It was fine. They arrived on time and there were no additional fees associated with the Big Deal.

Terrible. I am not sure why they are listed with Angie's List it denotes Angie's List for quality service providers. It took them almost 2 weeks to come to look at work to be done. Promised an estimate with in 48 hours Never sent estimate. I called after 10 days to ask for estimate. Promised to send that weekend. Never sent it. I called again got another excuse and they promised a call in 2 days from Chris. Never got a call. It has been close to 1 month since I contacted them for estimate and waited for it to come and work to be done. I just wanted the work to be done and tried and tried to give them another chance.. I called and called . Very unprofessional and full of excuses why they don't follow though.

The experience was great, they were very very good! They were excellent. They did a good job, and they cleaned up very well. The owner sent the guy back up, because there was something he could see, so he sent him back up to do the job right. They gave me an estimate to do my deck, and they are coming to do my deck next week. They did not charge me anything additional.

Communication was good between contractor and myself via texting as I was at work at the time. First appearances when I arrived home seemed ok as I could see where contractor had closed openings at ends of lower gutters as per our agreement in order to keep birds from getting into and nesting in gutters. Agreed price to crimp the ends of the gutters where the openings were located was $35 each. Upon closer inspection it became apparent that no effort was placed in closing openings on upper gutters and due to the debris I can see sticking out of the gutters I have my doubts whether or not any of the upper gutters were even cleaned . I would have expected a call or text while the work was being done to communicate they did not have equipment to reach upper level of guttering. I will now need to find another contractor to come and finish the job. I would strongly urge anyone using this contractor to be at home to supervise in order to confirm that all work being contracted for is completed.

I can't remember the specifics since it occurred a couple years ago, but we had no problems with the service.

It was a fine experience. They trimmed an oak tree.

They came and did the work while we were out, and I can't get up to the topmost gutters to evaluate, but it seemed like they did a good job.

Everything went well, and there were no problems with the service.

I didn't like what happened. The deal changed right about the time when I needed something done, so I already had asked other vendors to give me an estimate. I kind of had in mind of what it would cost. Wellman just came in and he just really added on to. I could see that he was adding the big deal and it became a way beyond anybody else was asking. I told him this and then he kind of really back trapped. I agreed to pay him $45 more than what I had already paid, which was still above what everybody else were asking. I just wanted to get it done. The people who came out actually did a good job. I felt he was trying to con me and at that point, I felt really reluctant to do any big deals. I liked the guys who came out and did the work. The price was okay. They got in touch with me in a timely manner.

During the spraying they did not protect the brick and over sprayed stain onto the brick. |I had to point out the issue and they resolved by power washing brick but also had to touch up the steps due to power washer took off some of fresh paint. They recognized their process problem and were very attentive and conscientious to resolve the issue. I was satisfied but would not recommend spraying stain. Also spraying stain does not penetrate the wood as well as brushing. |I have recently used them to clean gutters and was pleased with their service.

My gutters were frozen solid for weeks, but Wellman did a great job staying in contact on when they could get it done. Once everything froze they got everything cleared out and did a good job cleaning up afterwards. Other companies have charged us extra for steep roof, fully clogged gutters, or for the small portion of our roof that's 3 stories up. Wellman did none of that and simply billed me what they quoted. They also provided a quote to remove some dead trees back behind our fence. That estimate process was also effortless.

It wasn't their expertise and they gave what we asked him but one tree went into another good tree, it didn't land correctly. It broke some branches but the tree is not dead, it just got a little scar. They did their job and it wasn't perfect. I will not use them again for cutting down trees.

One hour after the scheduled appointment time, I received a call from their rep who apologized and said they don't do the work that I called for. I'm not sure why they would even schedule me for work if they don't offer those services and I'm even further disappointed that the rep didn't call until an hour after the scheduled time. Definitely won't be using this company for anything.

It went just fine. They came out when they said they would and got all the work done.

Arrived promptly. Completed job as contracted. Left all areas clean.

Spoke with Wellman Exteriors on the phone and felt we had an understanding of the job; however when I got home from work it was clear we had not communicated well. I called Chris and he was very understanding. We set up an appointment for a walk around. He was timely, courteous and professional. Later that week the job was completed to my expectations. I have since hired Wellman Exteriors for other jobs and have been very satisfied.

It went great. I contacted several companies to get quotes on gutter repair. Only half of those companies contacted even bothered to respond [which I'm finding is a common occurrence evenly on highly rated companies on Angie's List]. Within two hours of requesting a quote, I was contacted to discuss our situation. Two days later Brian came out to the house to inspect the work we needed done. I spoke with him on the phone the next day, which was a Friday. He gave me a quote over the phone and told me that he would have someone come out to the house the next week. He also offered us a discount on any other services. As promised, Antoine and crew came out, cleaned and repaired out gutters. Had I not known they were there, I would have never known it. They cleaned up extremely well. The gutters are clean and more importantly, repaired. It rained the next day with no leaks. Thanks guys. Everyone that I dealt with was very professional and they did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. Again, a rarity these days. I will use this company in the future for any exterior needs and will recommend to anyone looking to have this work done.

Once they arrived they were fast and efficient. It just took to many calls to get an exact date for the service to be performed.

It went quite well. We had a little trouble with scheduling, but they finally came and did the work. The general work was done well, however.

i was disappointed with the service. I expected that they would clean the gutters on the outside as well as the inside. However, they only cleaned out the inside.

It was ok. They were nice but there wasn't a lot of supervision. I sent them a letter and they came out to re-trim the tress.

Difficult to schedule an appointment. Appointment was missed and re-scheduled. Difficult to communicate with appropriate office staff. Staff that performed the work were excellent! They provided the work requested and were the redeeming factor in this service.

I was not home when they came. I do not know how good a job they did on actually making sure that the water would drain down all of the the spouts after cleaning or if that is even part of the service, but I still have run off from the gutter at the corner of the house and was hoping that the gutter cleaning would fix that. Otherwise, they did clean the gutters on the day scheduled. Just one thing about the price. I had actually called a year earlier, prior to being an Angie's list customer and they told me the cost would be $125. So I really received no discount advantage to purchasing the BIG DEAL because the deal was $99 and I was charged an extra $25 because my gutters had not been cleaned in two years. I did know about the extra $25 up front, I'm just saying I could have gotten the same price without having purchased the BIG DEAL.
