Ended up replacing core of one lock that was going bad

Job was performed quickly and accurately. Thought they did a great job. I utilized the carry in and not the come to the home service.

Great - the above work was done over a series of visits as I discovered the needs. The office staff was incredibly polite, the service man was punctual and effective and pleasant (thanks, Jared!) and knowledgable.

Excellent, Jared from Tinder showed in about 30mins, unlock door in less than 2mins. Expectations set on phone for arrival time, how serivice was going to be performed and cost of service were all delivered 100% as stated!! Note: Non Angie's List service provider was a completed disaster had to send him on his way. Thank you Tinder-Jared for executing as stated.

Everything went so well, they were prompt to arrive for an emergency service call and quick to get the job done.

This did not go well at all. When I called, the company was very responsive and courteous and came to our home the next day right on time. Each outside door in our home has 2 bolt locks ... one at waist level at the door handle and one much higher up near the top of the door. The one that needed repair was the bolt lock at the top of the door. "Dan", the employee from this company, removed the lock and told my family that he would need to order parts and that they should be in within 1-2 days, He subsequently left our home and left a gaping hole in our door where the lock once was - allowing the weather elements as well as any burglar rapid entry. My son was able to "plug the hole" with the old lock. Later that same day, surprisingly, Dan was able to find the parts to the lock that he needed and he returned to my home installing the new bolt lock. When I arrived home later that day, I discovered that I still could not lock the door. Dan installed the new bolt lock but neglected to determine whether the door strike plate was of the same size as the new bolt. I don't think it is too much to expect a locksmith who replaces a lock to be certain that it would work. I called the company the next day and Dan came back to my home to place a new strike plate so that the new bolt would enter and actually lock the door. So, between the hole left open in my door then the bolt not matching the strike plate, I was needless to say quite dissatisfied. Next time, another company.

I can't attest to this company's work, but their friendly professionalism is what warrants a review. I locked myself out of my car, and because they don't unlock cars, they quickly recommended another highly-rated company. Nice people over there! Also very happy with the company they referred me to, Bob's Lock.

Everything went as planned. The technician arrived during the time frame as promised. After walking through and checking the existing locks; he went to work. He was very quick, courteous and clean.

They were friendly, professional and time efficient. I was scammed by another locksmith the day prior and they did not leave until they were 100% sure it was secured.

We moved into a new home in Greenwood and wanted to have the locks rekeyed as an extra security measure. They were able to send someone over the same day I called. He arrived within the hour as promised and rekeyed the locks in about 20 minutes. I was very pleased!

when I set the appointment the person on the phone was exceptionally nice and accommodating. For the appointment, the locksmith showed up right on time and was very professional. Initially I had planned to only re-key two locks but changed my mind to do 4 and it was no problem. I also asked him to switch two of the locksets which he did and it required extra labor as he had to do some drilling and quite a bit of adjusting to get them to fit and work properly. He also "tuned up" all the locks and provided me with 6 sets of keys so I wouldn't have to go have copies made. Lastly, I thought he was going to have to break into my fire safe as the locking mechanism had frozen up but somehow he got it to unlock whereas for six months I could not. Everything went better than I had expected, it was a good price for the work involved, and I plan to use Tinder for any future needs I may have.

The locksmith arrived on time and was professional and courteous. Smooth experience from scheduling through completion. Would definitely use them again.

This is the second time I have used them. They got right back with me after I e-mailed them asking for help, and a time was scheduled for the next day. They were thoroughly professional from the start. The lock was changed, and he made new keys right there. The service was very professional, and the whole experience was outstanding

He was on time, professional, & courteous. He made sure all keys fit properly. It is a relieve to have the doors secure & working properly.

Not a lot of details because it's been a while. The grades I gave above pretty much says it all. They came out promptly, determined the problem and how to fix it, ordered the part and installed it about a week later. All done very professionally.

He reduced the cost of replacing the locks by 50%. I have nothing but positive comments for him. He handled everything very professionally. They went above and beyond. I would definitely use him again in the future.

David was fantastic. Polite and knowledgeable. Fast worker who knew what to do to help prevent future issues. He went beyond my service request and did work to secure my home much better than I knew about. About 2 years ago I used Janco Locks and she charged $95 for an inadequate clasp lock. David fixed that problem today. I doubt that I will ever use a company other than Tindersmith in the future.

Great experience overall except I was told "around noon" and they showed up at 3:30PM? Fast service once on location. They got the job done!

They responded to me very promptly and provided me with information to help my problem. Very professional and I would recomend this company.
