"I like Jerry as a person. I gave him every opportunity to successfully communicate and it just did not happen. After the quotation process, I turned other vendors away and then waited for him to fulfill the offer. Not only was I stood up with visits to my home twice after, but the last 3 times I have tried connecting with him (May 17, May 24, June 3) all went without response. If a job can not be managed, just say it. Do not lead people on."

"My family experienced water and wind damage earlier this year. We had to be placed in a hotel. After reaching out to numerous companies, we chose Maynor construction. I am glad we did!! If it wasnâ t for Maynor and his staff, I wouldnâ t have made it. The process was long and depressing because of being away from home. However Maynor and his staff reassured me. They showed patience with me and worked hand and hand with my insurance company with getting my home repaired in a timely manner. Thank you Maynor! I truly feel like we are family!"

We are a small company with 4 employees who have been with us for 10+ years. We are able to do complete projects without the use of many subcontractors. We pride ourselves in restoration of older homes. We require deposits on most projects and only accept check/money orders. We do not finance projects.
