Cleaning was okay -nothing wrong. I just moved from NJ where the gutter cleanings are done differently (large crews, water pressure hoses etc). It wasn't exactly what I was expecting for the service.

Casey responded quickly with a cost estimate and time schedule that worked well. Very professional and refused payment until he was able to check the quality of his work post rainfall. Came back as promised and perfected the work noticing a couple of areas that could be improved. Casey went above and beyond and we would highly recommend. I guarantee we will use again.

They were very good. I would recommend them. They'll be here again on the second of November to do the second job for me. I was satisfied. The young man decided to go on his own and I think he did a good job. They were very nice people.

Casey cleaned the mold and brown streaks that had stained our roof in several places. He even walked around the house to check if there were any places that he noticed that we had not seen ourselves. The streaks were really bad in one place, and didn't quite clean up after everything dried out, but we didn't even have to tell him. He came back after a few days to check the roof and saw it himself. He kept an eye on the weather, and called when he had a window in the weather to come back and finish the job. Our roof looks brand new now. They also cleaned all the windows, inside and out, screens, molding around the windows, etc., as well as power washed the driveway. I will never clean windows again, they did such an amazing job. We will have them back every year.

They were extremely prompt, courteous, and professional. We needed the job done within a few days of calling and they were able to fit us in very quickly. Their work was very thorough and our house looks amazing. I would highly recommend this company.

For the deal, it was $100 for the gutters and $100 for the windows. He was very personable. I could tell he had a lot of pride in doing the job.

Casey arrived on time and did a great job of cleaning everything. He came to the door so I could inspect his work, to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction, which it was.

They did a great job cleaning the surfaces I asked them to clean. Unfortunately, a lot of the dirt and grime they washed off ended up on my driveway and looked very unsightly. To their credit, they came back out after I called them and cleaned it up. Ideally, they should be conscience of this and should take care of this without having to be prompted, but it was resolved satisfactorily. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

Fantastic! This is the second time I have used IndyRes for window cleaning. Casey has done a great job both times—far better than previous window washers I have used (and, I thought they did a good job). He really sets the standard high. He also cleaned three skylights that were very dirty and difficult to access. And he cleaned gutters and downspouts. He is very pleasant and professional.
