Very well. Dean came to the house, showed me different options for the variety of windows I have; including a remote control blind for a very high window that I have. Very helpful. He removed any old remaining blinds I could not remove before the installation day; very clean, professional work.

GREAT! I had wanted to do this for years, but didn't want to spend the money. My husband came home today and for the first time ever said that a home improvement project was worth the money I spent! Dean come out within a few days of my initial call and reviewed various blinds with me. I made a color and style choice and he measured the same day. Installation was set within about two weeks, exactly the time frame he had indicated. It ended up taking a bit longer due to some conflicts I had with the date I originally scheduled, but they were installed today in about 45 minutes and look really good. Dean is professional and knowledgeable about what he is selling.

Budget Blinds (Dean and Rob) installed our blinds for our entire house ($1,800) 3 years ago. Three of them needed fixed (example: wand broke off). We called them to schedule an appointment. They came out and looked at them, ordered the parts, and came back to fix them. There was no charge because this was included in the warranty.

I was very pleased in the professionalism of Mr. Dye and his staff. They were prompt and informative. They cleaned up their mess, as they went along.

Dean was very personable. He listened well and understood the problem I was trying to solve. He offered a couple of different solutions. Estimate was provided on the spot. Price seemed reasonable.

WE PURCHASED NEW HONEYCOMB CELLULAR SHADES AND FAUX WOOD BLINDS FOR OUR ENTIRE HOUSE FROM DEAN, AND WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THEM. DEAN SEEMED VERY GENUINE WHEN WE MET WITH HIM FOR THE ESTIMATE, AND HIS APPROACH WASN'T HIGH PRESSURED. WE GOT FIVE ESTIMATES, AND HIS PRICE WASN'T THE LOWEST BUT IT WAS VERY COMPETITIVE WITH THE OTHERS. IN ADDITION, HE OFFERED A BETTER WARRANTY FOR COMPARABLE PRODUCT, WHICH WE LIKED. HE DID THE INSTALLATION HIMSELF, AND HE DID A VERY PROFESSIONAL AND QUICK JOB WITH THE INSTALLATION. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO OTHERS WHO NEED BLINDS IN THEIR HOME.

DEAN WAS GREAT! VERY RESPONSIVE AND DID CONSULTATION, MEASURING AND INSTALLATION HIMSELF, EVEN DOING INSTALL IN THE EVENING TO FIT MY SCHEDULE. WHOLE PROCESS TOOK 3 WEEKS FROM START TO FINISH WHICH WAS MUCH FASTER THAN MY PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WITH (COMPETITOR). BLINDS THEMSELVES SEEM TO BE EQUAL OR SUPERIOR IN QUALITY TO LEVILOR--WISH I'D USED BUGDET BLINDS FOR THE WHOLE HOUSE. WOULD DEFINTELY RECOMMEND AND USE AGAIN.

THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE IN RETURNING MY CALLS AND MEETING WITH ME IN MY HOME TO MAKE SELECTIONS AND PREPARE AN ESTIMATE. THE MEETING WAS PRESSURE FREE AND THEY UNDERSTOOD THAT I WAS GETTING ANOTHER QUOTE. I SELECTED THIS COMPANY ALTHOUGH THE PRICE WAS SIMILAR TO MY OTHER QUOTE BECAUSE OF THE VALUE. I FELT THE BUDGET BLIND PRODUCT WAS OF A BETTER QUALITY. I AM NOT DISAPPOINTED --- THE BLINDS ARE BEAUTIFUL AND THE INSTALLATION WAS RAPID AND WELL DONE.

WHILE HE WAS VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL, THE PRICES FOR HIS PRODUCTS WERE A BIT TOO HIGH RELATIVE TO OTHER VENDORS. WENT WITH SOMEONE ELSE, BASED ON PRICE, FOR SIMILAR QUALITY BLINDS.

HE DOES AN EXCELLENT JOB, YOU'D LIKE HIM! I WILL HIRE HIM FOR PATIO DOOR BLINDS AND BEDROOM BLINDS TOO.

VERY PROMPT AND COURTEOUS SERVICE. COST, AS EXPECTED, WAS TREMENDOUS. WORK WAS COMPLETED QUICKLY AND WITH A SMILE. WOULD DEFINITELY USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN FOR MY BLIND NEEDS!

THEY TRIED VERY HARD, BUT EITHER MEASURED OR MANUFACTURED WRONG SIZE FOR THREE OF FIVE WINDOWS. THERE SEEMED TO BE NO URGENCY TO CORRECT THE ERROR.
