Initially met with Matt who was great. Didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Very professional. Ethan came back for the chain lock install and was professional, efficient and very kind. I didn't have any cash to offer him as a tip and he was so nice about it. I could have installed this myself, but it was worth it to me to have a pro do it. I have used Tinder many times in the past for having my locks changed and been pleased every time.

I needed my house locks rekeyed, but I didn't want to buy 5 new locks. I asked Tom if he could just make a change on the locks I already have installed. He said, no problem, "I'll just made an adjustment on each lock and then make new keys for them. I was thrilled it could be that easy. I've used Tinder for 30 years, at least. They always come through. Tom Williford was a pleasure to work with and it took less than an hour. Thank you very much.

Excellent! I had a security door company replace the lock in a family member's security door because the thumb lock needed replacing. We had a Kwik lock but the security door company replaced with a CEL lock which was absolutely inferior in every single way. It was critical to get this resolved because I made several trips to Ace Hardware and Hedlund to get the keys duplicated but none of the copies worked in the locks. After calling several locksmiths Tinder was the only one quickly responding and to come to work on a Sunday. Gerard was awesome! He called and state he could be there in 40 minutes. He answered all of our questions and replaced only what was needing to be replaced. We had kept the original locks removed from the door so only one of the two locks was in need of replacement but we were told we had to purchase the complete kit meaning both locks needed to be replaced which of course costed more money. I'd recommend Tinder to all! Gerard was punctual, professional and we were thrilled with the job!

I had a wonderful experience with Tinder Locksmiths. I needed a home's locks rekeyed within 24 hours. Tinder collected all the information needed, set reasonable expectation of service. We scheduled an after hours appointment for end of day, but they were able to reschedule to earlier in the day to avoid the after hours appointment fee. I discussed the type and age of lock with the scheduler. The rekeying did required 2 visits (we had the wrong key blanks at the first appointment), but were able to get the correct key blank for a second visit and get the locks rekeyed in the original time specified. I could not be happier with the service.

I was very pleased and felt it all went very well. He also worked on the back door to make it easier for me to open. ..I am a Senior Citizen. Jared arrived with the new lock keyed to my old one so that I did not have to rush out and have spares made...which I had just recently done.
