Budget Blinds

They were fine, their product was good. The only comment that might not be too good is, when I called them back because I needed more blinds, they never returned my phone call. Maybe they were too busy. I don't know what the issue was. That is why I went with Costco because I couldn't get them back, not because of the quality of the job that was done, it was how promptly they returned to my inquiry. The pricing was good. One person came out to complete the service, it took him a couple of weeks to complete it. He left the area clean. They did really well on the quality of the product.

Company does not do blind repair unless they are the ones that they install. Which I understand and no problem. Simply asked for a referral to a company that does blind repair and they did not have any references. Suggested and thought it might be a good business practice to help others out? Apparently not.

Brian from budget blinds called to reschedule a Friday appointment so his daughter could go to a soccer game. He misses the rescheduled appointment, does not call after 30 minutes. I call him and get a sob story and way too much information about his other kids and the kid's mother's trip out of town. Extremely unprofessional, and I will do my best to keep others from using Budget Blinds. Hunter Douglass was much more professional, punctual, and friendly.

I'm very happy with the quality of the window treatments. The product is excellent, fits our windows perfectly, and looks great!

It went fine. The price was more than I expected, especially since they used some existing equipment. They did give me a credit toward the cost for that. I would use them again, but not the same salesman.

I contacted Budget Blinds for a recommendation on how to handle a particular window. Brian Tipmore came out and provided great ideas and options. I ordered a faux wood blind and I am very pleased with it and just made an appointment for an estimate to get additional windows done. The installer was excellent.

It went well. The two men with whom I had contact were knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. Once during and once after completion of the project there were some billing issues but they were easily and quickly resolved.

I called and made an appointment to have plantation blinds installed at my bay window. The salesman from Budget Blinds, was very friendly, professional and arrived on time. He was actually scheduled to arrive on another day, but that appointment was scheduled during one of the brutal winter weather days, and my representative called to see if I wouldn't bind rescheduling. Of course I understood and it was no problem rescheduling with him. Since I knew exactly what I wanted, he immediately showed me, the various textures and colors, from his samples. We found a perfect match to the blinds already installed at my other two windows. He measured, wrote up my invoice, and told me when the installer would be calling to set up an appointment to install the blinds. He was very efficient and was in and out in 30 minutes or less. LOVED IT!!! I loved thefact that he was very nice, courteous, professional, and didn't try to sell me anything than what I needed. About 3 weeks later to the day, just as the salesman had written on the invoice, the installer called to set up a time to install the blinds. He arrived on time and was also very nice, friendly and professional. The blinds were installed in less than 15 minutes, and look absolutely beautiful. I really enjoyed working with Budget Blinds and would definitely use them again.

They were friendly, excellent service. The price was great. They just did an excellent job. Pleasure to do business with them.

After a visit to our home to choose our blinds, they were back to install them in about a week and a half! It only tools few hours for the installation. They look great!!!

Overall, the experience was great. I cannot rave about this company enough. The employees were incredibly professional, from the estimate to the delivery and installation. The blinds arrived exactly as quoted. The price was the most competitive. They were on time, friendly, and cleaned up everything very well afterwards. I would highly recommend them to others.

This is the second time we've used Budget Blinds and have been extremely happy with the service; Dean provides good variety of choices, is a pleasure to work with and I feel he gives us a fair price. The film was installed by a subcontractor who came out the day after Dean measured and did a very professional installation. We are very pleased that you can barely see the film but this will significantly reduce heat on these west facing windows.

Excellent experience overall. There was a small problem with the measurement for the patio door blinds, but Dean and his crew handled this professionally, and took every step to ensure I was happy with the end result. Very satisfied customer and happy to recommend to fellow Angie's List members.

They did a good job. Their prices were good. They delivered them on time as well.

I believe the gentleman we contacted is out of Indianapolis. My wife would probably be a better reference, but I met the gentleman immaterially. He seemed to be responsive and he came out right away with plenty of samples. So he was prepared. The quote, even with a 40 percent discount, may be a little bit expensive but probably after the discount would wind up to what we expected to pay. Brian was very responsive. He was here on time and was prepared. We had a lot going on and he stuck to the conversation. We would call them in the future. Actually we requested a different quote from him as well.

Markel was very polite and professional. He came out and measured and showed me samples of blinds. I already had one estimate from the Blind Man, and was doing a cost comparison. Budget Blinds' estimate was signifcantly lower, and the product looked great, so I went with Budget Blinds. The product arrived in about 7 weeks, just as promised, and the installer was out promptly. He did a GREAT job installing - -the blinds look fantastic and have transformed the look of the room.

I enjoyed working with Budget Blinds. Both Dean and Ronnie were great. Everything went off without a hitch! Thank you very much.

Dean came out, measured all of the windows and matched our trim. When the blinds came in he installed all of them himself. Best money we ever spent.

Dean was a pleasure to work with and took time to show us a variety of options. The installation was seamless, fast and clean with no issues. We look forward to using them again.

Gentleman arrived on time, provided guidance on best blinds to use, measured all windows, and said would call to schedule installation to 3 weeks. The company returned three weeks later and installed all blinds. The installer noticed stains on one of the 18 sets of blinds, and arranged for a new blind to be made after which they will return to replace the stained blind. All the blinds fit and work perfectly. We are delighted. The sales rep and installer were both outstanding, friendly, competent and knowledgeable. We have had no problems and would definitely use them again.

The consultant and franchise owner Dean Dye came out and spent a long time measuring 11 windows and doors and talked with me extensively about the blinds he could install and recommended a lesser priced product instead and saved me considerable money on the estimate. He was very informed about the products and very good to work with all around.

Lona was wonderful! She went out of her way to help me choose the right blinds and shades for our home. The prices were higher than we expected, but we are very pleased with the final result! The owner, Dean, and his wife, came out to install the blinds and shades when they came in. They are very friendly, personable people who care about their customers and go out of their way for customer satisfaction!

The estimate actually started out higher, it was completely unreasonable. We ended up going with another company, and spent $700 instead for the three windows. Granted, the product that we purchased was not as "high end", but it was fine for a garage window.
