Description of Work: Over all I was pleased w their service. They worked hard. |They failed in taking some furniture apart but did not know how to put it back together. Some items were damaged. Their true rating will be more accurate once they solve the issue u insurance. That's the essence.

Description of Work: Interstate move, California to New Jersey. Move was completed on time, the workers were fast, wrapped all my furniture and wrapped all bannisters in the home and protected the carpets.They also came in under the original quote.

Description of Work: Goods were damaged and lost. Ended up in arbitration which took about a year to complete. We did finally make a settlement for damages that covered about 3/4 of our loss. |

Description of Work: They moved us from Hilton Head Island, South Carolina to Boise, Idaho. They were one of the best moving companies we've ever dealt with, and that includes corporate moves to/from England. The crew had a slight accident with a long, heavy couch coming out of the truck (an arm caught on the truck door frame and tore) but Wheaton got an expert to repair it so that you would never know it was damaged.

Description of Work: I had used them to move me from Chicago area to Clarksville TN. When I got here I began unpacking. As I got through my boxes I noticed some of my small appliances were missing. At the end of my search I realized the mover had not packed my center island. I took out the extra insurance but have been told too bad you should have gone through everything in the houe and make sure they packed everything. I did. I missed a cabinet and so did they. we couldn't even come to a compromise. I paid 1000 more to have them pack me and get my kitchen packed. I think it was misleading and bad business. The adjustor and supervisor were extremely rude and took their sweet time responding to my inquiries.

Description of Work: Did not move all furniture because it did not fit on can. Left furniture in storage june 25-August 2. Did not bring furniture left behind on a company moving van but a regular transport truck. It was not wrapped in protective covers. Furniture was filthy.

Description of Work: Wheaton Worldwide Moving moved our elderly parents belongings from Overland Park, KS to Fort Collins, CO. They provided excellent pre-move information and kept in communication up to the day the truck was loaded. We could not have been happier with how they met our load and unload requested dates. Both loading and unloading was done smoothly and professionally. No damage has been found. Overall they minimized the stress of a very stressful situation.

Description of Work: Provider rear ended me in a large 30T plus local moving van in traffic while I was taking my daughters to school. Didn't outwardly appear to be damage according to no account Officer Holt of North Charleston, SC Police- Wife had to take time off work to take girls to school and look after me- Estimate (asked them to use used if they were good enough) turned up at 1006, then need rental, my daughters phone was tossed and cracked and my wife had to take a day off- Thought in good faith, sent pix and Estimate and then waited, last week returned a Hey You whats up and was told waiting for Direction from Corporate- Any shithouse lawyers on crashes feel free to give me a call, may need you. The local mgr seems straight up he was out quick, however, he has to take directions from upper echelon REMF's....A work in progress

Description of Work: Pack, move from NYC to SC |Kelby Vasquez...the best driver, loader, mover

Description of Work: One of the packers had a criminal background. We specifically asked if they did background checks on everyone and they did yes. They did not do a background check on this individual and she ended up attacking her moving partner with a knife just days after competing our move. Wheaton removed her mug shot from the internet after I called and complained about this. One of the movers kept asking for us to give him our personal belongings if we were not using them anymore. That was less than professional.

Description of Work: Moved from Colo to Arkansas. Moved generally went very well. Very small damage. The only complaint was labeling of boxes. Prompt service both in originating and delivering.
