The last couple of years ive worked with Casey and Kelly from Indy-Res they are great people and offer great pressure washing services. 10/10 would recommend.

Casey is the epitome of the ultimate business professional. He provides exemplary services. He and his employee James were very cordial and worked tirelessly for over six hours in the hot sun and ninety degree weather. Their combined work ethic was second to none. They went above and beyond and I would very highly recommend them to anyone who wants the highest quality of service. You can’t go wrong with Indy-Res!

Great! Christmas tree lights were amazing. In May they power washed steps and retaining wall to get rid of the green moss or algae. Steps were getting slick and this solved that. Looks like brand new brick. Casey is incredible -timely, professional, everything you could ask for.

Indyres show up as schedules. Did 3rd story gutters that most would not. Very personable and professional in their customer approach.

After a reschedule due to weather, we quickly rescheduled and he showed up on time and took care of the job with minimal effort on my part. The house looks great after the washing.

He worked diligently to clean the brick surfaces, the chimney, the Hardie plank siding, and under the eaves. Frankly, the chimney hasn't looked this good in the five years we've owned the house. It took him about three hours and he left no mess behind. He even cleaned our front porch where you could see that the welcome mat had been. We are recommending him to our neighbors who also need this service.

Cleared our top deck gutters then blew out the loose debris. Our second year using Casey. They come twice per year. They are reliable, efficient and charge a reasonable fee.

Casey and his IndyRes team did a fantastic job! They power washed the north side of my siding for literally 1/4 the cost of an estimate from another company!

great job. they also power washed a small section of my roof so I could see the potential benefit of their roof service. This was done with my pre-approval of course.

Casey arrived in the time window, set up his equipment and set to work. He was very professional about all of it. First he washed the house, which is a big 3-story old house built in 1905, then washed the outside of each storm window using a brush and pure water for rinsing. It took about 5 hours of solid work.

It went very well. The windows are very clean and sparkling. Casey did an excellent job and I would recommend him highly to anyone seeking quality window cleaning.

Great! He was thorough and I was happy with quality/price. Would recommend to anyone with mold outside of house. Gets rid of mold and outside of house is clean as can be.

It went great! I have used IndyRes three times now and have always been very happy with the work that Casey does. He is very thorough with everything that he does and uses safe ingredients for cleaning. I recommend IndyRes for any window cleaning or gutter cleaning that you may have.

The job was professionally done by a very nice person. The pressure washing was not harsh, and the cleaning was complete.

IndyRes did a great job. We started with a conversation about my gutters that needed cleaned out and he agreed to take the time to do so before power washing the house. I was thrilled he agreed to clean the gutters since we had not planned for it. He also tackled the shady north side of the house with siding covered by algae. It now looks like new, along with the rest of the siding and woodwork. He worked alone, and was efficient and professional. We discussed additional work he can do for us at some point.

Great! Everything worked out well. I still use them and may use them for Christmas decorations next year.

VERY reasonably priced, even before our Angie's List promotional offer, and our house looks like it was repainted, not just washed. Job well done! They get an 'A+' from us.
