They have good customer service, good prices, and they are very professional. They are a good family company.

I went to their showroom to look at samples and then I took several samples home. The gentleman who took me through the showroom came the following week to do the measurements. The installation was a week later than originally planned, but that was no problem for me. Two gentleman came to do the installation. They moved all the furniture as planned. Initially there was a concern they might not have enough carpet, but that ended up not being a problem.

Tish did a fantastic job. We actually used them twice. First we hired them for the hardwood floors. We were impressed by the floor installation and hired them to install the tile in the kitchen. If we ever need more work done we will hire them again.

It went very good, i was out if town when they installed the caropet after the wood floors but whjen i came back i was pleasently suprised at how well it all turned out.

Tish was very professional. They were also one of the most responsive companies I have ever worked with. I would email or call, and get a response within a couple hours at max. My project manager went above and beyond to find me the carpet color I wanted in the quality I desired. We will definitely use them again when we replace our upstairs carpet.

Excellent. I called Tish Flooring 02/08/17 due to the A ratings and reading of the reviews. I had a small corner carpet piece about 3' x 3' that was damaged and needed replaced. I had a piece from another room that had been totally replaced before so needed someone to cut out the old and seem the new. They advised me the show up price was $150.00, and the installer would look at the job, give a firm quote, and then either do it or I could choose not to. I said OK, as this carpet was stinking up the entire house, and it was too cold to have the windows opened very long. Tish would call me back with a schedule, and would have a man swing by today to see what kind of pad was needed to match the current pad. I called back at 4:10 pm to see if the installer was coming soon, or did I have time to run some errands and come back? I was told that there was no man coming today as they carry 2 kinds of pads on the repair trucks and that was a miscommunication but I will get a call tomorrow about the schedule. OK, that happens. The next day Mel called and said that he was really sorry, but that he was trying to get us on the schedule for as soon as possible, but that they were suddenly swamped with requests for flooring jobs, and wouldn't probably be able to get to me for 2 weeks. He then let me know of one of their workers that could do this on his own time in off hours, and gave me his name and phone number. That was so empathetic and wonderful that he would give up the business, and still find a way to get my small job done for me. I am very appreciative. I will call Tish Flooring for future projects.

The carpeting went great, and the installer did a very professional job, and finished everything in one day. Different men installed the laminate, and while they were friendly, but I became quite frustrated with their lack of punctualiy including late arrivals and two and three hour lunches. They also used my bathroom for long periods of time. The laminate floor took several weeks in all to be finished. On the plus it does look good.

Easy and efficient from the sales process to the installation. The installation crew was incredibly quick, thorough, and clean. The foreman was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly.

I was able to choose the carpet from the samples they brought to my home. They scheduled it when it was convenient for me and I thought the price was very good. They were nice, quick and efficient. I expected it to take a full day if not more to install, and they were done in a few hours. They cleaned up and and vacumned . I was very pleased with the entire process.

Jack the salesman was very professional and helpful. Not pushy! He gave a fair price for top of the line product. He helped us as we bounced around different colors and different options. I have used Tish twice now for carpet installation, and have been very happy both times with the results. With my first home Tish installed carpet in three fairly large and somewhat awkwardly shaped rooms. I did my research and got quotes from Lowes and a few other suppliers. For the grade of carpet I was looking at, Tish had the best price. They also had the best customer service by far. They always answer the phone when you call and are very flexible with your schedule when setting appointments. Most importantly, they did an excellent job with carpet install, picking up all materials before they left and leaving us a few extra swatches of carpet for spare rugs, which we always use. I highly recommend them to anyone/everyone looking for carpet install!

Job was completed in one day. Workers were very courteous and cleaned up everything. I am very satisfied with the project.

Very well. I obtained 3 estimates for the job. Based upon their price and references from other people, I went with Tish. They had a full crew doing the work so it was done very fast and efficiently. They moved and reinstalled the toilet and pedestal sink in the bathroom and the washer & dryer in the laundry without any issues. I am pleased with the flooring and their work so I may have them extend the flooring into the living room & dining room.

Excellent! Amazing and professional work by all the staff (sales/office/installers). All of the possible options were explored with the pros/cons of each (did not force upsell) and the installers were amazing. Took great care to dismantle, move and reposition all the bedroom furniture. I was very nervous about my expensive bedroom set and they were amazing. I intend to use them again for my other bedroom needs in the spring.

Initially checked a big box store, however, Tish Flooring offered a better price and customer service (for nylon carpeting). Very good purchase experience, and very happy with finished product. In store sales associate was excellent to work with (Jack), and the contract installers were professional. This was my first experience with Tish Flooring after discovering them thru Angies List (and their many good reviews). I would definitely use Tish Flooring again.

I was very happy. They were very easy to work with. They were courteous and kind. I was pretty impressed that when I called for a quote, the actual owner came out and did my measurements. It was pretty impressive. He was actually responsive to me. He was responsive on my numerous questions that I had about the process. They were the most competitive. I would absolutely use them in the future.

Great! Doyce came out with samples and to take measurements. He was very nice and professional. Pricing was within my budget which was a nice surprise. Installers were on time, professional and did an amazing job. My carpet looks beautiful! Will definitely use Tish again!

Both installations went very well. The installers on both job were professional and able to complete their installations in one day. The carpet and the hardwood floor looks great.

After a plumbing leak, we needed to have new carpet installed in the basement and new wood floors on our main level. We priced out floors with the company our insurance company recommended and decided to get a second quote from Tish (a friend recommended them). The quote from Tish was not only lower than the other company, but we were able to get a significant upgrade on both the carpet and wood floors. I filled out an interest form online and Mr. Tishler was at our house measuring and showing samples within 2-3 hours. Installation went very well. Our installation crews were very knowledgeable, detail oriented and customer focused. Working with Tish was by far the easiest part of our project. We would recommend Tish Flooring highly.

I want to start by saying we absolutely love the engineered hardwood floors we had put in. They look great and the installation was very professional. However, and i only write the rest of this to enlighten others of a few things they might need to consider when having new floors installed. The first thing we found a little frustrating, was that the installation team didn't show up until 10:00am or later each day. They worked till about 5, so even with the extra work our 900 sq ft install took almost 3 weeks. Now for the extra(not in the original quote) work. Shortly after the existing flooring was removed, we were informed that we needed to have an additional layer of OSB boards across the whole floor to compensate for the change in direction of our floor joists. This was an additional $2000 and something we felt could have been disclosed in the original quote since we were told that it is not uncommon to have this additional layer installed. So, as the new flooring layer was being installed, it was also determined that our floor dipped in an area and needed a floor treatment. This could not have been foreseen easily, was done at a fair price, and the workmanship was great too. Eventually, all the flooring was installed, and it looked great! So, on the final day, the team reinstalled the quarter round along the walls and were gone. Now, the quote only said "R & R qtr round", but this did not work well for us, as the existing quarter round had a lot of paint chip away upon removal. When they reinstalled it, it was chipped, they did not fill the nail holes or repaint it. So, we are going to have to have pay someone else to come in and finish up the trim for us. I did express some of my concerns to Tish and the owner did attempt to get ahold of me, but we never reconnected. So, all in all not a terrible experience, but definitely a learning experience. In response to the service provider response: I feel compelled to respond on a couple things in the providers response. First, I would like to point out that the statement that "The offer to assist with your trim molding issues still stands" was never issued to me. I only found it in your response. So, if your serious about making good on what you've acknowledged was incomplete work, contact me, the nail holes are still unfilled and unpainted. As well, I should also mention that the crew that came to do my floor was initially short-handed because crew members had to correct issues with the trim at the previous job....can't believe i am just now remembering that. Second, since you said "we can learn more about the condition of the subfloor by going into the basement and checking out exposed joist", I question why that wasn't done at the time of the estimate, it is indeed all they did at the time of the installation to determine that my joist layout would indeed require the additional subfloor and $2000 dollars. Again though, the trim work is the only thing that was done poorly in my opinion. I would love to follow up on this review with praises for fixing it.

We have a large master bedroom that had the 20 year old carpet picked up and removed and new Shaw Tufftex carpet installed. We worked with Wes Haining at Tish in helping to pick out a sample and go through the sales process. He met my wife at our home and we met him at the store. We drug the process out on our end a bit because we were coordinating this work with a lot of other construction also happening in our house. Wes was very patient with us and very accommodating. He recommended a particular brand based on what we described we were looking for with style and price range and at one point we even picked a carpet line that they don't carry in the store. We liked the looks of it online, but were nervous about what the feel was. Wes sourced a sample all the way from Michigan to come down to their showroom. We were really glad he did that because it actually ended up that the feel was not at all what we were looking for - wouldn't have been able to see if he didn't go above and beyond to track down a physical sample. After their patience in dealing with our sample searching and delays, the final product we picked and had them install was great. The installers showed up exactly when they said they would and they moved all of our furniture without a hitch. Would definitely recommend Tish Flooring! Great selection, fair pricing, and willing to go above and beyond to make you happy.

The home visit is where things started to go badly. We indicated on the online form that we were interested in both carpet and hardwood flooring. Matt only had 2 samples of wood with him, and one was laminate - not the same thing. The samples of carpet were fine, however, he never asked a budget and never discussed pricing at all. Seems like this would be a pretty important thing to most people. After we found out that he only had 2 samples of wood flooring, Matt suggested to we come to showroom to browse everything they had available. Luckily, we were free for the whole day, so we left to go there right away. Once at the showroom, Matt started showing us various samples of hardwood flooring, again, without asking if there was a certain price point or a budget we needed to stay at. He was also showing us the most expensive products they carried. I suggested we take our budget and go from there, which he agreed to. I told him $4/sq ft installed. He seemed a little unsure, but said he thought they had some things in that price range and went to check. It seems like he should have a general idea of pricing on ALL their stock, but okay. He came back with a sample and said it was the best price they had, and it was close to $6/sq ft installed. Not even close to what we asked for. I'm not sure where TIsh gets the reputation of having affordable pricing, because from our experience they DON'T at all. I mentioned that I had seen an ad on their website for solid oak hardwood for a price of $3.68/sq ft installed (I assumed it was overstock or maybe 2nds quality, totally fine). Again, not surprisingly, he had no idea what I was talking about. I had to pull it up on my phone to show him. He said something to the effect of wow, I'm not sure that's right, let me check. After waiting at least another 10-15 minutes, Matt came back and said they had a mistake on the website!! Something about numbers getting mixed up. I was pretty irritated at this point, and don't really believe that at all. We left and said we'd be in touch. About an hour later, I got a call from Matt that went to my voicemail, he said he'd talked to the owner and didn't want me to feel misled, so they'd "definitely do something for me price-wise." He said he'd get a quote to me the next day. The quote I got the next day was absurd. We needed 800 sq ft of flooring. For the hardwood shown on the website, the quote was $8500 (roughly $5000 materials, $3500 installation). This INCLUDED a 10% discount on the flooring, plus $200 off installation. (That's doing something for me price-wise??!!) I don't think so. Matt said the price on the website (and what it's currently at right now) was SUPPOSED to be $3.68/sq ft. For 800 sq ft, that comes to $2944. Even with 7% sales tax, I have no idea how they came up with $5000 for materials in my quote. Absolutely ridiculous. I wanted to see what kind of math they were doing, so I asked for a quote for materials alone, which Matt assured he would get me. That was a week ago and I haven't heard anything. What a joke. I will never use Tish and I will try to talk anyone I know OUT of using them.

There was an issue with the installation. Before the warranty was up we called them to come back and assess the issue. They confirmed the problem and replaced our carpet free of charge.
