material and the installer (Josh Coleman).

They were a big help to us in finding the carpet and vinyl that we liked. We were able to take lots of samples and keep them as long as we needed. Carpet installation went smoothly. We're very happy.

The McCools person arrived on time, was very friendly, and careful as he cleaned several rooms, a hallway and stairway. A second person completed the re-stretching and was equally capable and competent.

Shopped for flooring (laminate) and choose McCools because of past experience, overall (not the lowest) pricing, and the professionalism given. We had used them for carpet in the past and have been very satisfied. WOuld use McCools again.

I have had estimates from 4 companies. They are all somewhat similar in price and estimation of square footage for the area in need of carpet. But one particular product they recommended was not to my liking and those which were are higher priced.

Allison was very generous in allowing us to take sample pieces home for a few days so we could "live" with the colors of the tiles or carpet or laminate in our home. When it came time to install the tile, laminate, and carpeting, everything went very smoothly and the colors, as well as choices of types of flooring, were perfect for our home and our lifestyle.

The instore salesman was very helpful in selecting the carpet, They came out and measured before the installation and the installers were very good , they were professional and polite.

We found McCool's Flooring to be professional, helpful, and did what they promised. We had carpet before a member of Angie's list, and found the integrity of the people and organization to be solid. That fact alone tipped the scales for us. We had quotes on product (laminate flooring) to be less expensive, but wanted to do business with McCool's. Would recommend and use them again.
