Hot tubs are expensive

Mr. Lancaster: Really? You really want me to review your work? Your work ethic, lack of your reliability, knowledge of how to do the required job? The fact that you did not have the skills or tools to do the job. And worse would not admit it. Ended up spending $1000s to **cover-up** his poor craftsmanship. So again, really?? - You really want me to review your work publicly. Lets, shall we say, be glad for common civility?

Was not at all happy that my pool pump and filter were all disassembled and now I will have to pay to have them put back on the pool this spring. I never expected this. I am not happy with this.
