Thiele Heating & Air Conditioning

Description of Work: They replaced my air conditioning unit and a new thermostat. Very professional and efficient. The only thing I can say I would have done differently is to put the smaller faceplate behind the thermostat. He put the larger faceplate on because the smaller one would have required some painting to cover up where the old one was but I would have preferred that. I wish he would have asked me first. Other than that, everything went great.

Description of Work: We contacted Thiele to come out and give us an estimate on replacing our 20 year old furnace and air conditioner. They scheduled us right away. Boone Coy arrived for the appointment right on time. He checked out the system we had and then presented to us the options we might consider in replacing our old units. He presented 3 levels of equipment and pricing. He calculated the amount that we might save on our utility bills with each of the levels of equipment. He was very patient, explained everything in detail, answered all of our questions, and made everything very clear. He did not pressure us in any way to spend more money than what we were comfortable with. When we made our decision, they were able to schedule the installation very quickly - just 2 days after our initial appointment. The installers arrived on time and completed the installation the same day, even though it meant staying beyond 5 p.m. The installers were experienced, knowledgeable, polite, careful, and cleaned up after their work. They took pride in doing the work right and didn't leave until everything was completely to their (and our) satisfaction. We are very pleased with the system we chose and with Thiele Heating and Air Conditioning.

We had several estimates (one company didn't even get back to us) and found Thiele to be the most comprehensive. Everything was laid out in detail and the installation went as planned. Description of Work: Gave estimates on replacement part and new system but suggest the replacement part and if it did not work, then they would replace with new system, giving full credit spent on the repair. They replaced the AC motor. The repair seems to be doing the job. The technitian was very prompt and professional. Did the job in the sweltering heat and thanked me after completed. Description of Work: Two weeks ago I scheduled a service for the preventive maintenance special that was advertised. It was set up for June 2 between 9am and noon. I took the day off to be home . I understand that schedules can be early or late due to the problems found a earlier appointment. At 2:30 P>M> I called Thiele to find out when the serviceman would be at my home. I was told that they had a lot of customers with out air conditioning and were servicing them first. they said they called to reschedule my appointment . I told them that I was home all day. She said well we must have called the wrong number. She asked if I wanted to reschedule later in June . I asked her would the same thing happen then if they had another high service demand, I didn't reschedule.
