Does good work but very poor communication I wasn't aware he had been on my propert to check spa no call day of inspection and I was home no knock on door or cell communication. Parts were removed from my unit without my approval. The repairs were made without my approval and then advised this your bill. Received phone call saying I can be at you're propert tomorrow to install pump I went to my spa and saw my pump had been removed. Me Lancaster said he was under the impression he was to fix the spa. I told him our conversation was to advise me of repairs to discuss cost. Poor customer service.

Richard was quick to respond to our submission on HomeAdvisor and came out the next day to assess the problem with our hot tub. We inherited this hot tub on this home that we just purchased and moved into in July. The hot tub is an older model. One of the two motors had shorted out due to a leak. The tub was drained, the leak fixed and the motor repaired. Richard recommended (but did not push) upgrading the control system for a long term fix to this older hot tub. He also replaced the two filters in the hot tub. Another leak was found and this too was fixed. He explained what he was doing and why, how to maintain the hot tub and even measured for a new cover (which we need to replace before winter). He was very knowledgeable and personable. I would definitely recommend Lancaster Services and will call on Richard again for any maintenance or issues with the hot tub. The final cost was more than originally expected, but that was due to the upgrade to the new control system and well worth the cost for long term!
