We needed our Walk-In Tub drain leak repaired before the closing of our home. Richard assessed the problem made phone calls, obtained the part needed and repaired it when no Plumbing Co would. Everyone we paid to analyze it recommended replacing the tub! It is a shame that eldering or handicapped consumers make such a large purchase and the company that installs it has noone to service the product. Richard did not take advantage of the situation and overcharge us and he kept us abreast of the progress in getting the part. We tipped him generously as he saved us lots of money. He is a neat worker and very well informed, intelligent and a friendly man. You cannot go wrong with Lancaster Services.

Richard was always prompt and showed up when he said he would. After replacing a pump motor on my spa we found that there was much more comprehensive damage to the unit and I decided that I would not repair it but have it removed. Richard arranged help to get it removed, did not charge me for the replacement pump and did an amazing job of removing an entire railing of my deck and replacing it in the precess of removing the spa. My wife is ecstatic to have the old spa gone and she really appreciated Richard's professionalism when working with him. We intend on using Richard for some other work we need done.

Richard was very knowledgeable and a complete pro. He came over on Christmas Eve, asseced the problem, and took the appropriate steps to keep everything from freezing till the parts that were needed came in. If you have a spa then he's your guy.
