They were fine to work with. The salesperson was good, and the installers were good. The price was the best one that I found. The people that came out to do the work were professional. I was pleased with the quality of work after they were done.

It was uneventful. They basically told me what they were going to do and how much they were going to charge us. They met our expectations on time on delivery. The professional installation was good. Everything was actually excellent.

I liked their price. I would recommend them and tell others that they are good priced. I had little problem with the installation, but the installation was done in brown county. I wasn?t there. Finally the installation was done. I would use them in the future.

Between Angie's List, my realtor and a friend I was assured that Realty Carpet would have the best prices for re-carpeting our home for resale. I called and Fred came out and gave me an estimate. He was professional and answered my questions. He was able to recommend the most popular color of beige for resale. We set it up and the carpet job was finished an entire day ahead of their estimate. We were very pleased with the results! I would definitely call them again for new flooring. I had a couple of paint companies give me estimates but Realty Carpet (who send their paint requests to Gordie at Trim-It-Up) was the lowest. Gordie was able to help me select a color that would cover in one coat. He and his crew did a great job, too! Again, we were very pleased with the service and their prices.

My wife and I had a very pleasant experience doing business with Realty Wholesale carpeting. Fred came out to our house twice (once during a major snowstorm) to show us several samples. We finally decided on one and it took only 3 days from when we ordered it until it arrived at their business. The carpet was installed 2 days later. Carpet installers were friendly and cleaned up when the job was completed. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for new carpet.

The pricing and the overall job was excellent. They pretty much worked on my schedule when I needed them to come. There were two different crews one for carpet and one for tiles. Each crew was very professional and very easy to talk to. They were very professional. I think they have a nitch for people who are trying to sell their homes. They can basically set the quality of the materials to what you are trying to accomplish at a good value.

They did a really good job. We spent around $8000 on that service. Jack, the sales person was very good, very professional, and personable. He was very helpful in selecting a floor and he also spent a lot of time with us listening to our needs and helping us figure out what we wanted. He gave us a great deal on it. The installers were very skilled and very professional. We had a slight issue with them because the installers did not inform us that we needed to have a plumber come out and hook up our sink after they did their work. That was a bit of a glitch, but overall it was not that big a deal. My wife complained about that to them and they reimbursed her for the cost of the plumber, so they did a great job of listening to our feedback and making things right. I was very happy with the good job that the installers did. We had them do work for us in the past and this was actually the second time.

Installation was originally a 2 day process. Installer and his assistant worked nonstop to get it done, but came up short on two remaining steps. I had a Super Bowl party scheduled that weekend, and the company worked to provide an immediate solution (removing carpet from a closet and completing the stairs), and completed this work on a Saturday, the day before the Super Bowl. The replacement carpet for the closet was overnighted that following week, at which time another installer came to finish the work. While certainly a pain to realize they came up short, and of all places the stairs, I recognize that the company worked with me to meet my deadline of the party a few days later, providing the short term solution. I suspect the installer may have laid the carpet not exactly as the salesman mapped it, leading to a difference in square footage ordered versus needed. Either way, they took care of the problem to my satisfaction and were very pleasant to deal with. For some, it's important to see every choice under the sun. I'm not so sure this type of person is a good match for this company, as they come to your home and show you samples. I believe I looked at about 5 or 6 options, which were brought after speaking with me on the phone. I make quick decisions and move on, so I appreciated a no nonsense approach to the process. But others may wish to spend countless hours looking for exactly what they dream of, and I'm not real sure how this approach would facilitate that. I found the pricing to be extremely competitive, about $3/foot installed with tax. The pad is an upgrade and the carpet is a thicker quality. Cheaper options were available. I was apprehensive of the way prices were calculated - using a notepad and calculator, which made me take their quotes on faith that they were being fair. I got the impression I could have come back and bargained with them and they would have engaged me. Frankly I felt like the value and quality I was getting was worth the price, so I didn't haggle. But this is a very different experience from looking at thousands of choices with prices clearly marked at a carpet store or big box store. I will happily use them again, as they dealt with a challenge appropriately, promptly, and professionally.

Service was great. Had previous work done with them. The price on the services were reasonable. Jim Sears was the salesman, who I normally ask for and work with, and is very knowledgeable.

Fantastic! We got several estimates from national retailers. Even though we didn't know much about carpet, these estimates all struck us as too expensive. Realty was referred to us by a friend, and boy was I glad. Not only was the price per square foot a lot lower, but Realty was actually able to fill all the same rooms with carpet with nearly 200 fewer square feet. Go figure. Needless to say we were very happy with the money we saved, and our new carpet looks great! Thanks Realty

They are very prompt and reasonably priced. We had used them before and gotten quotes. They were the lowest then, so we just called them back to do this project. We already knew they did quality work and they did again this time.

They were on time for both the estimate and the install. The people were courteous and the work was promptly completed with no mess left behind. They also repaired carpeting that had been installed in our house that had stretched and developed a lump. They had installed the carpet several years earlier, but never even questioned that I wanted it repaired. They fixed it to my satisfaction and didn't charge for the work.

I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Mel was a pleasure with the purchase and helped me all my requests. The installers were quick and professional. They had six guys working on multiple rooms at the same time. We were even doing some painting in parts of the house and were very accomodating to working around us.

Overall process went great. The company had great communication during the process and was able to get the work completely in a timely fashion. The installers where in and out in just a few hours and everything looked great when they left. I would definitely use Realty Wholesale Carpeting again. Thank you.

They were very prompt and quick from the time it was ordered till the time it was installed. They are honest and do great business. They are extremely competitively priced too. We wouldn?t use anybody else.

I've used them periodically through the years and they are always very good. I recommend them highly in every aspect and they stand behind their product. They really do good work. They are very reputable, honest and do quality work in a timely fashion.

The experience from the salesman to the installers was excellent. The selection and price was great. The installers removed all the old carpeting and pads. They even removed some old carpeting piled up the the garage. The house now looks beautiful. I wish I had replaced the carpet years ago. I would definitely use them again.

Very prompt & professional - great job overall!

Needed an inexpensive carpet to go in a couple of rooms that don't get used much. For pad and installation, the cost came to less than $400 per room. THIS IS WHAT YOU WON'T BELIEVE: Called and spoke with Mel (co-owner) and Saturday, July 3rd--he said he would send out an estimator which he did (Jim came.) Gave us a quote and had it installed on Monday, July 5th by Tony and Kevin. This is legally supposed to be a holiday, but they got it done -- good because I am moving in on the 6th. Kevin and Tony were just great men to have in my house -- professional, efficient, courteous, just got down to it and did a lovely job. I am a realtor and use Fred and Mel Tishler for a lot of my recommendations. They deserve a PERFECT SCORE because they go the extra mine in ALL categories. Thanks, Fred, Mel, Tony and Kevin. Overall it went well. No issues with the carpeting, but the vinyl in the kitchen and upstairs bathroom turned not so great. Had to have installers come back and fix seam in kitchen which started coming up again about 3 months later. Installers were sloppy with the install in the upstairs bathroom and the toilet wasn't level after the install. Before all of these problems arose we talked to the company about doing some ceramic tile work. A lot of miscommunication occurred and there was no resolution so we decided against hiring them for any future work.
