TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! they showed up late everyday put 12 holes in my drywall due to carelessness. when i asked if they were going to fix the holes the response was "i'm not a drywall guy". Had to babysit the crew the entire time, I own my own restoration company which is the only thing that saved my house from multiple screw ups because i had to stop them from rubbing caulk all over my siding outside. I live in a $300,000 and up neighborhood. they left my windows trashed, covered in caulk and sweat. so i had to have them cleaned afterward. they "filled in holes" and left chunks of caulk all over the trim of my windows so we had to sand theyre mess and repaint everything. didn't clean up anything and left my house trashed with dust everywhere, used my furniture to set tools on. left black fingerprints all over my walls that had to be washed, they left METAL SHAVINGS all over my yard and the salesman had a total attitude about it claiming he "showed up to clean it and didnt see anything" I had to tell all my neighbors to keep their kids out of my yard due to safety of the metal shavings everywhere. my outdoor furniture was covered in caulk and wasn't cleaned up. there was zero communication between the crew and myself, they made decisions on their own which caused us more work. now none of my blinds fit on my windows. I have not heard from the salesman since i told him my bottom line. this company is anything but professional and i would never use them nor refer them to anyone.

Work was held up two days due to rain, but Drew kept me well informed. Work crew arrived when they said they would. It took approx. 6 hrs. They cleaned up everything after work was performed.

He was very professional, it was a fair price. I just found a different package all with one company that I didn't use Angie's List for. But, they did come out and they were very professional in their presentation. They were very timely. I would recommend someone use them.

I called Window Universe because of the great reviews on AngiesList. Drew Charters (the sales rep and coordinator) came to my house and showed me the product and explain the process. I told him I didn't want a lengthy sales pitch as I knew what I wanted. He honored my wishes. He sent the installer Gary out to measure the windows. They go them ordered and set up a date to install. Gary and his team Tyson and Justin came to install them. They were very professional and very hard working. They installed the windows cleaned up the mess and were gone in two days. Gary and his team are very good at what they do. My new windows look awesome and I am very pleased with them. The ease of raising and lowering them is great. I definitely recommend Window Universe with this team. So thank you Drew, for the email updates through the process and to Gary, Tyson and Justin for doing a great job installing.

The service was good and they came on time. It was hard to cut the middle frames out because they were very old but once they got it rolling, it went smoothly. It was a full days job. The window quality was pretty good for the price. I thought the salesperson was pretty good at following up with me, from the estimate to the weekly email while the process was going on. I'm sure I'll use them for the other half of the house in the future.

Drew arrived on time for initial estimate appointment. He presented his product with a very thorough explanation of materials used and features included. Because they don't base price on size of each individual window he was able to provide an estimate at that time. I have delayed my window project but will definitely consider this company when I do complete it.

I would definitley recommend this company. Drew was my point of contact from start to finish. He was flexible with my schedule, easy to reach and replied to me promptly whenever I sent him a mesage. The installers were very friendly and curteous. They did a great job of cleaning up, I wouldn't have even noticed they were there! The windows look fabulous and were a great value for the money. I shopped around with other window companies and Windows Universe were the most affordable and had a great product. Thank you so much!

We replaced 8 of the windows in our house with Window Universe and everything went great! We got quotes from several different companies, but Window Universe was by far the best offer. Our windows were installed within a month and they really improved the look of our home.

Everything went well in regards to the price, quality and installation. The windows were actually better quality then I expected for the price and the installer did a great job on installation. The only small issue I had was not knowing that the price would be more than the advertised price because the home had storm windows and lead based paint. Drew did help me out by finding a coupon to offset some of the extra cost which I appreciated. I have no complaints so far.

The installers arrived right on time. They were very respectful of my home and my property. The windows were installed quickly and professionally. After the windows were installed they did an excellent job on clean-up and were sure to leave my property the same way they found it. They took the time to go around with me to show me each window and explain some of the simple features on how to properly use the windows which was simple enough. But I was impressed that they took the time to do that. They were sure to let me know my point-of-contact should I need anything at all. It was a great experience. I was apprehensive in the beginning, being a first time home owner, that if I hired a company that knew I was new to the home-owning game, that I may be an easy person to take advantage of. But, after my first conversation with the salesman, I felt so relieved that I had found a company that was going to treat me honestly and fairly. After the experience was over, I knew I had made the right choice!

The service I received from Window Universe was amazing. From the first time I called them to the installation of my replacement windows, I was impressed with every aspect of the process. The salesman was extremely helpful, answering all of my questions (there were a lot), and making sure I understood the lifetime warranty. The installers were prompt and friendly and did a great job. I love my new windows and I got a great price!

From the beginning it was a great experience. I spoke with the owner on teh phone during our first contact and scheduled a measurement that occurred the same week. The windows were delivered and installed on their scheduled delivery date and we hardly noticed the installer was even there. Everyone involved thorughout the process from the salesman to the installers were very polite and courteous and attentive to our needs. They were very knowledgable and responsive to all of our questions and we had a lot. For the service they provide to the quality of work and lifetime warranty with their products their prices couldn't be beat.

Window Universe was great!! The salesman that came to our home was very knowledgeable and helped us pick the right windows for us. I also loved the Window Wagon!! It was nice to get emails giving me updates along the way. I was really happy with how smooth everything went and my windows look great. The salesman was able to answer all my questions and was not in the least pushy in his sales pitch. The installers were punctual, polite, and when the job was finished left no mess behind. This is my first time using this company and the experience was such a good one that I will definitely be using them again. I would highly recommend Window Universe to anyone looking for quality windows from excellent people!
