Tish Flooring

I met with Greg and gave him my requirements and budget. In less than two hours, I had decided on the specific products and was happy they fit within my allowed amounts. Greg is very experienced and was able to make excellent suggestions throughout the process. I had my own installers on this project so I was concerned how the product pick up process would go but I should not have been worried. It went very smoothly. Greg did an outstanding job communicating with me and making sure that the product was available within my time frames. I highly recommend them.

We did use Tish Flooring. I think they came out the second week of October. The installers they were a little messy and there are a couple of little marks in the grout but I know there contracted out so I don't want it to be on Tish Flooring. Tish Flooring is fine.

Excellent! My salesperson Kate was so helpful from selecting the right floor thru the installation. Installation team was great and cleaned up after. I'm just thrilled with the flooring!!?? Really helps my allergies and dog messes! Thanks!

Tom came out and measured and quoted a price with Angie's list discount. He also let me know details of installation and what I would need to do. I then scheduled the install. The gentlemen who came out were efficient, knowledgeable and quick. The job was done in one day and looks great.

They were punctual and professional. They did a great job.

We were home the whole time and felt it was a thoroughly professional job. Tish Flooring brings samples to your house and contacted the carpet company to get us samples big enough to get an idea of how the color would look. They Email the estimates and the salesman misspelled something in the Email address so I had to call the company and tell them I had not received anything from them. They corrected that quickly and everything went smoothly after that.

The store was nice and the salesman was knowledgeable and nice but that is where it ended. We ordered our carpet but the customer service was so bad that we asked for a refund of our down payment. After we ordered the carpet we were told that they would schedule a time for someone to come out and measure. Never heard from them and had to call. Were told someone would call us back. Never heard from them and had to call back. A guy came out to measure and we were told that in a day or two they would call with an invoice. Never heard from them and had to call. We promptly paid a down payment and were told a scheduler would call. Never heard from them and had to call (you can see the trend here and this is now 3 weeks of this). We were told that the carpet would be available and that by Monday (about 2 business days) that they would call to schedule installation. Never heard from them and had to call. We then got the owner involved and after several calls he couldn't tell us when the carpet would be in and could be 2 more weeks, maybe. He asked us to give him a chance to make this right but there were chances everywhere to do that. The ONLY thing they did right was promptly refund our money. This threw off by more than a month other deliveries of furniture etc. now we have to start the carpet search all over again. Save yourself the time and look elsewhere first.

From the measuring and quote process to the install they were friendly, professional and on time. The installers were respectful of my home and cleaned afterwards. I was very anxious about the process as so much had to be moved around, but they assured me that it was no problem and it only took two days to do five rooms with closets, a hallway and stairs. I love the carpet and they did a great job on the installation. I will recommend Tish to anyone!

Tom came out the precisely measured the rooms and brought flooring samples with him. The installers were very professional and wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied with the work. I am thrilled how flooring has changed the look of these two rooms.

They're prompt and professional. I think they should have restretched the carpet for nothing. My interactions with them were good, professional and matter-of-fact. There were no issues.

I felt that they were honest and fair priced. They gave me different options for different laminate hardwood. They have lots of hardwood options. The installers were very friendly and efficient.

They used the carpet wisely and gave us a reasonable estimate. We had a flood, and another company recommended by our insurance company wanted to charge us a much higher amount. They did all of the work in a timely manner, and completed all of our requests. We are very happy with the carpet.

Everyone at the company was very courteous and helpful. David sold me the carpet and Tony and Kevin expertly installed it. Tony even went to Lowes to get a wooden threshold since they didn't have one on the truck!

We had Tish Flooring install a slate pattern laminate tile floor in our combined kitchen and family room about 4 months ago. We are very pleased with the result. Overall we would rate our experience good to excellent. We went to their showroom where there was a wide selection of samples, then our sales rep brought samples to our home so we could finalize our choice - and we actually ended up choosing a significantly lighter color than we originally thought - seeing it in your home?s light and coloring makes so much difference! After the tile arrived from the manufacturer, Tish scheduled our installation, working us into the busy pre-Thanksgiving season. Their installers were professional, efficient, and neat. We had some appliances and furniture pieces that would not go through our doorways except to go directly outside, which was not desirable. For that reason they scheduled the installation to take two days. The work crew removed our old carpet, moved those items to one end of the room, finished the first area, then returned the second day, moved the items back into place, and finished the second area. They handled disconnecting and reconnecting our washer and dryer and moved our loaded refrigerator with ease. They cleaned up after themselves as they worked and had little or no impact on the rest of our home. We had only two complaints which we consider minor: First, our sales rep was slow to respond or lost track of our contacts, so setting up the job took several weeks longer than we thought it should have, and we got the impression that the scheduling department eventually had to scramble some to make up for that - and they succeeded. Second, when the tile was laid a definite repetitive pattern emerged which was not what we expected; several of the same pattern tile were laid side-by-side across the floor, while we believe they should have been distributed randomly and turned to different orientations so there is no discernable pattern. But that may be a matter of taste and we soon decided we like what we have. The floor is beautiful and exactly what we wanted - it looks like an illustration in a magazine. We had it installed with the tiles flush against each other with no grout. We will soon be asking them to return and put the same flooring in our front hall.

Scheduling was a breeze, they showed up on time & the work was great!

Scheduler immediately responded to my request to have a sales person. Sales person did not show up at scheduled time - called and left message at the office to see what happened. No response. Called the office the next afternoon to see what happened and there was a mix up and my ticket had been lost. They got someone over right away to walk through the materials and take measurements. Smooth process from there on - good quality carpet and work at a good price. I would use them again, but just call to confirm times first!

They were cheap, fast, and they did a good job on the installation.

On his initial visit Wes brought samples to my house for me to look at. He explained the differences very well and made it easy for me to make my decision. When they came to do the installation they had to move furniture from room to room and did it very quickly and without damage. The Installtion went very well and I love the result! There was one minor problem with a closet door they had had to remove and replace during installation and one bed was put together a little wrong. They came right out and remedied these problems with no fuss or muss. I would certainly hire Tish flooring again.

I could not have asked for more courteous, professional, or better service. I am so happy!

The in-home consultation was quick and helpful. He made our options easy to understand and provided an on-the-spot estimate. Removal of existing carpet and installation of new carpet was on time and professional. Great experience and great product!

Tish Flooring was very responsive in all situations. They were quick to come and give us quote and then scheduled installation as soon as possible. In fact, when I asked for a quicker install, they happily changed the date! The installers were very nice and professional.

They were highly rated on Angie's list and came in approx 25% lower than the other bids. They showed up the first day and tore the old flooring out, or started to, but were only here a few hours. Over the next few days they kept coming back for a few hours to tear more out, but didn't start installing the new floor for 4 days and we had to push them about it. They could have kept our old floors intact and usable for days until they were available to start the install. All of the installers were very nice and went above and beyond, the service itself was great once it started. It took 10 days when we were originally told they would try to complete in 5. The floors look great and we love them. However, the toilet hasn't worked right since they moved it, and we had no issues with it before. We have mixed feelings about their service. The price was unbeatable, but with the issues, I'm not sure we would use them again. If price is your main concern they are a good choice, but be prepared to deal with the headaches.

They came in and gave us an estimate and when they get the job done it was the same price. They delivered exactly what they said they would at the time they said they would. We were pleased with the results. They came right away.
