Happy customer from beginning to end. Window Universe was professional and responsive. I think I got a good value and they cut out all the sales men/women so they can keep their prices low.

We replaced 7 windows and a patio door. Drew answered all our questions and helped us pick our options. The price and quality beat the other companies we talked to. Due to COVID the manufacturer took 5 months to finish the windows, but that’s no one’s fault. The installers were great and even took our blinds down and rehung them for us. The only negative was that they gouged some wood trim around the patio door. All in all we love the windows and door - they’re attractive and work really well. If we ever replace our four remaining windows we’ll definitely call Window Universe.

Grade? Installation, an easy “A”. The rest was a hard “F”. Fail in every aspect. I will say, they were certainly quick to charge payment. I only wish this applied to the other aspects of my experience. One of the reasons I chose Window Universe, aside from Angles list, was what I saw on the web site’s FAQs: How do I know that things are on schedule after I've ordered the windows? This is a great question! We will keep you informed through weekly email status updates until everything is complete. Every Thursday you will receive an email letting you know the status of the project and confirming that everything is on track. Of course you can always call to check anytime you like. Some companies will take your money and leave you with no idea what is going on until they show up two months later with a pickup truck full of windows. We thought there was probably a better way to keep you informed! In fact, Window Universe did EXACTLY this. Initial contact was good. Answered questions and drafted agreement. June 8 I signed the order. June 12 thru July 23 with zero communication. July 23 I finally received a response to a follow up from the Executive Assistant directing me to Drew. 2 follow ups and I finally received a reply on 31 July. I was told I was on the schedule for 10 Aug. I had to reach out again on Aug 17th for an update. I received a reply on the 18th with a request for installation on the 19th to “fill a cancellation”. NO explanation as to why the 10th came and went with no contact or installation. BTW, I agreed to the date and installation was great. Perhaps the most professional part of the process. At least there was the canned and cold "Follow up" email. No explanations, apologies or anything. Just letting me know they charged the final payment. The cavalier attitude and blatant disregard of their own touted strong points identify this as a company to avoid.

Paid deposit. They never came out to measure. Kept giving me excuses. Then said they had lost their measuring crew. It had been about a month so I requested my money back. They did return my money

I was very pleased. No pressure sales or pricing gimmicks. Good product and price. Installation was quick and the installers were pleasant, professional, and fast. The windows have a transferrable life-time warranty which is a plus if I move.

Nice product. I was very happy with the progress reports during the time my windows were being constructed. Timeline was accurate and installation was a breeze! Would use again if needed.

Well everything fit correctly they said two days but only took one helped some draft issues

The installation was slick. The old windows were removed, new ones replaced & caulked in the same day. ,

All went smoothly. Every one I had contact with was very courteous and respectful. They had to come out 2x to measure due to my changing my mind about something and it was done quickly and to my schedule. The windows were made very timely and installed the same week that I was called to be told that they had arrived. I believe it was all complete from beginning to end within 6 weeks. They look great and I could not be happier with the whole experience. 7 of my windows were standard and 1 special made the whole job was done and cleaned up in 8 hours time. I would absolutely recommend window universe to others.

Once I was ready to begin the project they worked great with my schedule. I was also kept up to date on the progress of my windows through weekly emails. The day of installation the workers were right on schedule and very friendly. Everything was cleaned up nicely as well. My windows are beautiful and I'm so very happy with how the project turned out.

***Great company to do business with*** I decided earlier this year to replace the windows in my Condo; so I started researching. I chose three companies to provide quotes; all three offered similar windows, but the pricing was crazy different for primarily the same windows. I went with Window Universe and could not be happier; they offer financing through an easy application process. Once I applied, I was contacted by one of the sales people who met with me and provided a packet on what the various window offerings, the warranty and detailed how the process worked. The process was easy; weekly emails were received to outline the current of the process. The installation process quick and painless; the guys were kind, considerate and cleaned up when completed. I have provided the contact information for Window Universe to several friends/neighbors and at least one has purchased windows through this company.

Went smoothly throughout the process from a quick web estimate to Salesman showing sample windows to the measure crew and then to the installation.

I picked Window Universe after interviewing several window replacement companies and this choice proved to be a very good decision. The windows, double hung, are beautiful and function well. The company did an outstanding job working with me regarding the choice of window, design and extras. After the order was placed I received weekly updates to keep me informed on the status of the order. The installation for the 17 windows took 2 days. On day one the old windows were removed and new windows were placed. On day two the outside trim was finished. The installation crew was very respectful of the inside and outside surroundings of the window openings. No trash was left behind. Window Universe provided excellent service and value. I highly recommend Window Universe for all your window replacement needs.

We found Window Universe online and requested a quote for 5 windows. We also received quotes from two other providers, but we ultimately went with Window Universe. They were very responsive to our emails and phone calls, and the windows arrived relatively quickly compared to another provider we had used previously. We had one glitch with the process, but they responded promptly and made it right. We will definitely call Window Universe again when we are ready to replace more windows.

Very well in spite of some glitches since this is an old house. They did a great job of installing trim pieces, etc. to cover areas needing some attention after removal of the old windows that the new windows did not cover. I believe they go above and beyond to please the customer.

I talked to them last week I talk to them once a week. We are still waiting on a couple of parts to still come in for the doors. They are replacing 22 of my windows, a new front door with side panels that have windows in them and a new back door. I was very impressed when they first came out. I went on line and did some research and stuff. I was impressed with what I saw and heard. People have been very nice when they have been out. I am just waiting to get the job finished. But they want to do it all at one time. So to be fair, I want to wait until the parts come in to finish the work and I will go from there.

Sales person was half hour late. They offer 1yr same as cash but unwilling to help in getting THEIR vendor to respond or even being able they get me a phone number I am trunking my $1200 job was not big enough for them so I did not ranks. However they failed to realize I had 3 additional referrals

We had a woman come out to measure and take notes. She was supposed to respond with a quote. I never received the quote so called back. Was told she would respond. Called again, finally got a quote and they claimed it must be stuck in my junk folder the first time. Quote was very high - $8000 for doors. I asked what other options existed that might be lower in cost. She said she'd respond , never did. I asked a second time, said she would respond. Never heard back

Everything went great. The installers were extremely courteous and punctual. Our windows look wonderful!

replacement was fine but as the summer has come along I have not been able to get rid of gnats. I didn't have this problem before replacing the windows and I have been in my home for 17 years. Now that it is warmer I can't get rid of them. I can't continue to spray because someone lives in my home with breathing issues. Very frustrating.
