They did a very good job. They didn’t call afterward to follow up after the installation, which I thought was a bit odd. But nevertheless I had no complaints!

The installers were the best!! Floors look beautiful!

They did what they said they would do. I already recommend him. They provide a quote, they delivered the floorings and installed. I had no problem at all.

I would give zero stars if I could. Either sold poor quality carpet or poor installation which caused wrinkles in carpet within a few years. Tish flooring blames "bad luck, like getting a flat tire. It must be from too much traffic in the house." This carpet was installed in an empty house, before a single owner moved into it. She has lived alone in house. No children, no pets. The 2 possibilities are poor quality carpet or poor installation of carpet. Tish flooring takes no responsibility for the problem. Poor customer service and poor communications. go elsewhere for flooring, if you want the money you spend to pay for quality.

Beware when getting a quote from and doing business with this company! Their first proposal was very reasonable but had the comment that there may be added fees to level floors, if needed. They sent out the floor evaluator who said that the additional work would be minimal. In good faith, we gave a substantial deposit. I guess they were not making enough money on the job, so they sent a team of three people out to do the same evaluation. A few days later, their revised cost proposal came with an additional $6K to do the job. A 40% increase from the original quote. After much discussion with Tish, they would not budge. Other quotes were obtained, and we contracted with another company to do the work for the same amount of the original quote Tish had provided. To add insult to injury, we were charge a substantial restocking fee! Never again with they have that opportunity!

Outstanding, on time, very clean, did above and beyond, pricing was fair, and did everything they said they would. I am very happy and I would recommend them to anybody.

Had Tish install Shaw carpet a year ago and a seam going into one of our bedrooms was not laying flat. Called Aaron and they were out in a few days to fix. I thought it would be a quick fix however they took over an hour to make sure it was done right. S did an excellent job.

I am not an idiot, I have a tape measure. I also paid $25 to Lowes to measure my kitchen floor. The strange woman would not give me the sq footage of the job I would hire her crew to do. I mean it's my home, I own it. I have tape measures. I know how to use them. I had a professional installer from Lowes come out and measure. The only metric that matters is my sq footage. Yet she 100% refused to give it to me ..... i mean... i knew it before i allowed her to walk into my home. If i were a criminal with a flooring business I'd not give out sq footage either so i could not be price shopped and rip off people too stupid to measure on their own. I have screen captures of our emails or will forward them. I'd absolutely avoid tish.

Got 3 quotes and decided to go with Tish. Buzz came out and talked to me about different flooring choices and my options on the installation of carpet and vinyl plank flooring. The price was fair and the scheduling was quick and easy. I had to pay more for an add on that Buzz had told me was possible. The bathroom floor had to be torn out and taken down to the original sub floor and built up about 3/4 inches to the original floor. The install was quick and painless and the installers were very professional and worked quickly. The new floors look amazing and I couldn't be happier with the finished product.

Love the floor but a few bubbles showed up in small area around door frame that will be repaired on Thursday. If that is done I will give them a A+.

I reached out to Tish Flooring for a carpet repair. I was given the name and number of one of the techs who did repairs on the side. I called him last Monday and he called me back on Tuesday at 7:30am. I advised him that I could take a half day at work in order to be home on Wednesday and he was going to call after he got his schedule at 4:30pm. I didn't hear back from him until Thursday. (When I answered the phone, he was dropping F bombs about getting glue on his shirt... this doesn't offend me but could have easily offended somebody else.) At this time, we scheduled for 10:30am Friday morning (in which I was taking a half day at work to be home for) He texted around 9am saying he wasn't going to be able to make it before I had to go to work. Our sitter ended up needing the day off so I just stayed home for the whole day. So, I told him any time during the day would be fine and to just come whenever he could fit us in. (He said it would only take 30 mins) I didn't hear back from him until 4:30pm, in which I got a text just saying he would come Saturday at 9am. Pretty frustrating considering the only reason I was even home from work to begin with was because of the repairs that never even happened. And I think he quoted me $160, which seemed a little outrageous for the small patch work that needs done. Needless to say, we told him not to worry about it and have found somebody else to take care of the work. I find this unfortunate for Tish Flooring because they are now getting a negative review based on one of their techs that they recommended do work on the side for us. This, to me, shows bad professionalism and if that is how their techs are, I wouldn't put my trust in their company to do any other flooring work that needed done.

It went very well. Some minor miscommunication when getting the quote, but it was flawless after that. Zero regrets using Tish Flooring. Belinda was awesome, responsive, and helped us first timers with extreme patience and thoroughness. Installers were quick and professional. Tish Flooring worked with my tight schedule and did their best to make it as pain free as possible. We have 3 rooms and 3 walk-in closets left to do. Guess who we’ll be calling?

Fred was excellent - very attentive to my situation, and went above and beyond to find the exact matching carpet. Price was great for the value, and the installation was very smooth and professional. I would definitely use again.

Sam Habibi (our salesman) was great to work with. He listened to us and provided us with products to choose based on our criteria. He came to the house with the samples and helped us select the applicable products. The initial pricing was within our budget. The problems came with the installer they chose to use. The existing floor required corrective work which we understood, but the pricing from the installer was about double what we feel it should have been. To maintain theminstall warranty we were trapped into agreeing to pay it. We were pleased with the quality of the end product but the high oriced change orders were hard to swallow.

I paid $1740.00 for carpet that is wearing way too fast. I bought an upgraded pad to be installed. I had my carpet cleaned yesterday. Carpet still shows definite wear and is only one year old. Carpet is breaking down in walkway and in front of my chair. It has an extremely obvious seem between living room and dining room that Tish says, is impossible to make look perfect. I have had them out twice to remedy the problem, and just get, “that’s as good as it gets.” Extremely dissatisfied!!

Tish called and asked for 500 more for floor leveling and Kills. We approved it. They didn’t apply this charge apparently until after our second payment and it looked sketchy. Their installer Mel covered a register vent, did not clean up and every piece of trim in our home was damaged. They sent Bill out to review he offered a 150 credit for the damage which we have yet to see. They sent mall out to uncover the vent.

Haley did a great job in helping us select the right carpet & pad. She also came to the house to measure for the amount of carpet needed. We scheduled an installation date & Anthony arrived at the agreed-to time (actually, early). He removed the existing & installed the new carpet & pad. It was a tougher job than he had expected since the carpet has a slight pattern & he had to be sure to align the carpet on each step & riser (he said he enjoyed the challenge!). He cleaned up everything & gave us some pointers on maintaining the carpet. Very professional. We are quite pleased with the result.

We chose Tish Flooring based on reviews from Angie's List. To begin, all the correspondence was prompt and professional. Our sales representative, Fred, came to our home and was professional and courteous of our needs and selections. We were very happy until the installation. After just a few weeks, in multiple areas of our house, we noticed that sharp staples of the tack strips were exposed and areas of the carpet was coming up. We were stepping on these sharp tack strips, along with my three children and crawling baby. They sent the original team out to "repair" these areas. They "fixed" these areas and told us to, "just hammer down the sharp staples" when we find them. We were disgruntled to have spent thousands of dollars to be told to fix these details our selves. Just a few weeks later, the carpet in a major traffic area (family room to kitchen) was coming up again. We contacted the company for yet another repair and evaluation, only to be left with a NO SHOW. It was only until I reached out to the company again to be told they were sick. We were very happy with Tish Flooring initially, though at this point we strongly feel that we could have had a better experience elsewhere. I recommend you do the same.

The installation crew did an excellent job, arrived when they were scheduled, and completed the job on time. Our sales person also did a great job of showing us samples, and also helped to accommodate our schedule.

Great. Picking the flooring was confusing, but Sid helped us find a great carpet in our budget. Our family room is 16 x 23 ft so I was in sticker shock from the costs of carpet plus pad and install. He came out and measured. Easy to set up the install around our schedule as I had to go out of town on business. Price was great, carpet is what we expected from what we picked in the store. Installer did a great job, but he grumbled about pay so I rated him a B for professionalism. His work however was an A. I feel this is better carpet at a better price than the big box stores.

Floor needed replacement after water leak. They came and gave quote within 24 hours. Quote was about 1/2 of the cost estimated by remediation company. Communicated clearly about issues found in subsurface and suggested repairs, including additional cost, which was reasonable. Ended up getting more of the floor done, for much less, than what other company quoted.

Fine, except the project took longer to get scheduled and completed

We wanted to get a carpet stair runner installed in our home. Our salesman, Jack, drastically underestimated on the phone and again in person what the quoted price would look like, and indicated there was no significant pricing difference between the few samples we had chosen. Jack stood us up at our appointment to get measurements so I requested a new person to come out who was on time and courteous, but the pricing was far beyond our expectations. It turns out we had selected one of the most expensive carpeting options despite what had been indicated to us in the store. We are going to go with another company that showed up to our in-home appointment and helpful in assuring we selected carpets within our price range during the in-store consultation.
