All the work was top notch and we love our windows.

This job did not go perfect but I am very pleased with their response. They assigned a Proj. Mgr. (Drew) who did an excellent job keeping me informed with weekly emails and a phone call for the scheduling date. Install was not completed on the first day due to a miscommunication between myself and the estimator. I did not specify the interior trim which we both should have caught. Called the PM Drew and we scheduled the job to be completed the following week. I am very pleased with the price, and professional attitude to make sure everything was completed correctly. PS-they match the lowest price and I believe their windows to be of higher quality than some of the other manufacturers.

I did a lot of research and talked to three different companies before finding Window Universe. They're honest and give you the best quality window for very competitive prices. Drew was always keeping me informed on the schedule and in three weeks, everything was done. The installers were professional and very skilled. I highly recommend this painless process. I was extremely happy I chose this company for the price, quality, and ease of communication.. And Brooke was not a pushy salesperson..very up front with costs and knowledgeable about craftsmanship of windows.

Window Universe was definitely the most affordable option of the 3 quotes we solicited. Our sales associate, Brooke, was able to answer all of our questions, was consistent in following up with us while we worked towards a decision, and in no way was pushy or trying to rush the process. We appreciated her temperament throughout the process. Our project manager, Drew, was also great. We received weekly email updates on the status of our windows and they were even able to squeeze us in several weeks ahead of schedule when our windows arrived sooner than expected. Dave and Cole (Colt?), our installers, were punctual and worked extremely hard despite rather adverse weather conditions outside. I found their work to be of high quality. I was impressed with how well they worked together and how efficiently they were able to complete the installation. They were even great about working around the painter and appliance installers that were working all over the house during the two days of installation. All in all, I was very satisfied with this company. It is apparent that they are eager to earn your business, and the customer service does not stop once you sign the paperwork. They saw the entire project through to the end. I was a little worried that their windows may be inferior or of lower quality to the more expensive window brands due to how low their prices are, but 3 weeks post install, I think they look terrific and we can already notice a difference in the inside temperature of our house on these cold winter nights, the two things that mattered most to us. I would definitely use this company again, though I hope we are done buying windows for a while.

From start to finish it went very smooth. Jeff gave an informative sales pitch and outlined the process for us. Drew emailed us every week to keep us up to date on the process. They were very accommodating when we had to change the week of installation. Dave and Colt measured our windows and installed them. They definitely knew what they were doing and worked quickly. I liked how respectful they were of our home and property. The windows look great and we have been amazed at how quiet our house is right now. One of the things that sold me is their warranty. Very comprehensive. We had one very small issue and Drew immediately took care of it to our satisfaction. Would highly recommend this company.

Window Universe did a great job from start to finish. Jeff, the salesman, was very informative, prepared a quote on the spot and was very patient. After our first meeting, we were still debating if we wanted to replace our casement windows with double hung, and Jeff came out a second time with a full casement window sample for us to view and worked up the quote several different ways so we could see how much each option would cost. In the end we went with the 13 Berkshire casement windows, a large awning window in the kitchen above the sink (to replace two smaller casement windows that we originally had) and a double sliding window in the basement (to improve egress from the daylight window) all with a woodgrain finish option. We are extremely happy with all of Jeff's suggestions as everything looks great. Drew, the project manager, then took over the job and kept us updated every week with the order process and coordinated the installation. The entire process was smooth and the installation looks great!

AWESOME! I have been shopping for windows for about 6 months and saw an exhibit at the Indiana State Fair, liked who I talked to, and arranged for a sales rep to visit. I liked what I saw, and heard, and signed a contract that day. They asked for 1/2 down, and a site survey was arranged, and date to install was set up. The Installers and Drew were absolutely fantastic! I would definitely use WindowUniverse again>

It was great. Brooke was an excellent sale(lady). She was not push and was very professional and very informative. We had already signed with someone else but was going to be able to save money, get windows for our basement and have a warranty so this was a plus for us. We would highly recommend Window Universe. We were told it would take about a day and 1/2 to install but it only took less than a day.

The whole experience, from the time we called for an estimate to Installation Day, was excellent. I will admit that we did a whole lot of research online before we called them, and, honestly, did not even talk to anyone else. Jeff's "sales presentation", which felt more like a visit from a friend, was very informative and low pressure. He and his windows sold themselves. He answered all of our questions and we took a day to think it over before we ordered - without any pressure to sign that day - exactly like they advertise! Once the order was placed, Drew kept us up to date on the manufacturing schedule and provided us with lots of information via email on preparing for Installation Day. Darren and crew did a great job on the installation. Workmanship was excellent and cleanup was flawless. The windows look great and we are very happy customers!!

Over the last year I had gotten quotes from a number of different contractors to do the work, but Window Universe was (by far) the most reasonably priced. When Jeff came and did the quote - he just did his job, which was a nice change of pace. No high pressure sales. No 4 hours refusing to leave trying to convince me to spend $3,000 per window. He measured everything and was done in 20 minutes - what a nice change of pace. After the windows were ordered, I got weekly updates on the status of job from Drew - which was also nice to be kept in the loop. One window was damaged during shipping, but another was ordered and that only delayed installation a week and was no problem. Everything went in quickly. The installers even had a nail gun with finish nails to tighten up any window trim that got loose during all the banging/prying while removing the old windows. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good price on reasonable windows.

the window is excellent. the installation was great. They cleaned up after themselves. They also took down my shade and replaced it when they were through. The shade was an extra they provided.

Window universe sent a salesperson to the house who did a great job with his no-nonsense pitch. We decided to go with this company over others because they had a better warranty. The price was similar to another company that gave an estimate. They replaced 15 windows with double hung vinyl windows. We went with the mid-grade window they offer. The only problem was that the installers trampled on my strawberry plants. The scheduler reimbursed me for the plants without hesitation. I appreciated that. Windows look great, can wait to see my electric bill go down!

The salesman came out and made a very informative presentation. I liked that there was no pressure to sign something that day. He encouraged me to think it over and get back to him. The price was close to other estimates I'd gotten. What really sold me was the lack of pressure as well as the good reviews on Angie's List and with the Better Business Bureau. When I decided to use this company I was assigned to a project manager who I could contact with any questions and who sent me a weekly email about the status of my order. The installers were very friendly and did their job efficiently. I love my new windows!

Jeff was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about his Revere Berkshire Elite windows. He answered all my questions and provided me with the estimate that day. He also broke out the estimate in case I chose to replace windows/doors in different projects. I found the estimates to be comparable to my other estimates. After researching the quality of Revere Berkshire Elite windows, I chose a different company.

We had new windows and a sliding door installed. The salesman, Jeff, was absolutely well versed in the product line that he sells. Drew, the Project Manger, was on top of every aspect of the process, giving progress updates, letting us know when the installation team would be there and what to expect. The Installation Team was on top of their game. Dave and his crew were squared away, friendly, and all business, getting the job done. I couldn't have asked for a better team.

We went to the Indianapolis Home Show this year. Spoke with many window companies but was impressed with Window Universe the most. From the representatives to the amount of information they were able to provide up front was refreshing. From the day we made our selection to the final install day I can honestly say, this was a stress free job. The weekly emails with status where helpful in planning for the install day. The installers were friendly, clean and did a fantastic job start to finish. Their attention to detail and organization was impressive. I have already recommended them to friends, family and neighbors.

Everything went well, and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for Windows.

The whole process was awesome! After we signed the contract, we got weekly emails telling us the status of our windows. I never once had to call and ask when the windows would be in. The guys who installed the windows were very professional and did a wonderful job. They worked around our son's napping schedule. The installation process took an extra day, but it was freezing and snowing so I don't blame them. The board under our existing back door was rotted out, so they replaced it before installing the new sliding door. If I had to do the whole process over, I would use Window Universe for sure.

We are very happy with the service and products Window Universe has provided. They worked with us on some scheduling issues and manged to get all the windows and patio door installed in 2 days time. Clean up was great as well. So far we are loving the new windows and can not wait until warm weather to really enjoy them.

I got 5 bids and actually bought windows and a patio door from the company that installed new fiber cement siding and trim on our home. My online window research and review turned up Window Universe, I decided to get a bid and they offered products equal or better for $1,000 less with a better guarantee. The crew was fantastic, prompt, quick, professional and cleaned up afterwards. The price was very competitive and the company communicated every detail throughout the process. We are very pleased with this purchase.

They kept us informed during the process of ordering the windows and provided timelines throughout the process. They were prompt on the day the installation was scheduled. They estimated 2 days to complete the project and it took a 1 1/2 days. They answered all questions we had and the new windows are working great. We had a question regarding after the installation and they stopped out on the next business day to explain what we were doing wrong on opening a window.

Everyone was wonderful from start to finish. I hate the lengthy sales pitches. We had none of that. He told us about the things that we wanted hear about and recommended a reasonable product that fit our specific needs. The installers were also great, very professional and easy to have around for a few days. :) I absolutely recommend this company. Oh, and the price was great too! Two thumbs up!!

This company is great to work with! I bought a Big Deal for "$2,436 for Seven Energy Star Rated Windows Including Installation." They worked with me on the price, since I had twice as many windows to replace. Their product is great and their craftsmanship is wonderful--the team that did the measuring and installation was fantastic and incredibly fast! For me, one of the best parts of working with this company is their communication. Yes, they have a great guarantee and good people to work with, but I really appreciated getting weekly updates from them, without my prompting, so that every question I had was answered. I highly recommend them! I
