Description of Work: I had them replace three storm-doors, one entry door, and one window. There was some delay with the window because the one that was originally snipped was the wrong size. (This was NOT White Oak's error -- I watched them measure, twice!) White Oak handled this problem straightforwardly and honestly. In the end, all work was done to my complete satisfaction.

Description of Work: I got ten new interior six paneled wood doors. They had to be stained to match existing wood. They did a very nice job, and the two workers were very professional. I would recommend them highly.

Description of Work: They gave me an estimate that was shockingly high to me then seemingly found a way to reduce it by half! Even that was high yet with more enticing I accepted. I cancelled the next day when it was clear that the price was too much for most! |I was surprised that my charge didn't get cancelled right away causing me to call them to confirm that it had been taken off been my charge card. |I'm sure their windows are high quality just too expensive for me!

Description of Work: They installed new gutters and did seamless gutters for me too. They are good and they did a great job.

Description of Work: Installed 2 new storm doors and 2 new entry doors, with new locksets. Front entry had to be enlarged for one door. |All work had to be re-visited several times and it is still not the perfection they promised but we wearied of re-scheduling their work, especially the matching lock sets,which do neither match and nor operate smoothly.

Description of Work: A guy came to my door to solicit business. I told him I would like an estimate on replacing 2 exterior doors. He took my contact info. I was contacted to set up an appointment by Wally. He wanted both my wife and I to be present for the appointment. I insisted that the estimate could be done without my wife being present. He made the appointment for noon the next day and said I would be contacted by the person doing the estimate. Never heard from anybody. I decided I didn't want to do business with them by then so I did not try to contact them.

Description of Work: First, the sales person was late. He was very apologetic. We actually liked the product but the price was ridiculous. We own a ranch style home. The entire roof is approximately 1800 sq ft. The cost was $45000 which he dropped to $17000 over the course of the three hour sales pitch. It made me wonder if this was a scam because why would they drop the price so severely. It also made me question the quality of their services. At the three hour mark, I actually started packing his stuff for him.
