The rep was pushy and the messages left on my phone insisted I return their call since I was requesting their service. I never requested their service. I will never use them for any maintenance.

The sales person arrived on time, brought a sample window, explained the warranty, and explained that they have three prices. The quote received for 26 standard sized windows was as follows: 'Retail price' of $46,020; 'Regular price' of $21,214 and 'Initial Visit' of $23,910 (which was only available if I ordered during that visit.) I dislike this sales strategy and the lowest prices was significantly higher than another quote I received. Therefore, I thanked him for his time and stated that I was not interested. A friend of mine used this company and said she was pleased with their service, but was surprised at the pricing I received. I took a picture of the prices for my records. He did not leave a business card, literature, or copy of the quote.

The team arrived at exactly 10:30 in the morning as scheduled and introduced themselves. After the introductions were complete they walked through with me to make sure we were all on the same page as to the scope of work to be completed and which windows were the ones needing to be replaced. We ordered 5 windows, one was a bathroom window with frosted glass on the bottom and all with a wood like finish for the inside to match the trim on our windows. They measured the windows to make sure that the ones we had ordered with them were in fact the right size and specifications, then they got to work. They laid tarp on the ground outside so that any debris from the windows would fall onto the tarp below and one guy climbed a ladder and started to get the storm windows out followed by the actual window. Most of the work was done from the outside of the house so there was never a mess to clean up inside or dust to worry about, which for us was a little concerning as we have an 8 month old daughter and one of the rooms having windows replaced was her room. We were more than welcome to watch the entire process if we wanted and were told what the materials were for the windows and the process that they use to get the finish for the wood trim and the exterior trim. The way that everything was done was VERY VERY professional. From the moment one window was removed the new window was right there ready to be installed. It took about 3 minutes from removing the old window to installing the new one. Once the window was in then the caulking and insulation was done. All in all it took about 2 hours from start to finish for 5 windows to be installed and to clean up after them. They took our old windows and storm windows so we didn't have to worry about disposing of them and even cleaned up some of the mess we already had outside. we have had our windows for about a month now and the side of the house that our windows were installed on is much warmer than it use to be. We didn't realize how much air was leaking in due to the windows. We still have more windows we need to replace and would really love to have White Oak Construction come out and do those also.

It went pretty good. We did have a few problems with the windows but they came out right away and repaired them.

Took 2 weeks and multiple phone calls to schedule an estimate. Once estimator came, seemed very disinterested and brushed off my concerns. I pointed out a spot on the gutter board/fascia that appeared rotted from the ground. Oncedy on the roof inspector said there was no rot anywhere and that the gutters only needed cleaning and that they didn't provide that service. 2 days later I borrowed my neighbors 20' ladder and inspected the fascia myself. it was so rotted that I could stick my finger all the way through the fascia in multiple places. Inspector denied that he said there was no damage even though he never gave a quote for repair. Very poor inspection and customer service.

Bill Terry residential manager and Doug Tucker senior plumber came to my house to assess the scope of the work. We agreed to a plan and cost of the project. Doug came back to complete the repair which would be best to resolve from the exterior wall. He moved decorative rock from the area then dug into the ground about 2-3 FT under and around the sewer pipe from the foundation wall to the cleanout. We discovered once under the pipe the original builder Timber Park Development Corp. and/or one of their subcontractors approximately 25 years ago did not properly seal the area under the pipe and against the foundation wall allowing water to seep through the wall. Once the sealant work was done he re-compacted the soil and replaced the weed barrier and decorative rock. Upon completion it appears as if the area had never been moved from the original landscape design. Doug's thorough repair steps should resolve the leak and we've had several days of rain to test the results. Both Doug and Bill are very knowledgeable with their skills as well as conscientious about their work and make every effort to satisfy the customer. As long as we're homeowners we'll continue to use White Oak for future projects. They are certainly deserving of a Super Service Award.

Everything went just fine. They were in and out in less than an hour with no mess and no problem. They were very professional. I would recommend them.

I have called Doug several times and he is always very responsive and helpful. He does great work, and he is very responsive. I would recommend him to others and use them again in the future.

the crew arrived on time and began to install our new roof. The job took two days but what I was impressed with was after day one, even with 1/2 of the roof not done, they picked up the entire yard and removed all debris on the ground. They finished it the 2nd day and it looks great. the crew were polite and hard working. We are using White Oak for a complete remodel of our kitchen that is costing us over $68,000 so I will report back at the completion of this job.

This company is a delight to deal with and I will be using them again. Either the Director of Marketing, Alan, or one of the contractors was in regular contact with me to make sure all was going according to my standards. The work was done with such high professional standards and concern for me as a customer that I was impressed as each phase of the work was finished. The roof was a complete tear off and was a day long process. When the crew left, I didn't even find one nail left behind. They are such a fine group of young workers. A bedroom window was replaced and the technician formed each piece of vinyl to fit perfectly. I'm thrilled - no more painting the outside again. The window is very high quality and the inside of the room looks perfect. The technician made sure I was aware of how the window worked - I've never had a tilt-in window before and he wanted to make sure I knew how to tilt the upper and lower panes before he left. The gutter work not only looks great but the two levels of the gutter now diverts the water away from collecting right over the front door. There were two little problems that came up during the work. My ceiling fan came loose during the roofing and a technician came right out the next day to fix the fan. He was really surprised to learn that the builder had anchored the fan partway into the drywall. It was an accident waiting to happen since my grandchildren play right under that fan. The White Oak technician went to the hardware store, bought longer screws and he made sure the fan is anchored into the wood. While he was up there, he changed all the light bulbs. And he said there wasn't any additional cost for the service call, he was glad to make sure I and my family would be safe. Wow, I've never run into that kind of customer service before. Then that was a minor problem with the gutter and downspout in one area. Again, they were out the next day to fix the problem. The two young men said they were glad to be of help and they assured me if I wasn't satisfied, they would come back to make sure the job was 100% to my satisfaction. White Oak has the best staff I've ever seen. I'm going to have them replace all the windows in my house and my kitchen countertop when the funds become available. I won't hire any other company.

White Oak Construction installed new siding on my home over a period of 3 days in February. Workers were respectful, considerate and answered any questions that I had. Finished results are even better than I imagined. Company cleaned up all debris and left the outside of my home in the same fine shape in which they found it. Based on the quality of the siding job, I went back to White Oak to complete the project with new soffits and gutters. These two items were installed in the first week of June. Again, company showed up as scheduled and were respectful and considerate. They needed to leave their large trailer with materials in front of my house over a weekend, and they made sure that it was okay to park it in a particular spot. Because it was hot out, the foreman asked specifically if I would mind if the guys took their shirts off while working. Honestly, I wasn't going to be home so I wouldn't have known if they did take them off. It was very considerate to ask, however, and to be concerned if it would be a problem in the neighborhood. The soffit work took two full days. They were careful not to harm perennials growing up against the house, and they cleaned up all debris and clutter. They also took all the old gutters away that had been taken off the house. The gutter crew came along the next day and installed the new gutters. Again, all debris and extra material or clutter was removed from the property. I am extremely happy with White Oak Construction, their service and workers, and their finished product. My home looks like new on the outside.

We were in the need for replacement windows. Shawn Richey was awesome from the first phone call to the visit. He was very professional displaying the products and describing what makes white oak different from other businesses. The company sent out a crew that were outstanding. My husband is deaf and one of the men knew sign language and was able to communicate with him; saving some time with writing. the end product was fantastic. We will use White Oak Construction again without hesitation.

Preliminary review - Tear out begins next week, June 9, 2014. We selected White Oak, in part, due to reviews on Angie's List. We went through several iterations as we refined our preferences and modified our "wish list" to keep the project within budget. The White Oak representative was very helpful and met with us four of five times to help us through the process. We were never pressured to make a particular choice or to rush the schedule. White Oak's cost to do the project is competitive, based on information from personal contacts. Will provide additional reviews as the project progresses.

Roof & Gutters replacement went very well - finished the roof in one day and the gutters the next. workers were very professional and courteous We replaced the windows over a period of 2 years and are very happy with them, that is why we turned to them for the roof & gutters. would definately recommend them

They told me in order to fix that leak, they have to completely strip of my roof and replace decking which I knew the decking was a damage coz I can see it from the inside. They’ll replace all the decking, put on some super fantastic fandangle shingle. It was going to be $22,000 to fix that little leak. My roof and shingle is only ten years old. They kept calling me. I finally told them to quit calling me or delete me to their little database. I’m not buying the roof today, tomorrow or whatever. There will be nothing I ever need from them to get it. They were incredibly pushy. They were a total failure with their epic sale. With $22,000 for a roof, I know better than that. If I were completely reroofing this house, it would be $10,000 to $12,000 range. They were a high-end builder and I get that but it is not a $400,000 house. I do not need a $22,000 roof. He went through everything he was going to do. He was very thorough about explaining the super fandangle shingles. The problem came in when I told them that I don’t need anything like that. He tried to tell me all the reasons I need. He was very detailed. They were very prompt. They were pretty professional.

Very prompt and professional Two roofs completed in one day. Came to check roof leak after ice dam created by another construction company's poor service on gutter causing the problem. No complaints in regards to this company Would recommend

I liked that they did a very good job in regard to filling in cracks and repairing the walls. The painter did a quality and thorough job. We were very pleased. Scheduling was good and they were able to work around our schedule.

Still waiting to hear back from someone. When I spoke with the sales rep earlier this month (April), he told me the cost of the kind of windows that I wanted were astronomical that's why he put sliders in. I told him, he did not mention that fact when he was here. I guess I'm in limbo..with windows that I really don't like. And to make matters worse, they are in the living and dining rooms..

They sent a guy out to give me an estimate on my roof. They came back later and did the job. It was very good. I thought their service was good. I thought their employees were very respectful and friendly and good to work with.

They were on time, did the work exactly as outlined in our contract. They cleaned up after themselves, were very polite and kept me informed of their progress. I highly recommend them and will use them again for any home improvements.

High pressure sales, they made several offers that were lower each time. I said I needed time for a decision, they told me this one time offer, they could not return, if I didn't sign a contract with them Now. I had a different contractor work on my project.

Had problems with the windows. Some of the windows wouldn't shut right and the windows were hard to open. They did come out and fix the problems, but some of the work was sloppy. I need to call them about some of the handles on the windows. They come off easily.

They were very professional and the installation took less than 2 hours. I am very satisfied with the quality of their work.
