Description of Work: Called for an appointment. The appointment was scheduled for a week later. The consultant was unprepared -- didn't have the right sample books -- but told me she would send me an estimate from the measurements she took and the description and color of what I was looking for. Never called. Never emailed. I called a week later and was put through to her. She was apologetic and called me back a couple of days later. The estimate (top-down, bottom-up shades, including installation)she gave was substantially above other estimates I received for the same product. I didn't use them because the inefficiency they showed in in the estimating process gave me no confidence in the follow through.

Description of Work: Installed panel tracks on two patio doors. Installer was on time and completed the work in a timely manner. When we had a small problem with the mechanism months later he returned and installed a new piece no problem.
