Paula assisted us in both buying and selling a home at the same time, and it went as well as it possibly could have thanks to her impeccable representation (see separate review covering the sale of our home). We'd been casually looking at houses for years, unable to find what we wanted, and she was always responsive and patient with us as we contacted her at random times to walk through homes. We finally had her set up an automatic search for us, and when one popped up that looked promising she took us over immediately. Were it not for her responsiveness we would have missed out on the house, as we were the first to walk through, and the first of multiple offers the same day it was posted. She provided excellent guidance throughout the process, even catching some things we didn't in the inspection response which led to the sellers providing thousands of dollars worth of necessary repairs that otherwise would not have been completed or covered. We had a chance to chat with the sellers at various times before and after everything was completed, and in comparing our experiences with our realtors it was clear we'd had an exceptional experience that isn't the norm among all agents. Paul continued to serve us after the process was completed, when we had some questions about our previous mortgage payoff and issues getting the other agent's sign removed from the front yard. I can't recommend Paula enough, and will absolutely continue to use her services when needed and recommend her to anyone needing real estate services!

We've worked with Paula in the past--she sold us the house we lived in for the past 5-6 years, and so we called on her again when we decided to move. We'd actually been looking casually for years, and she was always so understanding and helpful when we'd call her to walk through something with us. When we actually found one we wanted unexpectedly (see the separate review for her representation in the purchase of that house) we needed to work quickly to get our house on the market. Her knowledge, experience, and understanding helped immensely in planning the timing just right to ensure both transactions went smoothly. She explained every step of the process thoroughly, provided excellent pricing recommendations (backed up by tons of market research which was all presented to us very professionally), and was always incredibly responsive. Her marketing was also fantastic--the photos presented the house at its very best, and we were on every real estate website imaginable. She was even contacted by Indianapolis Monthly asking for a feature (although we'd already accepted an offer at that point). In the end we were on the market for a matter of days and received multiple offers. Because of this we accepted an offer that was above our list price, and were able to close at an ideal time. We have 2 small children, busy schedules, and ended up putting our house on the market unexpectedly due to having found something we didn't know we'd like as much as we did. We were emotional at times, and she was never anything but kind and caring. She treated our two boys like family, doing her best to ensure our family life was disrupted as little as possible. We were certainly not her only clients, but you'd never know that considering how hard she worked for us and how quickly she responded to every bit of communication. We'd recommend her in an instant to anyone (and we already have!).

She sold my house at a better price than I had imagined. I was working with her from abroad, and she couldn't have been more helpful. The buyer's realtor was incompetent, and Paula had to work extra hard to compensate for that. There were a few bumps along the way, and she was always helpful. I always knew that she had my interests in mind every time she made a suggestion. I found another condo by making a special deal with the seller. Paula helped us both through all the steps of selling and buying the condo, and she did so at a bargain price. All in all I feel very fortunate to have found her, and I would recommend her to anyone who is selling or buying a house.

The ordeal was a nightmare on the end of our buyer, but Paula was a God-send; while the process was painful, Paula went above and beyond the call to ensure that we were taken care of. She paid attention to every detail and made sure that all deadlines were kept, agreements were held to, and that we got the deal done. If not for her, I don't think we would be where we are now. My wife and I owe her a huge debt. I truly cannot grade her high enough here, or recommend her enough to anyone who is looking to sell their home. The dedication that she has is higher than anyone I've met in the profession.

Stop your search, Paula is who you’re looking for. As a first time home buyer we were scared and nervous about the whole process. Paula is wonderful from start to finish. She is kind and genuinely cares about finding the right house for her clients. She did not once pressure us in buying a house (this was very important to us). She is thorough and well organized. Paula was fabulous from listing to closing. She provided me with the details of every aspect of the transaction before it ever happened. She listened, informed, negotiated on my behalf. I could not have asked for more. Paula was able to get an eleven percent higher sales price than I was about to accept just two years ago. Paula helped us sell a home and buy a new home back in 2012 and did a fantastic job.
