the representative made an appointment, then came and measured all areas. He then pulled some samples from his vehicle. I wished there had been more to choose from. He did order a larger sample of some carpet I was interested in, and had it sent directly to my home.I did not hear back from the representative, and ended up purchasing and installing through someone else. I returned the samples to the showroom, and found that there were many more samples there.

From the sales person to the installer, this project was handled very professionally and I am very pleased with the result.

We had a very good experience with Realty. Our salesman Jim Sears was great and easy to work with. He was very helpful during the sales presentation and willing to accomodate our budget. The installation went very smoothly and was done very well.

Everything was very good! From the time they came out to give us an estimate on. We had looked into another company, but everything about REALTY was the best. Their price was much better than the other company. We were very very happy! They were very punctual. The two men who came to install were very nice and they did a very good job.

The carpet was beautiful. We had one issue, however, that created a delay in finishing the installation. The carpet we got was apparently too thick to use their standard corner folding technique on the stairs. They therefore had to get the edges stitched, which was a good thing because it was what we wanted. However, it did take longer than we had expected to have the stitching done. It appears to have been the result of a misunderstanding on the part of the salesperson regarding the limitations of the installation. We liked the layout that hugged the steps, which was apparently difficult with the thickness of the carpeting we selected. I was very pleased with the work, and appreciated that they did not charge us any additional fees for the stitching. The finished work was great, although we were disappointed in the amount of time it took for the installation because of the stairs. The billing department was not very friendly, and it was more difficult to communicate with their customer service department once the work was completed than it was to communicate while we were still purchasing and installing the carpet. The price was a little high, but we did feel that they were responsive to our needs in the end. They ended up making everything right, and we were happy with what we ended up with.

I was in a very tight time frame in moving, and they accomodated my needs. They were able to get the job done two days prior to the move. Everyone who has come over has complimented me on the floors. I am very pleased with the work.

They were prompt, the price was the best of all the venders we compared. From the time of quote to installation, it was done within two weeks. They were efficient and clean. You wouldn't even know they were here.

Our sales rep, Jim Sears, told us the strips would be screwed in, but they were nailed instead. In the process our drywall was damaged from hammer blows. We called Jim and he said to wait and see how things were when the installation was complete. When the installation was complete, there was also about a one inch gap were the carpet ended and the door began. We asked the installer about this and he said that he wanted to take the carpet all the way to the door, but the warehouse shorted him on carpet. We contacted Jim Sears again and he never returned our phone calls.

They are very responsive, good workmanship, the quality of carpet is good. They do things cleanly and neatly. They disposed of the carpet. They answered my questions and offered any assistance that I needed.

The job would entail ripping our carpet and installation of hardwood, along with an area of ceramic tile to be replaced with hardwood. Suzy, the office manager was extremely friendly on the phone. She had Wes phone us to set up a time to come out and measure the area and show us different samples of hardwoods. He was out at our home within a day or 2. He was extremely professional and friendly. He got the estimate back to us within a 2-day time frame.

Fred came to the house and met with my wife. He was on time, very professional and the prices were excellent.

This is our third time to use Realty Carpet. They are so great. They come to your house with samples. They will overnight more samples if necessary at no charge to you. They give you a quote, and they come and install. They were so patient with us too. We had to change our installation date several times due to delays in our basement finish and they were so gracious with us. You really can't beat their prices either. They truly are the best! When I finally set up my actual installation, they were able to come do it within days!

They were great all around. They were polite and on time. They always cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them to anyone.

They do a good job for the cost. They are putting carpet down in the living room and dining room. Their price was very reasonable. They are scheduled to come out in the next two weeks. The carpet has been curling and they do come out and fix it free of charge.

They are very quick at coming out to measure the job. Their prices are always as quoted. They have good installers. Very competitive pricing.

Our salesperson was Wes and he was the highlight of our experience with Realty Wholesale. He was very friendly and personable and got us a great deal! The installers were okay--they did a decent job installing the carpet, but not a great job. They didn't do a perfect job putting it under the baseboard in all of the rooms, so we have a few areas where it seems to bubble up a little bit. Also, they were supposed to install thresholds along with our carpet, and they neglected to do this. When I asked them why, the installer got a frightened look on his face and explained that he would be forced to pick out a threshold that matched our wood floors. (?) I suspect that they were feeling lazy and didn't want to do any extra work, like cut thresholds for our many doorways. When we had carpet installed by another company a few years ago, we had just two bedrooms installed and it cost $1500--the same price that we had 2 bedrooms, a hall, and a living room done with Realty Wholesale. Realty Wholesale is a great deal for carpet if you are flipping a house or selling it quickly. However, while the price was great, the quality of the carpet is obviously far inferior to that of the other company. We would recommend sticking with a more expensive place if you are going to live in your house for the next 30 years. However, if you need a quick fix to make the house look good, then definitely go with Realty Wholesale.

Installation on the wood flooring was a little slow getting installed shortly after installation we noted that the wood was extremely soft and for some reason it was showing every little imperfection and was not as durable as we were sold on at the time of the sales call. The flooring has come apart in 2 different spots indicating poor installation. As for the carpet installation it went great. They had it installed quickly they didn't clean up as well as I would have hoped but overall carpet install was good. We have had a few conversations with Aaron at Realty Wholesale and he did send the wood flooring contractor out and the installed had noted "he had never seen flooring do that" referring to the imperfections seen all over the whole floor. We were advised that heel marks were not covered by warranty, but we never advised that the imperfections were caused by heel marks. We were advised that the flooring supplier would contact us for a walk thru but have yet to receive a call back and we have left numerous messages.

Great! I love the fact that our Salesperson, David, came to our house with samples, ordered larger samples and then ordered and had installed the carpet so quickly!

I was very pleased with the process form start to finish. The sales rep who brought samples for me to see was thorough in his presentation and helpful as I was making decisions as to what type of flooring to use. He was not pushy, yet offered his feedback when asked. Scheduling of the installation took only one call. The installation itself, took 1.5 days. The installers were self-directed and accomplished the job in a timely fashion once they arrived. They left the area clean.

We wanted carpeting that would feel luxurious and be very durable, with the eventual idea of appealing to buyers when we put the house up for sale. Dorin Purkey brought a number of samples, made helpful suggestions and arranged for the installation on a schedule that was convenient for us.

We hated the horrible, cheap laminate installed by our builder and wanted to cover it with something that was easier to keep clean. Dorin Purkey was very helpful, bringing a variety of samples for us to see. He could have sold us on hardwood, but instead recommended an easy-care laminate with the look of hardwood and much less maintenance. The installation crew were terrific, and we love the new floor! It's very easy to keep clean with our Scooba robot floor cleaner, and we don't have to worry about minor water spills. The individual flooring pieces are replaceable if one ever gets damaged.

Rather than sell me a new pad, he saved me $250.00 by using the existing one. I thought he was honest and forthright. They came out on time and did a great job.

As always, my experience with Realty was great. Wes came out very promptly and walked me through my options. He is a real straight shooter and lets me know everything involved. The installers were on time and very friendly. I use realty wholesale in all the houses I rehab and have yet to have a bad experience. I recommend them to all my friends.

I called Fred and set up an appointment for him to bring carpet samples for the basement. He was there right when he said he'd be and brought several samples appropriate to my needs. A week later, when I decided to go ahead and replace additional carpet, he came back out on a Saturday morning with other samples. The carpet was installed at two different times. The basement carpet took 1/2 day longer than they had estimated. Carpet for the rest of the house was installed in one day. After they left, I noticed a bubble in the carpet, called them, and they came out and restretched that area. It looks great now! Fred was a pleasure to work with. I did a lot of checking on carpet, and these were the very lowest prices for the same quality offered by other vendors.

David helped select my tile and was flexible and patient with me.
