David provided excellent guidance in selection of the carpet. He was extraordinarily flexible. The installation was scheduled quickly to accommodate our desire to get this done as soon as possible.

Installers were to come at 9 to 11, they came at 2 after we called the shop, sales, several times. Else no one would have called us. Installers left (at last count) over 20 staples on our floor and several nails and staples in the driveway, they used our bathroom w/out asking/telling and clogged the toilet which I was lucky enough to discover after they left. They left an oil stain in our driveway. They left cigarrette butts on our front step, they hid trash in our bathroom cabinets, they used our bath trash for additional trash (which they didnt' clear out) while using my toilet they helped themselves to one of my books (from a drawer) and left it on the toilet! Gross! When we called to complain we were told that the most realty could do was give us $225 back. In addition to all of the other problems, they left three gouges in our walls.

Met with Wes for him to price out materials for another company. Once he gave me his card I realized he was with Realty which had been recommended to me in the past by a local Realtor. When the other company's bid came in too high, we asked Wes to price out the job using his people. There was a lot of phone tag and I almost gave up on receiving his bid. In the end, they were able to complete the job sooner than anticipated, which was a real life saver. Their subs are definitely worker bees and get in and get the job moving. Not the most polished if you need a high end job, but if you need quick and to the point, they can't be beat. The carpet and vinyl look awesome! They should get my house sold quickly.

Extremely nice company to work with. Best price we could find overall. Very helpful when we were choosing carpet. The only "small" complaint is that they were supposed to leave the carpet scraps behind so we could use them for walk ways; this was in a house that was for sale and we wanted to protect the carpet.

The seams on the carpet did not match up, and looked bad. They also sub-contracted the workout. They also dinged up the cabinet doors, while working. The owner made an excuses for the work, how he did admit the errors. They did pay for cleaning the house and the carpet but they have not fulfilled my expectations.

It went very well. They arrived as scheduled. Being in the retail industry we are open during normal 8 to 5 work hours. They came in after we were closed, 7 p.m. And on Sundays to not interfere with our business. They kept me informed as the job progressed.

David was timely and very professional. Helped us save money by letting us know we did not need to replace the pad. Aaron (at their office) was also very helpful and prompt in scheduling the work. He was able to schedule the removal of the carpet a day before installation (at no extra charge) so that we could work on the baseboards. They all did a great job! Good quality at an affordable price.

Met Dorin Purkey at 9 am on Thursday and the carpet was installed at 9 am on Saturday.

Cindy brought samples to our house & very quickly picked carpet that we really liked. Before making a decision, we shopped at other stores, but kept coming back to the choices we had made with Realty Carpet. The installer was prompt, professional, and neat. We are pleased with the carpet & the installation.

Cindy was very helpful as we choice the tile. She helped explain the differences in types of tiles. The installer was prompt, neat, and did a great job. Based on our other floor replacement experiences, this was much cleaner.

I have an older home, and it was difficult to match the coloring of the existing carpet. I gave him a piece of my carpet, and they came up with one that was pretty close! I didn't have to go look through the books to find the match, the gentleman did all the work for me while I waited! For installation, a crew came out the next week and installed the carpet very quickly! They did a beautiful job. The crew leader's name was Tony, and he was very friendly and courteous.

This was a good experience and the quality of carpet was excellent for the price! I would recommend them again.

Carpet selection was poor and have had problems since. Felt product was oversold quality wise and it hasn't held up at all despite attempts to remedy.

They did a very poor job and left my house a mess. Took way too long, they were there for 10, maybe 12 hours. They put a hole in the vinyl they put in the master bath. When they removed the toilet to put down the vinyl they sat it in my marble jacuzzi tub and took a chunk out of my tub. I had to supply and install the molding. I also had to purchase a tub strip where the vinyl met the marble tub. The installer suggested that I do it. I spoke with the owner about all of this - he apologized and offered me a credit of some sort (never gave me a dollar amount) and never gave me the credit.

Worked with me to give an estimate on a house that I was buying before the present owner was out. Completed work on schedule between when I took possession of the house and before I moved in, pulling up carpet and tack strips. Had to be called back because had not removed all the staples, which Fred Tischler had missed in the estimate and they ate the additional cost to do this work. With regard to installation of carpet, gave Realty Wholesale a month to get the carpet and install before we moved in. In fact, they got the comparable board only 2 weeks before the required installation and then ran into delays from the factory, which resulted in installation 5 days after we moved in. Fred Tischler seldom returned phone calls. Communication with the rest of the office was good. At the end of the day, they advertised themselves at 10-20% than Lowe's. We save only $25, with lots of headaches.

The price was certainly lower than other vendors. The crew did a nice job, were polite and very fast. We did have a problem with some transition pieces coming loose, and they promptly came back out to fasten them better.

They were great. Came on time and their craftsmanship was tremendous. We will use them in the future!

They're just a great company to work with. They answer the calls promptly- I've used them before for tiling. They're very good about returning calls right away and I'm impressed with their knowledge of flooring, their professionalism, and they're just genuinely nice people to deal with. They were very prompt (I needed the carpet put in right away because I was having some family over), and they worked with me to get the carpet installed into my schedule. Their prices were the best of the three places I called.

They have a good selection. They came to our house and brought samples that were big enough to stand on. It was very helpful to match paint and new upholstery. They did a real nice job of laying it.

Price varies on room size. They are very dependable, give quality service and have reasonable prices.

Workers were very fast. Floor looks good. Price was a little lower than other estimates. They worked so fast at tearing out the carpet that they scuffed up some of the trim and nicked some of the older woodwork in the house. They installed quarter-round but some of it was sloppy.

It was great. Good men, good communication, reasonable, and great job!

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB, WERE THERE ON TIME, GOOD INSTALLATION, CLEANED UP AFTER. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN.

THE PRICE WAS REALLY GOOD AND THE REPAIRS WERE EXCELLENT.
