Description of Work: They packed my furniture, boxed or wrapped it in blankets, put it in the van, drove it to my new location, unloaded it and placed it in the rooms of my new location. The driver was top notch: 30-yrs experience, polite, really good at packing the boxes and the van. Everything arrived in perfect condition. Not one scratch. Couldn't have gone better!

Description of Work: Loaded furniture and boxes with our belongings in Atlanta, Ga and moved them to Miami fl. They were good and the booking agent (mr Higgins) was exceptional . My only complain (and I told the truck driver) was that the box for our new deep mattress was too small. He said that is the way they make them but I think the moving companies should demand boxes that cover the new deep mattresses . Also they should warn the customer in advance so the matress can be covered well because those boxes do not offer much protection, the mattress got dirty and some of the plastic corners were torn. There were some minor scratches on some furniture but overall I was satisfied

Description of Work: EXCELLENT EXCELLENT EXCELLENT. The quote was very good and the professionalism of the person who arrive at my home was outstanding, and caring. The driver arrived an hour early which was wonderful. His helper arrived an hour later in within a matter of a few hours had the truck loaded and ready to go, which meant I could leave earlier as I was driving cross country. My things arrived early as well, which was awesome. Great care was taken with all of my belongings and every piece arrived safely and unharmed. Please if you have a need for outstanding, caring, helpful people use this company you will not be sorry. From the office personal on the phone to the driver to the people who help load and unload, call Wheaton.

Description of Work: Interstate move. Minimum weight. The sale person and support staff were fine. Although vague. I had to call for clarification multiple time. The driver had his wife with who completed the inventory and helpers to move my belongings out to the truck. On the receiving end it was a completely different story. He showed up only with his wife. I had not checked to see how the truck had been packed Things were piled on top of one another haphazardly. My boxes were crushed. If I had not carefully packed I would have been in trouble. The company was suppose to call me so I could pay by credit card. They did not and the driver would not release my belongings even though they call him to tell him it was OK. It took many phone calls on by me to resolve. His attitude was not very professional. I would probably not recommend using this company.

Description of Work: I moved from Denver CO to Oregon with Wheaton Van Lines and I was extremely pleased with their service. They had the same great driver all the way, and he kept me informed about the arrival date in Oregon. The packers and especially the unpackers were very careful with our furniture and very pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend them. Also, John Golden is their representative in Denver and wonderful to work with. Thanks everyone for a great job well done. Remember if you are going to pack things yourselves, it is all or nothing. Either you pack or they pack.

Description of Work: We hired Mayflower Moving Company to move our large furniture items when we built our new home.

Description of Work: Wheaton Van Lines moved everything I own from Colorado to Ohio. The driver showed up when he said he would for both the pickup and delivery. He and his helper loaded and unloaded very carefully, asked me where I wanted each piece of furniture and box to go and put them where I said. They also put my bed and table back together. The only damage was one broken wine glass, and since I packed my stuff, I can't complain! Their estimate was comparable to another company and my actual charges were less than the estimate since it was based on weight.

Description of Work: They did a move for me from Arizona to Indiana. They did a fabulous job. They were there on Tuesday and delivered everything the next Monday. There were no issues at all.
