It well very well. Casey is punctual and easy to work with. He is very careful with his workmanship and did a great job. The gutter covers are high quality ones which should last a long time. I would highly recommend this service provider to Angies list subscribers.

All the gutters were cleaned. He was very good and knew his job. We found several dead animal skeltons in the gutters that others had ignored.

Came to my house and cleaned my windows and gutters, After they left there was damage to my deck, I called and let them know of the damage. He informed me that his cousin who is a contractor would come and look at he damage and repair what needs to be fixed. The very next day it rained and I could tell my gutters were not cleaned well because the water was spilling out over the top. He came out and clean the area that I noticed the water spilling over. I have a bad taste in my mouth because he was not forth coming with the issue of my deck and the poor job of cleaning my gutters. Very unhappy with this company and I do not recommend.

After we contacted IndyRes to schedule the gutter cleaning, they returned our call quickly and got us scheduled faster than we expected. Everything went well - the work was done professionally and politely and no mess was left behind. Overall, this was a delightful experience!

The young man arrived in the time period scheduled. He cleaned the gutters, bagged and hauled away the debris.

He showed up on time and cleaned gutters which were clogged with debris. Was quick and efficient.

Provider did contact me to arrange service and left voicemail on old phone #. I was expecting email contact as all of my other service providers have used to contact me. So I assumed I had not been contacted. Asked for refund since i had not heard back and have had service completed by other company.

i contacted this provider from one of the Angie's list deals that was emailed to me. They were very prompt at returning my call after I signed up on the website. They scheduled my appointment for the time I requested. Casey arrived promptly and cleaned all of the gutters. He was very professional and friendly. He did a thorough job and pointed out a place where water was running back toward the house instead of away from the house. He advised me on the best way to remedy the situation. I was totally satisfied with his work and plan to have him come back in November after the leaves have fallen.

Excellent! Casey from Indyres did a very thorough job of washing the windows, cleaning the screens and wiping the sills and frames. He was very courteous, hardworking and professional. He was meticulous in cleaning and was careful not to leave any mess. His charge was considerably higher than quoted (and also higher than other companies I had used previously for the same job). I attribute the discrepancy with his company's quote to poor communication on my part. I was quoted a price per double-hung window, but I wasn't asked if there were storm windows on those. As a result the actual price charged was higher and the job took a lot longer than anticipated when they scheduled it. Also, although their Angie's List profile specifies a 10% Senior Discount, I wasn't given the discount, because I neglected to mention it. In spite of the fact that the job took considerably longer than scheduled, Casey stuck right with it, working diligently until after 7 pm. The windows look great. It is a pleasure to see sun streaming in sparkling clean windows.

Casey is so nice, professional and punctual. We had to reschedule twice because of rain, but IndyRes called promptly to reschedule and put me on the schedule quickly. I have used 2 other window cleaners and Indyres is my favorite! I will use them from now on. Highly recommend!

He arrived promptly within the one hour scheduled window. Windows were immaculately cleaned, screens removed and replaced. Casey is a very pleasant young man and does outstanding work. I would recommend him highly and we will use him again.

Very obliging, experienced man who is starting his own business He is eager for referrals and offers discounts to new customers. Arrived on time and was careful not to track dirt into the house. He offers other household cleaning services and will change light bulbs. He would like to add this neighborhood to his clientele.

Casey arrived on time and called ahead. We had purchased the "Big Deal" for $99. We have a 2-story, 4,000 square foot home with lots of windows, including a window-filled sunroom. Casey first went around and counted all of our windows and then gave me a price based on cleaning all of them inside and out plus screens. He was at our home for about 4 hours and never took a break. He was non-intrusive and worked very quickly. Casey's demeanor was very professional, and he wore the blue booties over his shoes throughout our home. Anyone should feel very comfortable having him in the home. We could not be happier with the service; the windows absolutely shine! We are thrilled and will definitely be hiring them again.

They watched the weather forecast, to make sure they didn't clean the windows in the rain. They were professional and punctual, both with contacting us and with their arrival time. The owner is a dedicated and hard-working man who obviously takes great pride in his work. No kidding - the view out of the windows was amazing, and I was sad we had not heard of this company earlier. We will definitely call them to clean the windows every year now. This was the best money we've spent in a long time!
