The installers were workers, they put in a honest two days of work and they represented Window Universe to the best of there abilities. Between Jeff, Drew, Charlie and gang!!! They made this process smooth and easy. Also, the windows are fantastic. I would recommend this company to any one. We researched window companies and had probably 6 companies come out. Only one was the winner. Jeff shoots it straight and never felt misguided or pressured. It was a change, he said he would get out the blow torch or jump on the window if we wanted.... was needed. We have a company that we can trust and that was half the battle!!!!! Thank you Angie's List for the find!!!

I would highly recommend. I feel like the pricing was very reasonable and I was very impressed with the quality and the overall look of the finished product. One of the windows was damaged when it was shipped. They let us know immediately on install day that a replacement had been ordered. It was a slight delay but understandably these things happen and overall it was handled very well. Everyone from the salesman, to our service representative, and the installers were professional and great to work with. Shout out to Drew who went the extra mile when we sold our house mid install and made install a little tricky.

From start to finish everyone from Window Universe was courteous and professional. I first met someone at the Home Show and despite the time elapsed, we did receive the Home Show discount. Added to the estimate was the lead paint clean up; we have an older house and it was not unexpected. We set a date; they arrived and finished in 1 1/2 days including cleanup. I am very satisfied with their exceptional work and total professionalism and would hire them again. No questions were left unanswered. Thank you, Drew and team. Now time will tell. So I will add to this in a couple of years if I may; I expect it to be positive.

Window Universe is the "real deal" when it comes to window replacements. They have a quality product with all the styles and color options you could want at the most competitve price. Their presentation is very informative without any pressure sales tactics. Then they back everything in writing with life time warranties. The installation crew is on time, thorough and completes the job without a mess. Very good people to do business with!

The Window Universe team was excellent. Very straight-forward pricing, and very competitive. After receiving several quotes, the Window Universe quote came in at around 15% of the cost of some other providers who offered similar products. Window Universe was willing and able to provide quick responses to questions and quotes by email and phone, to accommodate my schedule. Everyone I worked with was prompt, courteous, and very helpful. They even provided some solutions to preserve the look and feel of the home that no other companies had offered. Each week I was provided an update with regards to the ordering, delivering and installation of the new door; I was never in the dark and not knowing the exact status. They were very courteous, prompt and professional; we would definitely recommend them.

I had procrastinated replacing our old windows for years, mostly because I was intimidated by the task of choosing a provider & facing the construction experience at installation. In the end, it was shockingly easy, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I enjoyed working with the team from start to finish. From the salesperson, to the installer, to the office, all were very professional and easy to work with. WU has developed very good informational materials and a sales process that is as low-pressure as they say it is. At no point did I feel manipulated. At every point, I felt like I knew all I needed to know--about the windows, about the costs and how they were broken down, about the process and the timeline, about what installation would be like, about the warranties. I always had at least one name and direct number of someone to call with any questions or concerns. The process is completely transparent and the team was proactive about keeping me informed about what was next. I had one other company bid our job (an Angie's List Super Service Award company); after meeting with the other rep, based on that experience, I expected them to be much less expensive than WU, and I wondered whether I'd go with the cheaper bid or the high quality of WU. I was shocked when the other estimate was 50% higher than WU. I went back to WU's extensive materials to make sure I hadn't missed something. I hadn't. Quality product. Truly mind-blowing warranties. Completely transparent pricing. Great people. Well-designed process. My gut said, "trust them," despite a little nervousness that this was too good to be true. So I did. And I'm so glad I did! If I ever have to do windows again (i.e. if we move to another home), I know who I'll call.

WOW I can't stop looking at my new windows. Sometimes I will just go over and open one and tilt it in and out because it is so easy to do. Before we went with WU we did get a couple other estimates. One was with that outfit that we see on TV all the time. There estimate was ridicules I mean more than twice as much as WU. We did have one issue in that we probably were their first customer that had to delay installation. Let me explain. In early spring a mother Robin had constructed her nest outside on the window sill of one of the windows. My wife was not going to allow anyone to upset that soon to be mother and her 4 babies. So we (she) contacted Drew to explain the situation. Drew reworked his busy schedule until we were once again empty nesters. Now that's customer service. The installers (Dave and crew) diid an great job during the installation process. We are very pleased with the overall process. I think I'll go open up a window ?.

From first contact through installation everything went as smoothly as possible. Was kept as well informed as we could have been. The windows look and perform wonderfully. Would definitely use again.

Made right call going with WU. Installers were prompt, professional, considerate, personable and highly competent. Job was completed on time, any mess was quickly cleaned up, and -- even up until this day -- there are absolutely no complaints about work performed. Based on my recent experience, have no problem referring them to others who may be looking into window replacement.

We contacted Window Universe about replacing our windows and within a week the representative was here to show us what they have to offer. We were impressed with the quality of the Revere windows and the many options that were available. We were given a quote and since we had budgeted that amount (not expecting to replace the patio door) we decided to place the order. It was like getting the new patio door for free. The installers arrived to take measurements a day or so later. We were told it would be 4-6 weeks from the time we placed the order until the actual installation. Each week we received an email with the status of our windows. Near the installation date, we received instructions on how to prepare the area around the windows to help the installers. The installers arrived and had the 8 windows and door replaced in a little over 7 hours. They cleaned up after the installation and showed us the features of the new windows. Piece of cake! We probably won't be able to notice energy savings until next winter since we don't use air conditioning much, but we were surprised at the difference we noticed immediately in how the windows have made the house so much quieter. The annoying sound of dogs barking is practically gone! We're thrilled with the ease of operation of the windows and that I'll be able to clean both sides without having to go outdoors. Lots of nice features. I definitely recommend Window Universe. High marks for professionalism, communication/responsiveness, and quality of product.

We were under a tight time line to get our windows for a renovation and not only did the windows arrive in plenty of time but the installers we very fast in getting it done in a few hours! The staff was very friendly and we are very happy with how our windows look! I would recommend this company for your window needs.

Except for a missed appointment, which they quickly rescheduled and a miss-matched part, which they quickly replaced, all went extremely well. The salesmen answered all of our questions and remained on one-point contact throughout the project.

Even though I did not go with this company; it wasn't for any reason other than they were not able to provide the Casement Window at the better price. Otherwise it was a VERY hard decision to go with their competitor Fadely Home Design. To choose between two great companies is an ideal problem to have. Their representative, Drew, is the best consultant and teacher, if you want to know about windows what to ask and what to look for. After I met with him I knew way more about windows and working with contractors than I even had :). He is great, ask for him specifically if he is available. I have referred this company as well as Fadely to friends and relatives when asked about reputable businesses.

My experience went well. We had a problem with the windows afterwards that was the manufactures fault. He came out and fixed them all. He was very nice to work with.

Everything from the first meeting with Drew to the final product was excellent. We shopped around quite a bit and got a few quotes. Window Universe had the best prices, without a doubt, and also had a quality product. Since "the prices never change" there were no scare tactics to sign the dotted line on the first meeting or a bunch of solicitation phone calls. Every window, no matter the size, cost the same. We also saved hundreds of dollars on the sliding glass doors by using a coupon off Angie's List.

The decision to replace 24 windows and a patio door was not a simple project, nor an inexpensive one. After conducting some on line research, I interviewed several "A" list vendors on Angie's list and decided on Window Universe. Mr. Drew Charters the salesman did not try to give me a lengthy sales pitch (Since I had encountered many before him). However, he was professional, and knowledgeable about his products, and since I had done my research, he was able to compare one of the competitor's product with Window Universe. Drew was prompt and responsive to all my calls and questions. He kept me updated with weekly progress reports from the time of order, to manufacturing, and installation. Prior to installation I received an e-mail with a detailed description of "A guide to Window installation" (what to expect for preparation for installation). Even when I ask to have a different hardware on my patio door than the standard manufactured one, Drew was able to accommodate. The installation team of Dave, Tony, and Colton were prompt, efficient, and respectful of my home and yard. They cleaned up each day after their work. The finished product looks and works great so far. Overall my experience was great, and Window Universe truly knows how to value and appreciate their customers. I Highly recommend them to anyone looking to install Vinyl replacement windows.

Everything went great. Drew arrived on time for the presentation, was very thorough and answered all questions with expert knowledge, and best of all NO PRESSURE. He kept us informed throughout the order, manufacturing, and installation process. The installers were all polite and did their best to minimize any disruption. They arrived and finished on time, cleaned up after themselves, and the finished product looks and works GREAT.

My experience was great from the very beginning. Drew came out to give me a quote and show me a sample window. He was very professional. He was also very responsive when I asked for updated quotes based on the various options available. The installation team was great. They showed up on time and got right to work. At the end of the day, my windows were installed and my place cleaned up. Also, one of the screens that came with the window was ripped from the manufacturer. Instead of installing it and letting me find out about it later. They told me about it and took the screen back with them. When the new screen came in Drew came out and installed it. Throughout the whole process I was given weekly progress reports letting me know when I could expect things to happen. Overall it was a great experience.
