Terminix - Indianapolis -Termite & Pest Control

Terminix's service is good. The individual that came out was very professional. He did his job right and got it done quickly.

My neighbors had discovered major termite damage and within a couple of days of learning that, I had swarmers come out of everywhere in the house. I called several places and finally decided on Terminex. They were one of the best prices, but the sales person, "A.C." was great. He explained everything in detail, answered all my questions and out of all the 7 or 8 estimates I got he was one of the only 3 who actually went into my crawl space to see first hand what we were dealing with. I was happy with the price especially since I recruited the neighbor and they gave me a discount for the referral. I told them I would coordinate a day with the neighbor so they could do both houses on the same day which would save them money. Once my neighbor was able to take off work, I took a couple hours off work in order to be home while the service was performed. Unfortunately this is when things changed. I was called by two or three people with different ideas on time, etc and emphasized to each of them that I needed first thing in the morning (and my neighbor did the same as I understand it). They all said first thing in the morning between 8 and 10 would be fine. At 9:30 I called and was told he didn't know what was going on so he would have someone call me right back. The person who called back told me I wasn't scheduled until 1-3! And my neighbor was 10-12. I had to be in to work and that was not going to work for me! He told me he would send someone right away but the man didn't show up until almost 10:30 which was the time my neighbor was supposed to be done but he went ahead and started with my house. I ended up missing more than a half day of work and my neighbor spent her only day off in the past NINE days waiting ALL day for Terminix to show up.We were both happy with the service so far. Termites aren't something that noticeably disappear so it is hard to tell if they were successful but I assume they were. What I am extremely dissatisfied with was the communication, punctuality and timely completion of the service. My fair price lost value when I missed wages due to missing over half the day of work instead of just an hour or two. When I spoke with someone at the office about my unhappiness he apologized and then made sure I knew how to access the site to process my payment. For such a great start with the awesome sales guy, in the end, overall, it was disappointing.

They are pretty good. They came out when we needed them and they got rid of our ants and spiders. They are really good and excellent. They came here, they told me how much it is going to cost and they did the job. I called them back so they came back a couple of days later and they were there. They were excellent. They backed up what they said they would do.

I prefer them over another pest extermination company. I bought this house under that pest extermination company and when I needed them suddenly they backed off on their contract; it's been 10 years ago. So I went to Terminix and I have always been happy with them. They will go under the house for me if I think there's something going on under there. They check up on me which is something they don’t have to do. They have been very accommodating. I need to have them come down again. They have a graduated price scale where more the number of years you use them, the less it costs. I found the company to always go out of their way and they are very friendly.

They come out quarterly. I like that they use all natural products. I don’t have to be concerned about the children, and the pets.

It was fine. They were here on time and finished up quickly.

I am very satisfied with them. The service works as we have no bugs.

He told me to report back to him in 2 weeks. A guy came out and put a different solution around the ants. The ants are attracted to the smell and after they eat it they are supposed to eventually die. It has been about 4 weeks and all of the ants are gone.

I will use them again in the future.

The yearly fee is $225 and there is a warranty with it. They did it when they said they were going to. They gave us a good price. Both the salesman and the technician were very nice and professional.

They have been prompt to respond. They gave me a quote in terms of what it's going to cost.

Turns out I don't have a termite problem. To find out for sure they did a very thorough inspection including getting in our crawl space and going all around the outside of the house and relevant areas inside (garage, basement office, etc.). They explained my options to prevent termites and separate plan for other pests. Was very impressed with these guys and would use them in the fututre.

I have been on contract with them for a long time and will use them again in the future.

They did a great job. They were always on time. They kept a regular schedule. They cleaned cobwebs off and were very nice. I thought they were professional.

My experience was excellent. It is based price wise on a treatment basis. I've recently paid $109 interior and exterior. Their follow-up is excellent.

I contacted them and they were able to come out two days later. They are very prompt. The gentleman that came out was very nice. They will come out every 3 months.

We really enjoyed them but we don't use them right now. They were always pleasant, nice, clean, and courteous when they came. They always knocked on the door and let us know that they were there. We never had any problems with billing or customer service. They were always easy and pleasant to deal with. The only reason we don't have them now was because we moved. I always felt that I got what I paid for.

I have 3 girls now in the household and I want to make sure spiders stay out. I don't see any spiders, we saw them before, they come in, do their job, don't make a mess, and they get out. I'm a tight wad, so I'll give the price a B. When I call them, they're always there, and show up when they say they are going to show up. I will use them again in the future.

They came out and did an excellent job. They were scheduled on a particular day, but later they had to cancel it and make it the next day. Because of this convenience, they took $50 off the bill. That really impressed me. They did a very thorough job. The man who came and did the work was very pleasant. I would use them again in the future.

We have used them for twenty-five years. They are dependable and do a good job. I trust them, we have used them for a very long time.

We’ve used them a few times in the past. We’ve been happy overall. They took care of the problem.

They stay on top of all our problems as we stay in the countryside. We like the fact that they come periodically for us, so we don’t need to have a contract.

When we told them that we wanted them to spray inside the porch, they were willing to do that. I had to call them back again, so their quality is not great.

I don't have any complaints about Terminix and I've been using them for about six years. Their technicians and employees are professional, courteous and overall nice people.

They are good people, they come and do what they say they are going to do. They come, they leave, and they don't bother me. If they need to come back, they always call to see if we have any problems. We are happy with them, and will continue with them.
