The job they did was adequate. I had bought two gallons at advice of the clerk at the hardware store, the best quality. The provider used one gallon doing one coat, but took both gallons. The deck looked fine when it was finished.

They did a good job -- better than a previous company. They didn't leave a sloppy mess on windows or walls.

They did a great job. There were no additional fees to the $199 Big Deal. I would recommend them because they did a great job and they cleaned up after themselves. I thought the price was very reasonable. I had no problems with them. They arrived when they said they would.

They were willing to do whatever I needed them to do. They came out right away. I wouldn't use them in the future- I am taking care of my tree work so I don't need them.

After contact, it took them a very long time to provide the service. By then, it was cold and snowy. Difficult to get ahold of them.

Okay. I ask that they clean up afterward, there was residue from gutters left on the south side of house. Had I not been at home when they arrived (they said they called ahead of time in reality it was 30 mins before arriving and they left a voice mail) I don't know that I would not have had more cleanup. I happened to be in the shower, they climbed over the roof and had full access to view my hallway from the balcony. Since I had no idea they were coming that day I was ill prepared to throw a towel on and hustle down the hall. Thank goodness the dogs gave me warning. It also took the a while to come out they said due to weather

My experience went okay. They did a fine job. I had a frustrating time getting something scheduled. They were really busy and there were weather issues so they kept having to reschedule me. They were very pleasant to work with., however.

It went find...I did have to followup on scheduling to get them out, but not really a big deal nor did it consume very much time. All in all I'd use them again.

Everything was great. Scheduling was perfect. They took away all of the debris that were removed. My experience with them was good overall.

I was happy with the work, but they didn't clean up after the work and made a mess. They got up and blew the gutters out. My deck was covered with leaves and sludge from the gutters. They didn't show up on previous occasions. Communication was nonexistent.

I had an appointment that took several months to uphold. The home office did not warn us of the lengthy delay. I had to call and call again to get any traction on the issue. I am glad the work was completed (and completed well). I felt that the execution and the lack of notice were unprofessional.

They didn’t show up until the first week of January. It was just barely freezing outside so they kept trying to clean the gutters out. They were professional and friendly. There were 3 or 4 guys who came out. I was hesitant that they could clear the gutters but they insisted they could still do it. It was a lot longer of a wait than I expected. It shouldn’t have taken that long. I won’t be purchasing any more Angie’s List big deals after this because this is the fourth time I’ve bought one where the vendor couldn’t fulfill the deal for a long time because it seems they’ve oversold on the deal itself.

It took them about 2 months to come out to my home. They had to come back out twice to get the work done. Once it was all done, they did a good job.

He did a real good job. He called and came out right away to do the service.

They're a smaller company, so it took them longer than usual to respond to my messages. Additionally, they left a mess on my neighbors' houses, and I don't think that they came back to clean up the mess. If they did, they didn't communicate that to me. Ultimately, they did a decent job, but they need to improve upon their communication practices.

They did the work and seem to have done it well, however there were scheduling issues which severely delayed the job's completion. We had actually scheduled the work to be done the second week of December, but they called us much later to say that they were going to do the work later in the month when were already out of town.

It was ok. It was delayed because of the weather. There was something on the deck roof that he wouldn't remove because he thought it was raccoon feces.

Our gutters were very messy with several years of accumulation. They were true to there word.

After some difficulty scheduling the gutter cleaning due to bad weather, the crew came out and did a great job.
