Description of Work: I'm not overly thrilled with Thiele. Pluses: Very responsive on the phone. Prompt. Professional. Minuses: They didn't complete our work and charged us for a return service call when we asked them to come back out a week later. Our work is still not complete and it took our serviceman (who was excellent, very competent) a long time to determine our issues. Another issue: they won't make appointments so they'll call a zillion times saying they have serviceman in the area- no notice or warning. I work and never could come home from 30 miles away with a five minute warning. Eventually I got an 8 am slot (be sure to ask for this) and he arrived about 8:20.

A great experience.
Description of Work: They came right after the phone call because my mother (who is 95) was without AC for 4 days, they arranged for the installation of a new unit and made her a high priority right away that day.
