i for a refurbished hot tub and needed help fixing the electircal connections. The company i bought it from said 6 weeks. I contacted HA and they found Lancaster. He answered within a couple of hours, made an appointment next day. A 6 week improvement. He had some delays and requested that I wait a day. I would except I already had left work. He understood, said he would do his best. Within an hour, he called and said he would be there at a later time, but that day. I was very happy with his response, his ability to navigate issues and fix the problem. I will use him again.

My hot tub was not heating. I called Lancaster and the next day he was working on it. We encountered a few issues and he worked on the tub in the pouring rain until it was up and running smoothly.

Had a difficult problem with our hot tub. It took a little while to figure out, but eventually the problem was fixed at a much better price than Watson's bid.

I have a very old model hot tub. He made several calls and did extra work to find the parts needed to fix my heating element. It took a few attempts to get it right because some of the parts are obsolete but he kept at it until it was working correctly.
