I have used the company for about 10 years. They started out as 2 brothers running the business and grew as a company. They are very loyal and provide good service. I have never had any problem contacting the company or scheduling a service. They were very responsive and would reach out to me if they noticed it was time for a service.

We ordered the special deal and immediately upon contacting the company we had a response and the work was done within two days. Painless!

Did a good job with cleaning the gutters, but I was told a few times that they would do it on a certain day, but then never showed up. I had to follow up several times and they eventually did it. Once it was done, it was done very well.

I've had them do yard work and trim bushes in the past and they've done well with that. I've been using them for a long time.

It was good. I think they were very personable. They did a good job.

They were very prompt in responding to us, and they did a satisfactory job without leaving a mess.

Went fine, the scheduler called to put me on for a date to come out, rain delayed and they got out just as soon as the weather let. Good job, priced right and would use them again.

It took a while to get the work scheduled, but everything went well aside from that. They showed on time, did a good job with the restoration, and were friendly and courteous while at the house. They also cleaned up before leaving.

They called a half hour before arriving and did everything they said they would do, and were honest that most of our stuff was in great shape and didn't need a ton of cleaning. They provided a quote for some tree trimming but we felt that was a little too high and we will do that ourselves. The only thing I didn't like was that when I called the on the day of the scheduled service, it seemed they possibly would not get to us if they didn't have time - I didn't know that was really a possibility unless something unexpected happened but it sounded like that is how they typically schedule their appointments. We took time off from work to be there for this so that would have been a big problem - however the guy on the phone said no problem, I'll call the guys and tell them this must be done today, and they did show up. So, I would just recommend being very clear if you need a specific day/time especially if you are making arrangements to be there. Overall very good quality and very good price, and I would recommend and hire them again.

What a deal! I paid online, communicated with the company online, they came out while I was at work and did the job. One of my neighbors who was home that day said the crew was nice and professional. There was no debris in my yard or in my gutters. I would definitely use them again.

They were fast and did a great job.

I bought the Angie's deal and the next thing I know they are here - 1 or 2 days later. That was totally fine with me, but I had planned to contact and schedule with them. Instead they just came; they did call first and leave a voicemail that they were coming. Our gutters were really full and now they are empty and clean. My father-in-law said a bunch of the stuff from our gutters was left on the lawn and that he cleaned up. I didn't see it myself and am not familiar with those things, and my father-in-law is particular, but I thought I would share.

I wasn't there when the work was done, but the gutters are clean.

We bought it and they contacted us either that day or the next day so we got the job done, within 4 days of purchasing the Big Deal. It went well! They completed the job in less than an hour with one individual.

Wellman Exteriors did a good job overall. My only concern was that they kept getting my address wrong. At the company's request I emailed my address and home and work telephone numbers. I received a phone message at my work on July 3 that a crew was going to be out that day. However, no one arrived. I called on Monday, July 7 and was told that when the crew arrived at my address it was a three story business so the crew leader had concerns and didn't conduct the cleaning. However, no one called me to let me know this or I would have told them they were not at the correct address as I live in a residential neighborhood in a one story ranch. I verified my address with the company and was told that a crew would be out that week. On the day the crew went to my house, I received another phone call stating that they could not find my residence. Again, they were at the wrong address. I had to provide the crew leader with my correct address again. When the crew did arrive, they did an excellent job cleaning my gutters and roof of all debris. They also cleaned my driveway off in front of my garage, which I appreciated. I would give Wellman Exteriors another opportunity as they did a nice job, but hope that the office staff would pay more attention to the contact information provided.

We purchased their $99 deal, and the company responded quickly. I actually had very little interaction with them, because I told them I didn't feel we needed to be home for outside work. They got us on the schedule quickly, left a courtesy voicemail shortly before going to our house, and cleaned the gutters to our satisfaction. No problems at all, so I would certainly use them again.

The end result was fine, but the initial contacting them was an issue. They indicated that they would notify me when they were 30 minutes away. I was not home when they got here, they did not contact me, but when I finally got home they were on the roof. They were taking all the debris and throwing it in our newly updated flowerbeds and mulch. I told them to stop and told them they can?t do that; I then had them stop the job. The supervisor called me the next day and said he would get that taken care of, which they did. They came back and got the rest of the work completed. The end job was done to my satisfaction. My initial concern was them throwing the debris on my flowerbeds without a tarp, garbage can or any other alternative.

When I actually get excellent workers, I tell everyone. When workers do a crappy job, I tell everyone. These guys were excellent workers. I could not be more pleased. They were very professional and personable. I will request Chris Coolidge (and Cameron if they work together in the future), for future projects I may need done. They came out the very next day. Chris showed up right on time with a new guy he was training named Cameron Smith. He was a good trainer and explained everything to Cameron before he put him on any portion of the job, as they worked. Cameron was an excellent worker. They explained everything to me before they started about what they would be doing. They explained to me how they would get on the very high second story roof, how they would throw the heavy dirt and with maple saplings in it from the second story gutter and then told me the steps they would take to clean up (they even used the leaf blower so you could not see the wet mud from the trees when they left). They told me my gutters were in very good condition when I went out and watched. They worked very hard and were very careful. I did not expect them to do the detached garage for such a low price and planned on doing that myself but they left this place with all the gutters clean and in great shape. My house is approximately 100 years old so I was concerned about damage gutter cleaning on a very steep roof might do. They were so careful that nothing was damaged, in fact as promised, from the ground I could not tell they had even been here, (except for the missing trees in the gutters). They paid attention to detail and made sure the job was perfect. I have years of experience as a landlord and in residential construction. I am very picky. They did such a good job that I am sending them to another property I own right now to give me a bid on small tree removal and clean-up that I was going to do myself. It went really well. I purchased the Big Deal for the cleaning. They came out during the day while I was out and quickly got the job done.

I've had troughs cleaned before but Wellman also removed numerous small branches from the roof. I did not even know they were at the house because they seemed to have cleaned up all the leaf debris blown out of the troughs rather than leaving it on the ground, unlike other companies I have used.

Despite the many days of rain, they stayed in touch with me and were able to schedule the gutter cleaning within a reasonable time. They came out the day they promised. There was no debris in the yard upon completion and the gutters were clear. We would use Wellman again.

This is the second time we have used their services. There were no troubles with scheduling. They are always very responsive. I think that their prices are very competitive to others. They are good, professional, honest, hardworking guys. Before they leave, they always ask if there is anything else they can do and look over the work that they did as well. They are a good company and I have told many people about them. I will be using their services again.

Wellman Exteriors came to my house within a couple of weeks. There was some rain, so no problem there. However, they did not clean the gutters on my garage and I specifically sent an e-mail to them before they came out that the garage definitely needed gutter cleaning. When I called and asked if they had cleaned my gutters the day that I found a business card in my mailbox, they said yes. When I said the garage gutters clearly were not cleaned, the person on the phone was professional, but it took another couple of weeks to come back and clean the garage gutters. I don't know if they even cleaned the gutters on the house because I can't really get up there and tell. The garage gutters are more visible and I was able to see that they were not cleaned initially. They eventually cleaned them, but I probably won't use them again.

They do a good job! They even fixed my loose down spout at no extra charge.
