The office called promptly and scheduled the appointment. Casey was the tech who performed the work. He was very professional. Arrived on time and exceeded our expectations.

they had a promo and I responded and committed but they were overwhelmed with business so it took many weeks, especially with severe winter weather in december, but they came out as soon as they could, had excellent communications, and did a fantastic job. I brought up a problem with a gutter leak and they identified a quick remedy and took care of that, too! I would use then again!

He showed up, without an appointment, and completed the job, without supervision.

They did a pretty good job. I know that they were there. I took them extra few weeks because of the weather but they finally got the job done and it looks like they did a good job. It was hard to figure it out because I haven't been up on the roof to take a look at it. I just know that they've been there. They were very honest with me and told me that when it got cold, they couldn't come out. They did come out and it worked out well.

It was very good. They said they would honor the paid price if we have them out twice a year. We probably will as leaves do fall and fill up gutters. The weather bad and they weren't able to come out and clean the leaves. They did call and reschedule as soon as they could and they honored that commitment.

Job was done when scheduled. Communication was excellent. Very friendly and professional.

I ordered a deal for gutter cleaning. IndyRes worked with me to make sure that the service was done. He could not do anything on the first visit because it was cold enough for the leaves to stick to the gutters. So we rescheduled for warmer weather. The gutters were cleaned and I would use them again.

I had to wait till a Bradford pear tree lost its leaves and they were very agreeable to wait.

The service was fine. He called ahead of time. We had a family emergency that day and we were running late getting back. So, I appreciated the fact that he gave us a little extra time. He was not upset that we were running late. We have been to the doctor. He is very professional answering questions and he knew what he was doing. The work they did turned out fine. It was gutter cleaning so I see some of them, but I cannot see all of them, but the ones that I can see that he cleaned were completely cleaned. So, I am assuming that the others were too. When we had rains, they drained a lot better I think.

It went very well,from start ,e-mails,phone calls from Kelly,and Casey doing work with gutters.Had one downspout plugged,which was cleaned.Happy Happy. Also,Casey back and did window cleaning,storms and outside windows.
