Indy Res

I enjoy working with Indy Res. They are very responsive, leave reminder messages before the scheduled date, call when on their way. I've used them in the past and will continue to do so. They do great work.

Casey did a fantastic job! He worked so hard and was punctual and super nice. The windows are sparkling clean. He even went over and re-cleaned a few windows that got dirty while other service workers were there while we were moving in our new home. We will use him every year !

It went well. The price was great and they were very professional. We knew there could be a plant loss or two because of the chemicals used to clean the roof and we did lose one. I am hoping it will come back next year but this was a problem cited by most roof cleaners.

Casey came to our home as scheduled and gave us his professional opinion of what it would take in process, cost, and time to clean the roof. He returned in a timely manner to complete the work. Our roof looks like new. We were completely satisfied with Casey's work, his professionalism, and demeanor. He was in and out, clean up was neat; great company with which to do business.

The work had to be rescheduled because of snow and ice on the day of the original appointment. But they showed up as reschefuled and completed the work.

Everything went perfectly! Our gutters had a little ice in them. Casey started cleaning and then asked if he could come back later to finish, after the sun had a chance to loosen the ice. Casey went to touch on another job and true to his word came back in the afternoon and finished our gutter cleaning. We were totally happy with his work, especially since another Angie's List company had taken us for gutter cleaning, without really cleaning the gutters! Casey is the real deal.

This was a big deal purchase. They were fine. They charged additional to the $99 price of the deal because we have a billion windows in our house. I don't remember the price but it was reasonable. We will use them again; we are planning on calling them soon.

This is the second time I have used them. Excellent and affordable service. I will continue to use their services as needed.

Casey was so helpful. He cleaned gutter, cleaned roof, back porch, inspected guyters, flushed gutters and down spouts. He pointed out two critical problems with gutters. I was so impressed with his profesionalism.
