Very well. He fixed the problem as well as improved the functionality of the door knob and lock. Very straightforward in his explanations, gave me options and did exactly what he said he would do.

Having some new security concerns, we asked Tinder's to come out to assess the situation. The on-site evaluation was promptly effected, as was the solution implemented. We continue to be soundly satisfied with our Tinder experience!

The locksmith gave us a time that he would come (not a window, a specific time), called a couple of times to tell us how they were running on time that morning, came a few minutes early after asking if that was OK. Quickly determined the part of our lock that was broken, managed to repair it without having to obtain (or sell to us) a new lock or even any new parts, and did it all for a very reasonable charge. The lock has worked beautifully ever since.

Very good experience, from first contact to last. I was advised it would be far cheaper for me to order the replacement strikeplate, which I've done. Still waiting to receive it and subsequent final visit from Tinder, but am a very satisfied customer!

I had locked myself in the basement! Luckily, I had my computer down in the basement so I was able to jump on Angie's List and get a great locksmith out here to help me! They attempted to help me over the phone to get out of the basement, but they had to send someone out to help me. It was all of 15-20 minutes before they arrived! They changed the lock and the price was very reasonable.

It went very well. as stated above, I sent an email after midnight on Monday Morning, at 8:00 am, I was getting a return call. At 8:45 they were arriving at my door, at 9:30 they were finished. Now if that isn't service I don't know what is. The price was reasonable. The locks are finished. It was a wonderful experience.

I called Tinder Locksmith in the morning on April 5, 2013. I explained what the problem was in the lock of my security door. I told him I also had two locks on the back door of my home that needed attention. The gentleman told me he could have someone out the same day. We decided upon 1:00pm for the service call. Travis was at my home right on time and was very friendly and professional. I showed him the lock and he immediately knew what the problem was and fixed it. He also took the time to explain to me how the lock worked and the different ways it could be used. I didn't know about the different ways I could use the lock. After fixing the security door he proceeded to fix the back door. It didn't take him long and he did an excellent job. I was very pleased with the service and the price. I will call Tinder Locksmith again if I ever have a problem with my locks. I highly recommend this company, and I was able to use their Angie's List coupon for 10% off the price.

Since my door would not close, this was indeed an emergency. I called mid afternoon and they promised to help me sometime late afternoon or evening. The weather was horrible and I appreciated this assurance. They arrived around 4:30 PM, replaced the doorknob to my satisfaction, and gave me some valuable information about door security. They were extremely polite and helpful and I am extremely grateful.

Spoke to locksmith on the phone and took the time to tell me he had been out sick for two days and he would call me back after checking with other locksmiths. He never bothered to call me back. After a week I went with another service.

Called Tinder Locksmiths, and an actual person answers the phone, what a nice change in this day and age. Discussed over the phone with Travis, we wanted a the front door re-keyed and the other two locks replaced with deadbolts that you did not have to use a key to get out of the house. He ordered the two new locks keyed the same, they came with 4 keys, so he saved me the price of the keys, as well as having to re-key two deadbolts. He arrived promptly when he said he would be there and courteous and professional. Travis went above and beyond in service, fixed the back door to latch properly, the strike plate needed to be ground down.

Found and called several locksmiths on Angie's List. Tinder Locksmith had someone to answer the phone that could help right away. Others had answering service or voice mail. Josh was able to help determine the best solution for my situation. He searched to see if he thought he could code and make a key. This saved me a service call. I picked up the key(he made two because there were two codes for my lock number). The key fit and I was able to open the file cabinet. Thanks to Josh and Tinder Locksmith.

The office was able to schedule a visit the day I called, following a break-in to our garage the night before. The office manager was very helpful and pleasant. Great customer service! The technician arrived at about the scheduled time, calling in advance of arrival. He assessed the situation, installed a deadbolt on the garage side door, provided keys, and rehung the door so it would stop catching. He also assessed the security of the back gate, suggesting the use of an interior latch, which we already had available, but had not been using. He was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and worked quickly and neatly. We will use Tinder again.

was able to get appt for locksmith day after calling.Unfortunally when he arrived and looked at locks I had informed me that would not work on my door. He explained that I had rt.handed and needed lt handed locks. Did not charge for coming to house. I will defi use them when I get new locks.
