They did a great job and cleaned up their messes. Improves the look of the house. Still need more windows replaced. A little at a time

Things went well... they were in and out and even picked up their mess. My biggest complaint would be that they didn't wear masks. We are in the middle of a pandemic and they didn't put on a mask one single time. I was home, along with my 4 children, and this bothered me greatly.

I would never recommend Windows Nation coming to your home unless you are the type who likes a high pressure sales pitch. Purchasing windows is a big decision. Despite telling the salesman that my husband and I needed to discuss the next steps (considering we have several windows needing replacement), the salesman was adamant that we sign on the dotted line before he left, even telling us that if he left, there would only be a 1% chance on return that we would utilize his services. At one point he tried handing me a pen, and said repeatedly, “What else do I need to do to convince you?” He spent three hours in our home. It was way overboard. The visual he brought out with the UV light, although initially appreciated, began feeling like a science project. To make matters worse, when he asked what my husband and I do for a living and we explained that we are school administrators, he went on a tangent about how upset he was with his son’s school via COVID 19 and also suggested that teachers’ salaries be cut in half as he suggested they are only doing half the workload currently. Wow! Talk about a lack of situational awareness. Back to the windows. The first estimate came back at $92,000, which in the end turned out to be $29,000. When I asked him about seeing an itemized list, he said he couldn’t provide one but maybe someone from the office could, which we have yet to receive two weeks later. This was a complete waste of three hours. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

I wish I'd never heard of Window Nation. Bad customer service, lack of communication, put you on a back burner and treat you like an aggravation. Delay after delay, no screen on one window, a locking sliding patio screen that doesn't lock, missing screw caps and trim issues. I marked "N/A" for Price because we made the mistake of not having multiple estimates. We were basing the estimate on our old house where we had five separate estimates done, Window Nation came right in the middle. We still should have done our due diligence though. I imagine we would have if not for the Pandemic. I marked "C" for professionalism too, because the installers were all nice and respectful but we've been treated like dirt by customer service. The estimate was done May 19th, the windows were measured in late May but I never heard anything from the company after the measurements. I had to call myself and start complaining. It turns out Window Nation just sat on our order. I think it took them a month to finally place the order. We tried to cancel the contract before the windows were even ordered, but the only answer we could get was "You signed a contract!". I wish we would have just let them sue us. We were angry before the windows were installed, so I would think that would be the time that the company would be willing to just let you cancel. Meanwhile, they promised to keep in touch and give weekly updates, but didn't. We waited forever for the installation. When they finally got installed in July, we found out one of the windows was missing. Of course, they didn't bother to warn us we were missing a window. We had to wait another 10 days for that because we are so low on the priority list. The missing window finally came but the screen was missing. We were told the same week it arrived damaged and they would put a rush on the order. Finally we were told it would be installed on August 24th but found out on August 21st it wasn't on the truck. Who knows, we may get it by January 2021. If that isn't enough aggravation we are missing a screw cap, and have discovered bulges in some of the trim under windows. I wonder how long that will take! We discovered a missing screen latch striker! What good does a locking screen that won't lock do a person? We are out of patience. I told them not to even bother to set an appointment and just drop the stuff off so we can install ourselves because they would just cancel the appointment anyway. Again, I wish I'd never heard of this company. I hate to think of what we will go through with warranty issues. I imagine they will come up with some sort of excuse that it isn't a warranty issue.

Our installers took notice of the rotting wood under the window sills and wall below the window location and pointed it out to us. We had to involve our HOA and that required constant coordination. However, some installers might have said "that is not my problem, I am here to install windows" but ours did not as they were looking out for our interests! I cannot say how much we appreciate their conscientiousness! they were amazing!

The windows are nice, We didn't order the most expensive. The installers did a good job. Very poor communication between management, customer service, installers, & us! An important part either wasn't ordered or wasn't sent. The salesman who came to give the quote was late. The installers showed 2 hours late. It took almost 3 months to get our windows. They didn't keep us updated on progress unless we called or emailed first. I wouldn't recommend Window Nation.

A smooth process overall. I received notifications by email and phone related to the estimate, delivery, and installation. The installation was well performed. The installers arrived on time (at the beginning of the time window), cleaned up as they went, and were very professional. They spent as little time in the home as necessary and wore masks while indoors.

Great, men were friendly and courteous, kept everything picked up. Also my neighbor across the street were so impressed they bought windows also.

everything went great. they arrived on time, they were extremely understanding as far as furniture not being moved from windows prior to their arrival (we have small rooms and it would be impossible). they were extremely quick in their work, they did not leave a mess and the windows are beautiful

Very well. I can’t say enough about the installers. They were professional, took extreme care in the home. They were clean & neat with the whole process. They arrived almost 2 hrs late due to a terrible crash that closed the highway, but called & kept me informed at all times. The new windows are great. I’m very pleased & would recommend Window Nation from Indy. Best service I’ve had on any type of job in my current home in Bloomington.

I was pleased on how the whole process went. The salesman was professional and knowledgeable. The installers were great. The only thing that was misleading was the salesman said the windows were better then all the other vinyl windows, was that theirs had only one lock on them because they had better internal hardware that then others that had two locks on them. When they came to install them, the ones they had had the two locks on them? I questioned the installers and they said it is the size of the windows that determine the number if locks on them. They did a great job installing them and cleaning up. They did all 12 in one day.

Couldn't have asked for an easier process. From start to finish, everyone we worked with was incredibly professional. The installation was very fast and efficient. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for windows to be replaced.

I actually heard about Window Nation on the radio.I called and scheduled an in home consultation. Jamie was the salesman, great guy but honestly I could have done without the 2 hour sales pitch. Anyhow he gave me a price which was pretty high and after realizing I would be hard pressed to get him out the door without agreeing to a contract, I did. I must warn to due your due diligence and read ALL the fine print in the contracts you sign. I quickly cancelled the first contract I agreed to and after a few days of negotiating through email we agreed on a fair price for both us. I was willing to pay a bit more just to get the job done quickly and also done right. I believe it took about 5 weeks from the day I had Jamie in my home to the day of installation. The installers were on time, very polite, efficient, and the windows look great. All together might have took them 7 hours tops.

Smooth ! Steve and Luke came in, did their job efficiently ( and neatly ),were extremely courteous. They wasted no time and were finished exactly when they said they would and now we have nice new windows !
