It went very well.

So far I'm happy with the service. We're part way through the season, so I won't know just how good the results are until this Fall when the drought conditions are past us and all serviced have been performed.

I definitely would never consider using them - Unique Lawn Care. They are Uniquely unqualified at fertilizer application. Weed control was good however, And, they need to clean the pellet fertilizer from Driveways and Sidewalks. There was more fertilzer on my concrete than there was on my lawn apparently. UPDATE 10/2012 Service has been much better since the manager contacted us to reconsider and try to make it right. We are happy with the improved service they have provided.

Just what you want when you're relaxing in your home on Friday evening at 8pm, a ring of the doorbell and a salesman. Yes, a young and pushy (Jason) who insists my manicured lawn needs the "Unique Lawn" experience. Hoping to replace my current service provider who's been exceptional for over five years, Jason the salesman just couldn't take NO for an answer. After being told that I was happy with the way my yard looked and my service lawn care provider's work, he still wasn't taking a hint. He insisted I shouldn't be happy because my yard was "faded." I then more bluntly pointed toward the street and insisted he leave. Rumbling under his voice and glaring at my house as he walked down the sidewalk as if were considering charging my door, he disapeared into the neighborhood somewhere. Dear Unique Lawn owners, whoever you are, try training your salesfolks, maybe some mentoring or background checks if using work release staffing or giving them some basic pointers like----if a yard looks great, it may not be the best house on the block to call on.

I have had one treatment and the color of my lawn is already looking better.

The dandelion still came up in my yard so I called to discuss with them and they are arranging another treatment for the dandelions. I await this additional weed treatment. It is early so we will wait to see how the season goes. I liked the package of services they presented on the phone and in writing. Good price. I trust that it will be a good season.

This is my first year using any lawn care company and have only had one fertilizer treatment so far .They called the night before they came to make sure my dog would be inside the next day. They arrived as scheduled and were polite and professional. I had weeds that popped up after 2 weeks and when I called to ask about this they came out within 2 days and sprayed for weeds free of charge. They are currently in the process of dying. This is included if you sign up for all of the treatments which I prepaid for to receive a discount. 4 of my neighbors are using them as well. So far I am pleased with the service.

My yard was one of the first to green up after the first treatment. I was a little worried that they weren't going to come as I had never used them before and it was getting to the middle of March. They came and did their treament. I have had compliments on the lawn already. Its still young in the season so we will see how they do over the summer. Especially when I go to tear up my yard and put an irrigation system in complete with french drains. I paid in advanced for the season as they were running a deal on aeration and seeding for the end of the year. Otherwise a treatment would have been more expensive. I have had a few dandelions in my yard. I spot treated those. However, I explained to the owner that I hired them to get rid of some weeds that even Scotts did not get rid of. If they cannot get rid of the thistle then I will not be using them in the future. Every Scotts treatment, Scotts wrote down I had Foxtail growing in my yard last year. They never treated for it.

It has been fine so far. They come and do what they are suppose to do. We haven't had time to see any results yet.

They did a pretty good job. There is no contract with them which I like. They are responsive. They came when they said they would and are very prompt.
