All work was done in a timely and professional manner.

He called and said he would come back. We had to keep phoning his manager because he kept putting us off. He had other customers phoning him because he did not finish the jobs on time. It was in the winter. I would not use them again.

Great process overall. I plan on using them again.

My neighbor had some windows installed, and she told me about them, so I gave them a call. We came to find out that they did overcharge quite a bit, but the quality, the workmanship, and the crew, were outstanding. The window in the living room is 12 by 8, and they had that thing popped out and put back in an hour.

We were surprised to find water damage to our subflooring at the base of our patio door. This was discovered when we removed old tile flooring prior to intalling new tile floors for a kitchen remodel. Our flooring guy recommended we contact White Oak to come out and repair the damage before the new floor was installed. We were expecting the worst, but they were able to fix the problem with minimal repairs and it seems to be just fine now. We were very pleased they came out so quickly to check things out, because we couldn't go any further with kitchen remodel until it was fixed. Then, we needed some drywall work done for our kitchen remodel. They did an excellent job with the drywall. Quick, effecient, and very neat! And, the final result was a very nice, smooth ceiling. I felt they charged reasonable rates.

All representatives were courteous, capable and professional.

They do windows, doors, and other stuff. They told me that they were part of Angie's List. They were good. They cleaned up and didn't leave a mess. They did it really quick. They actually replaced and put up my curtain rods, mini-blinds, and curtains. It looked like they hadn't even been there. My overall experience was excellent. The price was reasonable and for the product I got it was worth the money. The responsiveness was very good. They had found that there was a break in part of the window due to the drainage wall. They felt that they needed to add something to help it drain better so that water wouldn't get into the window and rot the wood. So they added that piece. They actually gave me a discount to buy more windows. Their punctuality is excellent. They are very very professional. I plan to use them again.

So far it has been a great experience. Danny was very helpful giving suggestions for different options and price points I have for several different updates that need to be done. I'm doing what feels to me like a big renovation project, and I felt that Danny has a good understanding of what I am looking to have done. I'm only waiting for the estimate to come back at this point, but I would say if today's experience is any indicator of the workmanship, I will be more than satisfied with the outcome. I plan on updating my report once the work is completed, but felt compelled to leave my feedback about today's meeting because I was very impressed. UPDATE: 8-18-12 The work has been completed now and I am very happy. The quality of their work is great, and my house looks completely different now. I would definitely recommend White Oak Construction and plan on hiring them again for future projects in my home.

Harassing visits to the door, then sales people who refuse to leave you alone with constant harassing phone calls. I certainly wouldn't do business with a company that makes constant phone calls and refuses to listen to potential customers.

They were very punctual. It was a deal. All I had to do was put their sign out in my front yard for a month. They gave me a very good deal. They came out and did the work in one day. They cleaned up and it was really nice. They were very professional. They came out and were very honest.

They were polite, timely, and fixed it properly. He did a great job.

They were here when they said they were going to be here. I was happy with their work, although I had a bit of a disconnect with their sales person.

The initial meeting was very favorable. We met with 5 different providers, and White Oak was one of the top two contenders for our business. After reconsideration of the total cost of what we wanted to do, we decided to wait until next year to budget the work to be completed.

They have been very cordial and nice in talking about the planning. The quote is competitive.

The price was reasonable, the sales person was very thorough, made sure we understood everything. The only surprise was the final cost, which was much less than we expected. The final product is beautiful, and functional. A slight disappointment, was some of the debris and cigarette buts left lying around outside our home, not too bad but since the reviews we read said they cleaned up after themselves I was disappointed to find things laying around. I will definitely hire them again, hopefully to install doors to match my windows.

Low pressure sales. Multiple colors to choose from. Professional work. Good clean job.

We were very satisfied with their services, everything was excellent, other than the sales procedure, which I thought was very high pressure, and I did not appreciate that. The execution of the product and the installation was all great.

I feel White Oak did a great job with our windows. They were reasonably priced.

We haven't had any problems with the windows so far. They were polite and courteous.

It has been 3 years and now the windows are leaking air. We were told by the service guy to call if there were any issues. We did contact them this week and they told us it would be a $75 service charge to come out and fix the leaks. The installers were good.

They did a very good job and were very efficient. The guy who did the job was very neat and did a very good job even on the windows that were hard to do. They made sure the new windows looked the same as the old windows. They were also very reliable.

The quote was for $19000. If I became their advertisement for the area they would chop it down to $11000 and I had to do it today. I did not have time to think about it, had I left it would be gone. I told them to forget about it, that I don’t do things like that. The next day the manager called back and said that he could reduce it further but I would have to make the decision on the phone call and I don’t do things like that. They were literally the first people I called. I did not use them. The high pressure sales were obnoxious to me. It is an used car sales man tactics and high pressured sales. Forget it. I was surprised that their rating on Angies List was so good expect when you read the experiences the others also experienced the same. The presentation was professional but the high pressured sale was not professional to me. I will not use them again. In fact they called me back later on but I had to tell the guys off.

They did all right eventually. After a lot of emails, they finally did the work right. We don't have any problems now but we had a little problem with the installation. The quality of the product was good but the quality of the installation was average. They finally came back out with a real crew. The price was reasonable in comparison to other companies.

We called to schedule an appointment to have them come out to replace part of the soffits on the house and scheduled the appointment for the 23rd at noon. He arrived promptly a few minutes early but in an unmarked vehicle. He proceeded to ask me what I was expecting from the visit to which I answered an estimate for fixing the soffits on the house. He then told me he was involved in advertising and asked if i would be interested in allowing them to put a sign in my yard advertising for the company. He suggested that instead simply the repair we requested that he do the estimate for the repaired boards and to put siding over the soffits. The estimate he gave us was about $7800 for the soffits on the house. He then told me it would be a sizeable discount if we decided to advertise for the company. He suggested a payment plan of $80 a month but insisted that I agree to the advertising today. When I told him I was not yet sure about having the work done, he told me that it was possible that he could go to another house today that would agree to the advertising and then I would be out of luck for the discounted price. Overall he was pushy about the advertising and seemed only concerned that I agree to that before even having agreed to have the work done let alone being satisfied with the job after completion. Once I told him that I would like to get other estimates and I was not comfortable agreeing to anything with this company yet he prompted packed up all of his paperwork and left without giving me a copy of the estimate. The experience with this estimate was uncomfortable at best and I did not appreciate how pushy he was.
