Description of Work: I would not hire them. They did not respond to initial email for several days. It was hard to set up an appointment with them. Salesperson was 20 minutes late, wore her shoes in my house (even though she sells flooring and even though I told her we don't wear shoes in my house), promised me an estimate yesterday but never sent it. I would not use this provider.

Description of Work: We had scheduled some work by Tish Flooring. At the last minute we had to change the scope of the work. David Hirsch was very prompt to work out the problem with his boss and get back to us with a satisfactory adjustment for our situation. I cannot thank them enough for their fairness to us and the most gracious way we were treated in this matter.

Description of Work: This company did an outstanding job on our carpet. David Kirsh came out and gave us an estimate on replacing all of the carpet in our home which is approx. 2400 square feet. He was kind, courteous and very knowledgable from the word go. He gave us an estimate to replace all carpet with padding and moving of furniture. He also worked with our schedule as we were having painting done at the same time. Dave even came out more than once to ensure that I picked the right color, had samples sent to me and was very patient with my decision. On the day of the job, the installers showed up This company did a great job and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to install carpeting.

Description of Work: Fast service for quote with great price. There was a mix up and our contract was lost so I had to make several calls to get the job scheduled. During installation (I don't live in the home) I received a call that additional funds were required to fix a floor issue but I would need to pay the installer directly and not go through Tish. transition from hard surface to carpet in kitchen had to be done again. would use again but only if I could closely supervise work

Description of Work: Went to Realty Carpet to compare prices with those of Floors to your Home and also Lumber Liquidators. We found Realty Carpet to be very competitive and product was of high quality. We decided to go with this company to purchase our high quality vinyl plank flooring and have them install it. We received call to schedule installation. When installers arrived, over an hour late, they did not have all of the material. Had to leave work site to get material, was gone well over an hour and a half leaving the other workers just standing around waiting for him to return. They finally began removing carpet from our dining room and bathrooms to install plank floor and was in our home until after 7:00 pm. On day two they called to say they woul be late. Arrived over 2 and 1/2 hours late. said he had been in an accindet but there was no visible damage to vehicle nor to him. Was in our home again until late evening. I took off work that day just so they could get an early start, ended up getting here the same time as my husband which was about 1:15 so i could have worked that day. My husband has to be at work at 2am so he goes to bed very early. Because of their late start on both days they had to work late into the evening to make up for the time they los, preventing my spouse from getting to bedt. We liked the pricing and quality of product but will go elsewhere for our upcoming carpet needs. They did an excellent job andt he floor looks very nice we are happy with final product. Installers took carpet with them and cleaned up very wellafter they were done. Price is not all that matters to us...Promptness and Customer Service are very important factors as well. Neither was provided to us by the company or their installers.

Have used Realty Carpet three or four times in the past. They are always responsive, reliable and responsible. I have referred Realty Carpet to my parents and grandpareents. Have also referred thme to four of my immediate neighbors. Everyone that I have referred to Realty Carpet has been impressed by their service, attitude and installation of the final product.
