Description of Work: They installed a new Bryant heating and cooling system. The 2 service technicians were very nice and professional. When I inquired, I was told that installations was their full time job at Thiele. It was reassuring to discover that installations was something they did everyday, not just now and then....My system is working perfectly!

Description of Work: Had a new furnace and central air conditioning installed. The installers we're professional and knowledgeable and very nice. The work was done expeditiously. We are very happy with the work and would recommend them to anyone needing this service. The price was competitive also. Very happy.

Description of Work: Our dated heat pump was failing and service personnel were professional in their assessment of situation explaining to us our options. No high pressure. Sales person came out, verified sizing of unit and gave us the options they had for us. Price they gave us was appropriate based on our research. Installation crew was timely, efficient and friendly.

Description of Work: The fan had stopped working on my air conditioner. Since my A/C unit is pretty old, I was afraid I would need to purchase a new one. They came out and managed to get it working again. The cost of service above includes the annual cleaning and the addition of coolant. Very reasonable and I have managed to make it through another season. I cannot speak more highly about this company. They are just great.
