We have not sold or purchased a home since Paula has been in business, however, we plan to use her services when that day comes. She is very easy to work with and goes to great lengths to take care of her clients.

Paula was fantastic from start to finish (and beyond!!). We were looking to buy our first house and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect experience. She was very knowledgable about the housing industry and clued us in to every aspect of buying a house. She is so easy to work with and makes an effort to work around your schedule. She was also conscious about our needs and what we were looking for, the result being that we found our perfect house!! Paula was very honest and open about each house that we looked at and had answers for all of our questions. She has followed up with us after we moved in just to make sure that we didn't have any unanswered questions and has made herself available to help us in any way. She was always on time and always answered the phone. She worked really well with use. She always got right back to use when we had questions about houses. She was very friendly and professional. She was very good. We would work with her again if we needed and we would recommend her to anybody that is buying a house.

Paula Smith is what other realtors should aspire to be. She was wonderful to work with, from start to finish. We purchased a new (construction) home with her help, and she made sure we noticed every little discrepancy in the workmanship before we closed on that home. Additionally, she just helped me sell my home that I owned prior to the purchase of our new home. The best way to sum up that experience is outside my old house the sign says "SOLD", while next door their sign says "Reduced". Paula always does her best to be available around our schedules, is tremendously thorough in all her work, and is just so knowledgeable and personable that it's hard to believe that kind of service still exists today. I highly recommend her work, and we would DEFINITELY use her services again!

Paula is an excellent person to work with. She sold our home in 2 weeks and got us a very good price in this economy. She was always pepared. We always knew exactly what was going on and never once had to push her to get information. She would even check on things for us, just for our peace of mind. Most of the time we felt like her only clients. When we called, she would get back to us within a few minutes. She took her time to make sure we understood everything in detail, and if we had any questions she explained it to us until we felt comfortable. Every good thing you read about her here is the absolute truth. We don't plan on moving again for a good long time, but when we do, we will definitly look to her again.

We found Paula on Angie's List and how greatful we are we did! My brother and I hired her to sell my mothers house as she is very ill and needed to go into a nursing facility. Paula worked tirelessly, even putting aside her own family emergency to call with updates. We've never met any one quite like her. She is very professional, personable she's just a great person! She will work harder for you than you would for yourself. She has great knowledge in her field. She worked with our elder care lawyer and made the whole process smooth and painless. It went really well! I think it is great that she was concerned on how the house looked for her client who lives out of state. The fact that she took her time to find cleaners and repair men so the client did not have too says alot about her. I would feel great using her as a real estate agent, you would be in good hands!

OK, here's the thing about Paula, you really can't go wrong in hiring her. She's intelligent, thorough, and will work her fingers to the bone for you. On top off all that she's a really nice person. You will be able to build a relationship with her, which will benefit you in finding exactly what you want. We worked with her for 2 years and through an international move. She never once tired of showing us houses and talking with us. She was always available and accommodating. We will hire her again and recommend her to all.

Our experience with Paula Smith was remarkable. My wife and I purchased a short sale property through Paula. Everything that could go wrong did and she fixed all of problems with a determined resolve. She helped us make a competitive bid; which turned out to be very important because there were 3 bidders on the property. A few weeks following acceptance of our bid, all of the appliances were stolen from the house. Paula coordinated efforts from the bank, the seller, and the retailer to acquire new units in the home. The retailer wouldn't install the appliances, so Paula bargained with the selling agent to have them installed. Before closing, the city placed a lien on the property for sewer and yard maintenance. Paula negotiated these liens into the closing costs of the loan. She even stood watch for the public utilities to come out and turn on the water. While all of this completely surprised and impressed me, it was nothing compared to the level of communication we received during the process. Paula kept us continually informed of the progress on everything. She made an exceptionally challenging purchase very easy. I have never experienced the level of service and commitment that Paula gave us. She even helped us find a handyman to repair items on the house after we purchased it. Truly remarkable. I have and will recommend her to everyone in need of a real estate agent.

Paula walked my husband and I through at least 40 houses over an 18-month period. We lost several houses along the way due to various reasons. It was exhausting yet Paula was always cheerful, professional and patient with us. As first-time homebuyers we had a million questions and she always found us the answer. She worked hard to get us our dream home. I would recommend Paula to anyone in search of their dream home.

She was so professional. She was busy all the time. She returned calls, everything she did she called to tell me. She kept me informed at all times. I was dreading this so much because I thought it would be such a headache, but it wasn?t at all. Her personal values are exemplary and I think that's what guides her with her clients. I would hire her again.

Paula was such a pleasure to work worth. She was professional, extremely responsive, and made sure I knew all of my options throughout the entire process. When my husband and I were first married, we found ourselves with two homes (and two mortgages - ugh!). We are so glad that we found Paula's name on Angie's List. Because my house was vacant when it was listed, Paula stopped by frequently just to keep an eye on things. Paula was exceptional with the open houses, which led to a quick sale, just under asking price, in a not-so-great market. We believe it was fate. We were going on vacation and were in desperate need of a carseat carrier for the airport. My sister forwarded to me a posting for one on craigslist and I sent an email to the seller, asking if it was still available. In the reply, I noticed Paula had listed under her name that she was a realtor. We were currently searching the market for a realtor but had not found anyone we were completely comfortable with at the time. When I sent my husband to pick up the carrier, he met Paula in person and was impressed. He took her card, and we later contacted her when we returned from vacation to start the search for our new home. My husband and I are so grateful we found someone as caring and as knowledgeable as Paula Smith to represent us as our realtor. She has simply been amazing and we could not imagine going through this life changing experience without her expertise. She not only helped us find the perfect house, but was there with us every step of the way throughout the entire process. No matter what day of the week or time of day, if we needed her, she was there. She went above and beyond her call of duty as a realtor and has continued to offer her support to our family, even after we closed on the house. We will definately be using her services again when we plan to sell our other house and any other time we need a realtor or even just some advice in the future. If you are in need of a realtor you CANNOT find a more dedicated person for the job.

My husband and I were first time home buyers. Paula came highly recommended to us. She was absolutely fantastic. As first time home buyers we did not know what to expect. Paula walked us through from beginning to end. Paula was very good about adjusting her services based on our needs. She always had time to meet with us and show us houses; always creating time that worked for all of us. She was never pushy but always presented all the options to us. She was very respectful and kind. If she didn?t know the answer to a question we had, she either directed us to the right person or she found the answer in less than 24 hours. I think I might be the only person in the world who hates looking at houses (I am admittedly very critical) but Paula made the process enjoyable. She was late to an appointment once, but she called us and let us know. She was only about 5 minutes late which isn't really late to me but I appreciated the phone call to let us know. She was absolutely fantastic about keeping both of us involved and informed from beginning to end. I will certainly use Paula again and would recommend her to anyone. My favorite things about Paula: Professional, knowledgeable, fun to be around, easy to contact/extremely speedy to respond (phone, email, text messages--how hip and modern of her!), presents options without being pushy, and very understanding.

Paula's attention to detail helped us to anticipate the next steps throughout the selling process. She promptly returned our calls and answered all of our questions. She trudged through snow and rain to bring potential buyers in from all over the Midwest. She shared honest feedback with us on her showings, as well as, direct voice mails and emails from other agents showings. A few comments prompted us to make changes that sold the house. Paula is very detail-oriented, and was on top of everything. She always followed up every interaction, from obtaining and relaying feedback following showings to scheduling inspections, appraisals and closings. She was always available to do what needed to be done to find us a new home and to sell our existing home. I couldn't have found a more professional agent.

A friend suggested Paula Smith when I was looking to buy my first home. I already had some Realtors that my husband and I didn't get along with so we had to let them go. Paula was fantastic. She listened to what we wanted, showed us homes WE were interested in and gave us good advice. She wasn't trying to push the most expensive places on us, just get us into the house of our dreams. The day we found the right house it was miserable outside and I expected her to call and cancel, but she was enthusiastic and came out in really slushy weather to meet us at the house.
